Absolute gem of a property. Beautiful older home with everything you could want or need. They also had a beautiful array of seating in the backyard.

We had an amazing experience at Remington. Super easy to check in and felt very welcomed. We had not stayed in area before and their local guide book helped us find some wonderful places. Bathrooms were nice & very clean. AC excellent. After driving by hotels in the area would stay without hesitation again. Remington is clearly superior. The herb and vegetable garden out back is such a nice touch. Love it!

Darling place to stay 2 blocks from CSU campus and walking distance to town for coffee, restaurants, bars and shopping. So nice to stay somewhere with a kitchenette to have coffee and snacks easily available instead of always having to eat out! Management responsive and lovely to work with. Will stay here again!

We loved everything about this property! The location is excellent and walking distance to delicious restaurants, shopping in Old Town and Colorado State University. Communication with the owners was very good. They have text/email systems in place with clear and detailed information. The room was decorated in a whimsical way and it was delightful! From a tea & coffee station, a sign welcoming me by name to all amenities fully stocked. The complex was BEYOND amazing! A beautiful garden, lots of sitting areas, and at every turn, there was a little bit of magic to be discovered. I can’t wait to return. This will be the only place I stay in Fort Collins… just LOVELY!

This is a beautiful home! These flats make you feel right at home and no detail was overlooked. Wonderfully appointed with amenities. Perfect location near downtown yet quiet and safe neighborhood. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the great stay!

It was so comfy, like an apartment, not a hotel. I could have stayed permanently! Location can't be beat, had all I needed and felt very supported. I'm coming back next month and I have already booked the same place.

Unfortunately I caught a virus while visiting Fort Collins so I ended up spending much of my time in the room. I’m so glad the bed was comfortable and the room was cheery.

I could not have been happier with my stay. I was in town for business, so I normally would not stay at a traditional hotel. Remington Flats had all of the benefits of a hotel, with the comfort and coziness of a home share. They really thought of everything - including a beer growler you can use when visiting all of the breweries nearby. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in town.

The only real complaint I have is the quality and size of the tv. Unit A had a tv that must have been 14" and the tint was almost completely white. There is no tv remote, and no buttons on the tv to get into any menus to fix the problem.

My fiance and I arrived and as soon as the owner found out we came to Colorado to get married she gave us a bottle of prosecco. We loved the colorful and playfulness of this property. Our room was stylish and comfortable, we enjoyed the thoughtful details the owners included in the flat. The owners were great, we called them when we were coming back from our wedding to see if they could take a few photos for us at the hotel and they were more then accommodating. Fabulous Hotel, wonderful service and great location!

Remington Flats was superb! Our studio was very clean and tiny! The style was enjoyable. We had all we needed in the studio. Fresh flowers and a local chocolate chip cookie were very nice touches. The owner is very attentive to detail and contacted us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had all we needed. We will stay here again when we come to Fort Collins in the future.

Very comfortable studio units with convenient parking. The setting is residence-like with only four units. Well located just a few blocks from CSU. No daily maid service but we were only there for two nights. Digital entry so we never interacted with anyone. We would stay there again preferring the simplicity of this set-up.

Despite an email stating the check in time window, there was no one to greet us. Instead we received a text message with instructions. The studio was lovely, clean and well appointed, but the bed was small and squishy. The air conditioner was loud. No sleep was to be had. Wifi was not working despite several attempts to connect. My kind of hotel, but this one did not meet expectations.

This hotel is more like an Airbnb than a normal hotel. It has 4 units in one house that look like converted student efficiency apartments. Full kitchens (so would be great for a longer term stay, or if you want to save money on eating out). Small free parking lot. The owners are very friendly, but only onsite as needed. No daily housekeeping (but the place was very clean when we arrived). The two upstairs units (B & C?) require luggage to be carried up a full flight of stairs. Great location! One block from Colorado State U, and a half-mile from Old Town. We biked everywhere we went, including multiple craft breweries, The Lincoln Center, bars & restaurants.
