Perfectly located property, quiet, clean and great place from which to explore Zion.

Very nice room, private deck with great views of surrounding mountains. Very close to either bus stop or Zion entrance but on a very quiet side street. Hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

-Clean and comfortable -walking distance to Zion park, Shuttle almost in front of the door -breakfast was healthy and plenty -stuff was quite informed on ongoing restrictions and had lots of recommendation for tours, they know their way around!

Air condition not able to be managed separately for each room.

Friendly, convenient and great place to stay.

Location was great. Easy walk to the bus stop or a mile walk to the park. The owners were very friendly and easy to engage with. They were helpful suggesting activities and places to eat.

Not spending a lot of time there because we were to busy hiking the park

Amazing stay with incredible hosts

Hosts were very attentive, gracious and hospitable. Went out of their way at short notice to cater for dietary requirements and cooked amazing breakfasts as well as some dessert. The room was comfortable and in an ideal location

Stay here if you're visiting Zion!

Everything. The room was comfortable, clean and luxurious. Our room had a fridge and TV, and the common area had a coffee machine. Breakfasts were excellent and very generous. Noel and Suzanne are wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. The location is perfect for visiting Zion National Park. Fast Wi-Fi, communal cookies and a very relaxing hot tub; what's not to love?!

we wish we’d stayed longer here & less in Vegas!

so homely and comfortable, clean and welcoming! location perfect and the hosts Noel & Suzette couldn’t do more for us! Amazing breakfasts and they even made us up a breakfast to go when we left early which was very well received.

Everything was just as we wanted, including two adorable dogs 😊

We had such a good time; I would not hesitate to go back to this B&B for my next visit.

The B&B is in a great location, walking distance from the entrance of the National Park and restaurants/convenience stores. The staff was nice and accommodated our requests to help us get out for really early hikes. We loved our room. It was nice, cozy, and practical but elegant at the same time.

The price tag is the only thing I wasn't too happy about, but it is Springdale next to Zion at the peak of the season, so we went along with it.

Right at check-in, Noel gave a thorough explanation of possible hikes and activities. E-bikes available right at the property. Very nice room and breakfast. Friendly atmosphere.
