I didn’t like the hotel lot of things need to be improved bed with no blanket I had to beg them to get one, their answer was sold out, the washroom fan wasn’t working at all, the smell was unbearable, no water I have to buy my own water as far as I know hotel provide at least 2 bottle of water, very noisy we couldn’t sleep the train was behind our room, the staff wasn’t pleasant at least when I asked for blanket they should know we need one to sleep. $40.00 for parking outside per night. We anlready paid lot of money per night. Overall was a very bad experience for Marriot hotel.

I liked that it was within walking distance of both the train and bus system. Additionally it was near multiple shopping centers. Being so close to the railway, I didn’t hear the train at all unless I was outside. The rooms and hotel were very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to stay in downtown Boston but want to be a 10-15 minute train ride away.

The room itself was fine, the bed was comfortable but the people who worked there should not be in that business. With the exception of one lady who worked at the front desk in the morning everyone else seemed so unfriendly and not happy to be of any help, a real turn off. They advertise really nice but they don’t deliver the service you expect at all. They make you feel like you’re a bother to even ask a question and all you get is an “I don’t know”! I saved up a long time to have a small vacation and I also paid a lot for my stay but the the attitude of the employees you’d think they had to pay. It puts a real damper on your stay. No one cared!!

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. Checkin was quick. You can hear the subway go by often, but it was not too loud. Ask for a room on the road side. It may reduce the sound. The breakfast was also good with a lot of choices.

Parking was terrible. Lot was small. Upon check in I was asked if I would be parking a car. I responded yes and was given parking instructions and that is all. I had to return to the desk to get a sign for the car window.

The hotel charges 400 per night and does not even make the bed even thought we stayed more than one night. The fair we chose in Expedia included breakfast but the person at check in did not have us the tickets for breakfast. So we had to pay 21 per person per breakfast, that is not more of a glorified breakfast from a cheap hotel. Nothing cooked on site. Staff rude at the breakfast room. Therefore do not recommend hotel. Facilities are clean.

The wall is thin so you can hear music and voices next door. The room next to mine played loud rap music for 4 hours and despite front desk asked the guest to lower the volume I could still hear the vibration of the music. I finally gave up and requested to move to a different room at 1 am. At the time of the checkout I was asked to pay taxes for my stay even though I paid in full including tax through Expedia. As I had no time to challenge the bill, I paid then later had to spent additional time thru Expedia agent to get the refund. So, be careful. Breakfast food is decent. T stop is nearby do convenient.

It’s ridiculous, we need pay for the parking lot and they have more room than parking spaces, the parking spaces too tiny for a regular car, the breakfast was ok, but the staff looked like unprofessional, they don’t look happy with their job, the front desk staff don’t say “ hi, welcome, thank you “ omgggggg, never again! I don’t recommend, ahhh! They don’t have doble bed, just what they want for the price and space that they wants, neverrrrrrrrrrrr

I traveled here 6/20 for the Lana Del Rey concert and thoroughly enjoyed this hotel! The reception clerk was very friendly, the room, though quaint was super clean and comfortable! I still dream about that bed, it was so comfortable! Continental breakfast, was better than your average. Staff serving breakfast we’re so accommodating to people arriving just before the cut off, making sure we had enough to eat. Wish I had an opportunity to stay here longer, use the pool and gym. On top of that the lobby and breakfast area was stunning! Modern , Yet super cozy! Highly highly recommend, 10 out of 10.
