A beautiful remodeled hotel in a central and vibrant section of Main Street Burlington, a
3 minute walk to the Champlain waterfront, Pine Street arts and brewery corridor, and Church Street shopping area. Reasonably priced. No parking lot, so it’s either $24 for valet, limited time metered parking, or, as I did, a 3-4 block walk from a free neighborhood spot. One privacy misstep: room was cleaned on 2nd of 3 night stay despite putting “No Thanks” tag on door. (Clerk agreed and apologized.)

There was evidence of another guests long hair through the room (desk chair, floor and shower). Gross!

Stayed here while visiting my daughter at UVM. Great location, you can walk everywhere. Comfy beds and great breakfast buffet.

For à $550 room you get a nice and clean Garden Inn room that should be $250 and the only parking option is valet that add $20. For that price your room is only serviced every other day. We had adjacent room which was not well soundproof and had to call the reception to ask our neighbor to turn TV sound down. Had to request shampoo that was not in the bathroom. Only positive is the staff that responded promptly to our requests.

Hotel was fine with the exception that there TV service didnt get ABC or NBC and during football season thats horrible. The bar got them so we spent much of our time there.

This was a lovely place to stay- convenient to everything, and our room had a beautiful view.

This is one of our favorites and we have stayed multiple times. One thing, however, that will get me to pick one nice hotel over another one is a hotel that will give me an actual glass in the room, especially if I've paid for one of your nicest rooms with a sink and a fridge etc. Please for the love of god give me a glass to drink out of and not a paper cup or a plastic cup wrapped in yet more plastic.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn on Sunday 1st of September till the turn off September
On the morning following my arrival, I was abruptly awakened at 7:00 AM by an event taking place outside, which significantly impacted the comfort of my room. The noise was so intense that it felt as though the race was happening inside my room, making it impossible for me to rest until 2:00 PM. Given that I paid over $300 per night for my stay, I believe that it is not unreasonable to expect a peaceful and restful environment.
I understand that external events are sometimes beyond the hotel's control; however, I believe it is the hotel's responsibility to inform guests in advance if such events will impact their stay. Additionally, when I voiced my concerns to the front desk, I was offered a $17 breakfast voucher as compensation. Unfortunately, this gesture did not address the disruption I experienced, and I feel it was inadequate given the circumstances.
I strongly believe that a full or partial refund for the first night of my stay would be a fair resolution, as I did not receive the quality of service I expected from a reputable hotel like Hilton Garden Inn.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

I travel ALOT. I have paid $500-600 a night for a hotel - but this hotel is NOT worth this money. The valet's are not training. No baggage assistance, the baggage area to secure your bags until check in is the lobby - and when I arrived no one was at the desk - not secure. The room was adequate but nothing special. Really overpriced. Disappointed.

Pretty bad service:
-They send me to the wrong room
-We call 4 days before to have a baby crib. The gentleman at the front office confirm that I'll have one in my room at my arrival. No Crib when I came in. Call 4 times to understand that the guy send it to the wrong room and that the crib is broken.
Talk with the manager who told us first come first serve, we only have 3 cribs in the Hotel. Come on, it's 150$ for a new one.
-There was hair from the previous people in our shower.
-Only decaf coffee in the room.

Nice property with clean rooms, lobby and restaurants. Great if you want to be close to church street.

Stayed at hotel for couple’s weekend. Although the service and staff were lovely and attentive, we were disappointed to find black mold in our shower and bed pillows/mattress were smelly, bed was noisy - clearly needed replacement. The view from our room was a brick building (TD Bank). Valet parking is $22 per day - you can park on street for a fraction of cost using ParkMobile app. Hotel location is nice but overpriced considering its condition.

My stay was fabulous! The staff at the hotel was wonderful!
Harrison in the Valet area is an asset to the hotel

We stayed last minute because we booked the Sonesta and it was a bump. Hilton was perfect and erased my PTSD from the sonesta suites in Williston.

Very well located, nice staff and nice rooms. The valet-only parking is slightly annoying and the only complaint I have
2.5 / 5.0
The hotel is very well situated, a few blocks from the downtown core & a few blocks from the lake. It's in an old converted armory, so the layout is a bit odd - you have to walk a LONG way to get to the room elevators, and there's a separate elevator for the pool.
Also, the only option was valet parking, which I found to be quite annoying. The lot was literally out the front door, so it made little sense to have someone else park my car for me.

I paid to Expedia for 5 nights. Came 1 day later and my reservation was canceled. Hotel and Expedia did not call me and did not send any emails.

We stayed in an airbnb for two nights near the University and one night here on our trip. After staying here, we knew we made a mistake splitting. This hotel was in the best area. Clean, easy to find, and comfortable. Would stay again when in area.

Average property, location to centre of Burlington is ideal. However I don’t think it’s worth the premium over staying slightly outside the city. Air conditioning in room is overly loud.

Evette at the front desk was amazing - so helpful at every turn.
Room was comfortable, gym was nice. Great location
Only downside of our stay was we booked the airport shuttle and the driver never showed up (granted it was 7am but still - it was scheduled the day prior). Still made our flight with booking an Uber but it was the only stress of the stay
