Great location in the center of town and close to Park shuttle stop. Easy self check in, charming little bungalow, clean, nicely decorated with a Mountain View. Room was on the small side but had a huge bathroom.

We stayed at Red Rock Inn the night before going to Zion. Even though it was pouring rain when we arrived, the manager Sharon met us outside, showed us our cabin, and where to park. The parking is a little snug, but all the SUVs staying there fit. The place is adorable. It's loaded with features and amenities, and beautifully landscaped to fit right in with the mountain to the immediate rear. If you stay, be sure to go up the rear steps to the hottub. Even if you're not a hottub person, you've gotta see the area up there! Also, a breakfast voucher is provided for Oscar's Cafe, just down the street. Even without a voucher, I recommend breakfast at Oscar's. Portions were huuge. The proximity to Zion is what prompted us to stay there, and I'm glad that we did.

I enjoyed the experience of staying at a Bed and Breakfast, not too many people but the downside was not being able to get extra towels when needed. Also, i was not clear where the free breakfast was, so we ended up going out for breakfast. Sharon was extremely nice, but appears to be overworked.

Loved our stay at the Red Rock Inn. The Gifford Suite was perfect for us and after a 6hr hike up the Narrows the jacuzzi tub was a big help. The service was excellent and we will certainly stay there next time we visit Zion.

The room was fine. Not as nice as I thought it should be for the money. When we got there the air-conditioner wasn't on for us when we got there at 5:30 and it was over 105° outside. It took it until 2:30 am to finally cool off. The threshold for the front door was broken causing me to trip on it going in. I was also hoping to get a mountain view from the cottage like the website said I would. There were no windows facing the mountain, so that was disappointing. On the plus side, the hotel attendant was very friendly and suggested we take a trip to see another section of the park. We were so glad we did. It was spectaular!

Cozy place to stay while visiting Zion. Clean comfortable room that was clean and quiet. Great breakfast at the restaurant next door is included for each guest daily. You won’t start the day hungry. Located within walking distance of everything in Springdale.

Sharon was an excellent host. Her property is unique, located in the center of Springdale amongst idyllic settings with the majestic red mountains as backdrop. The cottages are very well maintained. Sharon is a wealth of information, and very attentive to her guests. The location is very ideal for some of the great dining options nearby, taking the bus into Zion, renting ebikes or Narrrows equipment etc. This property has an excellent arrangement with Oscars next door for a sumptuous breakfast. There is also a hot tub that is private but with fantastic views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and brought back excellent memories of Zion. Highly recommend the Red Rock Inn.

We loved staying here. It is very comfortable and clean. And the grounds are lovely. The view from our cottage was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating out on the front porch, enjoying the serenity. We recommend asking for a cottage with a walk-in shower with a shower bar for stability, if you have trouble navigating a high tub for a shower. Wonderful place - highly recommend!!

A central location when visiting Zion. Once we arrived, we didn’t need our car with the free, local shuttle service throughout Springdale. Our room was spacious, clan and comfortable. The owners we helpful and friendly and gave us tips on how to make the most of our visit. We would stay there again.

Red Rock Inn is such a fun B&B! We stayed in the Watchman which was updated and comfortable. We were close to a shuttle stop and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

I strongly recommend the Red Rock Inn. Our room was detached from other buildings, hence private. I think the shower faucet was not great, but perhaps I am misremembering! Our host was super friendly and very helpful with instructions about Zion NP. Breakfast was included, at Oscar's Cafe a few doors down, which provided an actual bona fide hot, full, great breakfast.

Beautiful accommodations, we wish we were there longer!! The bungalow was immaculately clean and the products in the bathroom were great. We felt so safe and the room was lovely and quiet at night. Outdoor space was great for star gazing around the fire pit. Sharon was such a fantastic host, she took the time to talk us through hiking recommendations & local points of interest. (Thank you so much for the recommendation up past Scouts Lookout! The views were stunning!) Please do not hesitate to book the Red Rock Inn for your Zion adventure. We had a great time here & Sharon really made it special. PS, we’d love to know where you get your bedsheets from?? They are the SOFTEST sheets we’ve ever slept in.

We enjoyed our short (1-night) stay at the Red Rock Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for our trip. The property was thoughtfully laid out - plenty of outdoor sitting spaces, and the view from the hot tub was amazing! Proprietor Sharon runs a truly unique, boutique establishment! We've been driving back and forth across the country, and have stayed in many hotels and motels. This was the best. Red Rock's cottages are individually and beautifully furished, with everything you need. Less than a mile from the spectacular Zion National Park. Right in the cool town of Springdale. Great views of the mountains from the Inn. Fire table. Zacuzzi way up on the hillside. TV and WiFi are great, not that you should need them much in this amazing part of the world. Plus, Sharon is a wealth of knowledge about not only Zion, but also other Parks in the area. Wish we could have stayed there for a few days!
