It would be nice if there still were dishes & cooking utensils in the kitchen cabinets. Why have a stove if it’s not handy to cook.

The facility was nice Rooms comfortable and clean. Located near highway. Lots of road noise and the doors make a loud bang when it closes. No breakfast unless your order off a menu for a price.

It was great to have a full size refrigerator in our room. Was able to put ice packs and all in without any problems. The rooms could be brighter. For some reason they have gone with dark colors in their rooms. Makes the room look old and drab. Bed was very comfortable.

The room smelled of food cooked by the last occupant and there were grease stains on the counter by the stovetop.

When we checked in they told us there was no breakfast unless we precooked at additional charge. Perhaps I should have checked. In the fridge there was a half a bottle of water left by a previous guest. Other than that the room was clean and check in check out was quick and easy.

Personal property "went missing" (stolen) during stay. Staff was extremely unhelpful, rude, would not make any effort to ask to see if it was "found". At one point they called to say they found it and were shipping it to me. Shockingly, it never arrived at my home. Suspicious.

Our first stay in this chain and if they are all like this we will stay in others. It is set up more as an efficiency but worked well for our over night. Staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel was quiet, I didn't hear anyone over my head or next door.

A/C unit in first was so noisy couldn’t stay in room. We were switched to another room room however it would have been nice not to play musical room after a long trip. Someone knew about the problem but didn’t say anything. The unit was off and room was stifling. By comparison the second room the a/c was on and room was comfortable.

My TV was not working and the person who assisted me didn't really want t move me to another room. When he did, it was not as good as my prior room. And, they did not tell me when I checked in that the doors are locked prior to 6 am and you have to wait for someone to let you in. THis creates a little frustration when trying to leave early. I understand the security aspect, just wish they would have told me.

Ron, at the front desk actually made our stay. We were a little apprehensive at first, realizing this was a long term hotel as well. Ron put myself & my adult daughter at ease. We rested well in a comfortable room with a nice kitchen set up! Thanks! I’ll be sure to look up My Place when traveling again

Tried to check-in at 4:30 and rooms were not ready. We were told to return in a couple hours to check in and all was fine after getting into the room. Nice place - would stay again.
