The Staff were all extremely friendly and made us feel at home ,espesially Sam ,it is a pet friendly place and we werr given the front part of room at no extra cist for out dog .He also went out of his way to shpw us a good view point to see the summer night stars

Highly recommended booking a stay here. The hosts are amazing, the location is beautiful and quiet. The room was extremely clean and had all the necessities for the short stay we had. I will definitely be returning for my next visit to Hope, thank you so much

The staff were so kind and helpful especially since we got in so late (around midnight)! The suite was like a little apartment which my kids loved! Wish it had been a longer stay! The suite was mildly dirty - cobwebs, the floors were a bit sticky in some areas, dusty spots but overall, an enjoyable experience. The area is GORGEOUS too!

I visit Hope once every couple months and can say this is the cleanest motel I stayed at.. Now on this will be the only motel I will stay at when I visit.

Stayed here while on evacuation from local fires. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small but clean, quiet and comfortable.

Very pleasant lodging located in a quiet setting away from the city. The gentleman a check in was extremely helpful as for some bizarre reason Expedia had cancelled my reservation even though it was confirmed via both email and text and in my calendar. He texted Expedia and they replied that the reservation had been cancelled. Anyhow, he found me a room on a busy, sold out weekend, and I was extremely pleased. Great customer service! Room was extremely clean and quiet and motel grounds were lovely.

The room was big. They were very friendly. I didn't fill out the information properly online but they accommodated me and my family. 2 adults four children. They only accept credit card but made an exception. Which was very kind of them. The room was clean. Comfy beds. Towels were fluffy. I would definitely bring my family back. The motel has a very cabin like feel. 10/10

The only disappointment was the quality of the room. Ridiculously small one ceiling light. Tin table beside bed and no lamp. The bed was great with nice pillows. What upsets me most is $149 before tax to sleep in a small box. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

We couldn't arrive during normal check in hours and the lovely host waited up for us to arrive. The room was clean and the sheets and towels smelled fresh. Beautiful area, especially with the fall back drop. My second time staying here and I will definitely use again if needed in future.

This property is very old and run down. Looks like it hasn’t been changed since the fifties. The room was very small and you could hear noise all night long from surrounding units. Not at all worth the price they are charging. The room did seem clean, just not worth the money.

I was on the upper floor but I found the unit I was in to be amazingly quiet considering the place was fully booked. The next morning was also quiet since I thought no one had left but when I left at 8:30 the lot was mostly empty.

The pool was closed which of course wasn’t told to us until after we checked in. This place needs a good cleaning. Especially the windows!! Location was nice and quiet which was exactly what we wanted. The lady at the front desk was very nice and a pleasure to deal with. We had beds for 4 but only two towels. Absolutely no where to hang anything in the bathroom!! The only place to put anything when you shower is on the sink or the toilet. So if you want to use the sink... the toilet becomes your only option. :(

Our experience was much different than most reviews. Maybe we were given an overflow room. We were warned it might smell like “smoke”. But that was definitely not smoke! I don’t know what it was but it was awful. My pyjamas wreaked so much that even after airing them out I couldn’t get the smell out. The ceilings were water stained and there were beetles in the room. Trying to get to the outlet behind the headboard my husband said the floor was a mess. He didn’t want to tell me because I was already grossed out. The worst was the mice in the walls that entertained us all night. Never staying here again.
