Had an issue with room security, checked in, left the room for an hour and upon coming back found that someone had been in the room, they left a half a beer on the counter and had used the toilet. Hotel manager still hasn’t called us to explain how this happened. Not impressed

Hotel was beautiful and the staff was very accommodating! Would definitely come back

Stay was good overall despite the fact that my vehicle was broken into and had over $3000 worth of merchandise stolen. The hotel did not have much of an answer so just make sure you lock your car.

Advertising their rate at XXX and somewhere in their fine print is a about double the rate in fees. It's okay to charge for items, but let the customer know. Don't spring more than double the advertised rate at checkout. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel.
The hotel is dirty, the rooms are tiny and there's about 15-20 channels to watch on the tv. The photos are probably AI generated as the hotel, a former Radisson, needs a facelift and they need to stop charging more than double the advertised rates with hidden fees.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Parking was easy. Location is excellent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is a major problem. My linens and towels were clean. But there is obvious filth and dirt covering the walls in the rooms, elevators and and hallways. The sink and bathroom have pink mold growing in certain areas. The renovation and cleanliness is very superficial. Also would benefit from a hook in the bathroom area for hanging towels.

We booked a room with a queen bed. Room was very nice and clean but very small. So small that you could only get into the bed on one side the other side was up against the wall . When I had to get up to go to the bathroom I had to climb over my husband
Very disappointing considering this is a Hilton Hotel.

The hotel location is fantastic and has great views of the lake, it’s very walkable and close to lots of stuff to see and do around Burlington.
Don’t bother opting for the “breakfast included” option as breakfast is not included. They will give you a $10 coupon to use at the on site cafe that will buy you absolutely nothing.
Amenities are nice, the $32/day “resort fee” felt a bit steep considering it was not biking season and use of most of the amenities were out of season.

The area immediately around the hotel isn’t great. Shopping and restaurants are a couple blocks west but the walk isn’t well lit and doesn’t feel all that safe. Lots of signs about locking your car. Lots of construction in the area also. Hotel pricing scheme is also lame…mandatory resort fee and paid parking don’t line up. Doesn’t feel like a resort and the parking is for a public parking garage that is otherwise free on the weekends. Also only one elevator was working.

One of the closest hotels to the Burlington Amtrak train station (Easy two or three block walk). My wife and I really enjoyed the free coffee bar set up on our floor. Yes, it is kinda expensive for those who are regular coach train riders and almost as expensive as a family room on the Amtrak.

While the hotel was very nice and clean and everyone I dealt with was professional, there were a few small issues including that I received a parking ticket in the garage despite paying for parking and had to return to the hotel to drop off the ticket after I had checked out. In addition, the housekeeper tried to enter my room prior to checkout time and while I was still in it.

Overall had a good stay. There was some noise late at night when I could hear guests coming in and out of their hotel room. Amenities area was not the most clean early in the morning. Also they charge additional money to use their coffee/tea area (not included in hotel charges). Could not use the pool as it the water was frigid. The best part of the stay was the hotel staff especially those who were outside when we got our car. The Mezzanine area is clean and a good place to hang out.

I stayed at this hotel Thursday to Sunday. I felt like It was recently rehabbed but was already showing a lot of wear. The room was cleanish, but had huge stains on the floor and lay dust on things like the headboard. The restaurant did not open for brkfast or lunch and seemed to only be a bar w/o full meals. A tiny cafe with no tables, only couches, was the only food option. Each floor had a 24 hr self service coffee and cocoa kiosk but the one on my floor was consistently covered in gnats and flies (very gross). Oddly enough, the free coffee from the kiosk was light years tastier than the full priced coffee from the one and only cafe. The hotel charged $32 a day for access to gym and pool whether or not they were used. The gym was great but the pool was extremely over chlorinated and felt dangerous to breathe. The room smelled musty and the bathroom was small, especially in the sink area. Shower strength was weak. The TV had access to apps but kept disconnecting from the hotel’s service. Maintenance had to come and physically reboot our room service. There were no outlets in the room other than two (one each) built into the lamps. This meant charging devices was a round robin of fun and using the iron was limited to a cramped corner near a lamp. Also the TV had no checkout option forcing a call on the room’s landline or a stop by the front desk. Calling routed you to a 1-800 service and not anyone local, they sounded like they were in a deep tunnel and were inaudible.

We were excited to come and paid more than usual to stay. Looked forward to sitting in the hot tub, but it was broken. The pool was cold, and the bedroom was clean and good, but the bed was not comfy.

The hotel is beautiful with great amenities. The hotel room was nice. The view was wonderful. The hotel charges $16 for self parking in the city parking garage but we could have paid $12 directly to the city by using park by plate. The area around is not very safe and I was not comfortable walking around the marketplace.

Overpriced for small room overlooking parking lot right next to elevator. Coffee stations on each floor were not kept stocked. The location however was perfect for waterfront and Church street

this is our 4-5 time staying on the property post renovation, we love the amenities, but given that it was UVM parent's weekend plus the host of a conference and several outdoor tours, the facilities were strained. Lily May's was overwhelmed, understaffed and they kept running out of things. The coffee bars on our floor were out of service. For an important weekend, I think the hotel should have been more proactive and staffed.

We paid approximately $400 per night, we were disappointed to find out no breakfast was included for that price. B.S.
Also was charged $16 per day for parking, my SUV was too tall to fit into their 6’-5” height garage so had to park around the corner in a public parking garage.
Besides that all was fine.

I enjoyed my stay, but I think this property is overpriced. There were a lot of fees and I don't think that the room was worth the price. My room was also noisy. I could hear people talking late at night and woke up every morning at 7 am to my neighbor continuously slamming their door. Do the doors really have to slam that hard in order to close?
