Great stay in the quirky (in a good way!) hotel Ibiza. The staff were superbly welcoming and we enjoyed the facilities and excellent wide-ranging food choices. A great place for a family stay in the wonderful Les Deux Alpes!

We found the service to be exemplary, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very welcoming. our room was clean and well supplied, but hot chocolate as well as Tea and Coffee would be welcomed by our younger travellers!
We were especially grateful for some breakfast bits being made available despite our transfer being well before breakfast opening time!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Ibiza. We got the suite and it was really worth it to have the double windows and balcony overlooking the mountains, although the normal rooms also looked nice.
We thought the food was surprisingly excellent and so much choice for breakfast including fresh avocado and fruit, a full cooked English breakfast, etc. We also ended up eating dinner here once and again were surprisingly impressed with the quality of the food, felt above 3 stars worth. We also really liked the candlelit ambience of the whole hotel and how they don’t have many overhead lights on, we thought it added to the coziness. On that note, we saw a few reviews complaining about the decor but we really appreciated this hotel being unique and cozy with all the red and dim lighting and music posters everywhere and Christmassy lights and wood, it felt super cozy and Alpine-y. I’d choose that over another modern soulless business-feeling hotel any day, even if it is a little ‘weird’!
Staff were super lovely too and the ski shop being downstairs in the hotel was so useful, the man in there was kind and helped me change my ski boots when the first pair were painful.
We also enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi one night, although the pool feels a bit tired and a little colder than I’d like (but is heated). Only other complaint which felt like a one-off was that they tried to charge drinks to our room which weren’t ours, but think that was a simple miscommunication & they apologised

Excellent for a 3 star hotel. Could be more stars if they updated the rooms, wood is a bit dated.
Friendly staff.
Wide choice at Breakfast including full English.
10 min walk to the nearest ski lift mostly flat.
A few bad points:
Bed was too soft for me, had a new memory foam topper on top of a mattress.
Rooms too hot, had to sleep with the windows wide open even with it -5 outside.
Please provide do not disturb signs for the door, cleaner just walked in 3 times one morning.

Excellent staff and good food.

The staff at this hotel are really great, very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is not the most luxurious, our room was quite small and dark, but the public areas are nice. It's very convenient because they have a driver who will drop you off and pick you up whenever you want.

In bad condition. Things broken, needs a complete renovation

Lovely hotel and great staff, only minor point would be bus service could be running till later. Otherwise a really nice hotel for the alpes.

Rooms weren’t properly cleaned during our stay. Restaurant staff had no clue what they were doing. The front desk could not make dinner reservations nor book a taxi. Useless , might as well have stayed in a flat.

Great team and great service, very friendly. Nice food, nice location. Would recommend to anyone.
Perfect for family stays.

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent food, spa facilities very good, reasonable prices. Some property maintenance required, eg: radiator valve (room too hot), toilet flushing, electric socket loose, gymn equipment unserviceable.

My partner and I booked the Ibiza based on the views and chic look of the hotel. The views from the room were great but the room itself is in need of updating, the wooden shutters on the windows and doors were broken and would slam into the walls with a gust of wind, the wooden furnishings were all tatty and scratched, paint peeling from the walls, no extractor fan in the bathroom, a block of wood keeping the shelf above the radiator in place etc. There wasn’t a fridge, iron or even tea and coffee making facilities in the room, you had to walk down the corridor to the communal hot water tank.
We were half board, but the quality of the food was pretty poor. The hot buffet was very cheaply done (Breakfast and Dinner) however the coffee, pastries and freshly cooked meat station in the evenings were very good. We ate out most nights!
The pictures of the hotel are usually the of the bar, reception and restaurant. We now know this is because it’s the place where money has been spent and does look very good (apart from the strange action men and Barbie dolls......very cheap and wierd) the rest of the building is very shabby and desperately needs new decor.
Overall it seems like a hotel that is stuck between investing money and being a popular, chic hotel or leaving as is and being a cheap all inclusive family hotel....still don’t know what they are aiming for.
Staff are pleasant but messed up our late check out.........twice!!
We would not recommend or return.

Stay was great. Room was a little small but standard. Pool and steam room was nice. Shower leaked onto the floor a bit which got it soaked.

Good hotel, close to town, free shuttle to ski lifts or 10min walk

Good hotel within short walking distance of the town amenities. Swimming pool, steam room and jacuzzi were great after a day's skiing. Nice friendly staff both English and French. Pretty good buffet breakfast too. Bonus of free transfers to and from the ski lifts. Only a 10min walk if you didn't take it.

Executive rooms with great views overlooking the mountains, some rooms have not been refurbished,so will not look like the pictures. Rooms lacking basic kit, no irons, tea/ coffee making facilities, fridges, information on hotel/ local area,no flannels in bathroom, sewing kits etc. Free shuttle from hotel to main ski lift. Good selection of food, staff friendly and helpful. Leisure facilities could do with a makeover. Not sure a dj is required 7 days a week from 4pm in the bar.
