I recently stayed at Adventurer Oceanfront, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Location: Nestled in the heart of Cape May, the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, restaurants, and Boardwalk in front of the beach. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the beach. Service: The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Room: My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The beds was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities, including a complete kitchen with everything you need, were a nice touch. I also appreciated the high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. Facilities: The hotel features a fantastic pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Dining: The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and breakfast was a highlight—especially the fresh and locally sourced ingredients. Overall Experience: Adventurer Oceanfront exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch stay, whether for business or leisure. I can’t wait to return!

We really enjoyed this hotel, first time. They gave us early access without even asking. Room was lovely overall despite fan working. Also, ocean side elevator not working as well so only one elevator and long waits. Fine to take stairs as long as you aren’t lugging your luggage. Balcony and room was great. Very quiet and private. We loved the proximity to boardwalk and beach. Pool was also lovely. Many nice little balconies and patios to hang out. Easy check in and check out. Not a luxury place—. Outdated carpets, bathroom, scratchy towels, but overall a gem for the price.

Excellent hotel. Pleasantly surprised! Check-in was effortless and staff very friendly. Room was awesome! Spacious, clean and bed was comfy. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Next to the boardwalk, overlooking water, plenty of restaurants (although some were closed due to off season, but plenty of choices remained open), plenty of activities in the area (beach or otherwise). Loved having the kitchen area with a full size refrigerator that would keep ice cream frozen.

Stayed here two years in a row now. They have rooms large enough to accommodate my large family comfortably, which was very important. Location is fantastic, right next to the boardwalk and the beach is right there. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed the property. The room was comfortable. There was crib available. Right in front of the ocean. Staff and guest were friendly. Wish there was more signage to where the ramps were since we had a double stroller with us. Hotel is well maintained!

The location of the property was perfect, right at the edge of the boardwalk where it was relatively quiet around the hotel. The room was spacious and ideal for our situation. The beds were not great as the bottom sheet was not fitted and constantly moved around. My mattress felt old as it sagged in the middle but the other people I were with were okay with their beds. The little restaurant in the hotel was convenient for breakfast and reminded me of a diner.

The Adventurer is a great place to stay for a Wildwood vacation. It sits just at the beginning of the boardwalk in Wildwood Crest. Breakfast at the restaurant was very good--good prices, good portion size. The building and room were very clean. There is parking in a lot area on the sides of the building and in two underground areas. Can't go wrong with choosing this property.

Great location right at the beginning of the boardwalk. Service is good. The pool is heated. Walk down to the beach isnt too bad. We had a nice view of the icean from our balcony. The beds arent terrible but I recommend bringing your own pillow.

Silly things I appreciate is the water pressure! It was great! I couldn’t hear the people staying around us. Right at the very start of the boardwalk. The pool provides towels and the live DJ was wonderful. Highly recommend!

The Adventurer offered my daughter and I and exceptionally clean and comfortable stay! The carpet was well cared for and immaculate. I even moved the nightstand to check behind it and no dust. The sheets were very soft and smooth and the mattresses were quite supportive while staying poofy enough to be luxurious. The bathrooms were clean and offered basic hair products. The improvements I would suggest: 1. Renovate the bathrooms to better fit the style of the hotel - just replacing the shower/tub liners with real tile and replacing the sink counters would be enough. 2. Offer more outside showers wherein guests can rinse off the beach before entering the building. 3. Include lotion in the toiletry offerings.

Very nice rooms and a great pool. The room had anything we needed and much more. Super clean and had a very good system for housekeeping along with organized trash/recyclables/laundry each day. We will definitely be staying here again!

Elevator was Tragic I Had to walk Up and down the stairs I was on the third floor and you have to check out at 10 PM or they’re charging for another day. They’re not nice people here and the floor was a rud that was a little moldy.

This hotel is very nice and we did enjoy it a lot. The rooms were clean, they provided us with pots and pans and plates and what not for the kitchen, plenty of pillows and bedding, pool was warm and the kids loved it, they seemed very diligent about making sure the pool was cleaned and straightened up every day, and the staff was friendly. The downsides to this hotel is 1. They have the slowest elevator on earth. Get a room on a lower floor if possible. 2. it was a bit of a further walk to the boardwalk than I realized. It is at the end of the boardwalk but there is still a good 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to get to where the real fun part of the boardwalk starts. 3. No free breakfast options (don't know if this is typical of all the hotels in the area but we were disappointed) 4. They charge you a cleaning fee if you don't clean all your dirty dishes. Which is an issue because then the plates and stuff are only as clean as the last person who stayed there made them. We were tired and didn't feel like washing them but we did to not get a fee. I know we aren't the only ones half assing that job on the way out. So, maybe wash any plates or pans before using them. I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars at first because it was nice, but there were these little annoyances that existed that took away from the enjoyment of our trip so I had to give them 4.

What a fantastic place. My first impression of our room was that it was huge. All of the rooms have a very large bedroom with two beds. Then, another room with a sofa bed, chair, full kitchen and large table and chairs. A balcony overlooked the pool. Clean bathroom and accommodations. This motel spared no expense. The furniture, the patio furniture, the tile floors and walls, etc, are all meant to last and made from quality materials. Great pool with a perfect temperature. I actually couldn't find fault. Well definitely return .
