40 min check in process, lady did it for us but added me trice and tried to get me to pay for the extra city tax. She was very rude. Lots of ants and weak air conditioning. No coffee and the dishes were all in the dishwasher. Total amateur hour.

Beautiful apartment and so perfectly located. The bed was comfortable, it was very spacious, the check-in was easy, everywhere we wanted to go was easily walkable or close to public transportation. The AC worked very well which was important considering the heat! You can reserve here without hesitation!

Easy walk to Colloseum, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Easy access for Uber. Tight elevator for upper floors. Property felt secure and safe. Area felt safe. Plenty of nearby food options.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Having a whole apartment for the four of us really made our stay in Rome so comfortable. The space was beautiful and clean. Having a grocery store right around the corner and a full kitchen let us save some money on lunches. The convenient location was close to a lot of the sites we came to see on our vacation, as well as lots of great dining options. The only tiny downside was checkout being 10 AM, which was a bit rough when you're up late for dinner and drinks the night before and have four people and all of their stuff to wrangle. We appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the office, though, while we went out for brunch and last minute site seeing before leaving for our next stop.

Check in to Monti Apartments was very quick and easy. The apartment was exactly as described. We enjoyed the many dining venues around the property. It was a great stay for me and my family!

We loved everything about the apartment. The location was convenient. Staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. Having a working air conditioning in the unit was so helpful because Rome is extremely hot during the month of July.

My wife and I were on vacation with our friends and after the first night we started coughing and didn’t feel so great. We thought it was exhaustion, but on the last night of our stay in the bathroom we found black mold growing at the top.

Overall, I really enjoyed the stay. Pros-Location is excellent and the taxi set up made it easy. Place was clean and check-in was fast. Super close to the colosseum and ruins, restaurants and gelato places. A/C worked great and bathroom was very clean. Suggestions- A map of the town would be great for first time visitors. Instructions for using laundry and dish machine would be great. It was hard to use this type of machine since in our country its different. More toilet paper, I had to purchase extra. The trash dump instructions are hard to understand and we had a hard time finding the bins. Would be nice to have a more stocked apartment since no one wants to shop after a 14 hr flight. Cons- Street is loud and people are up all night. The beds are terribly uncomfortable. Very loud between upstairs and neighbors. Apartment is in a very crowded area of Monti.

Great location, but it was very loud overnight with guests slamming doors and walking by our room at all hours of the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful, though.

All as expected and I recommend! I saw one review that read there was no hot water. That happened to us, so I texted the management through What's App and asked if there was a switch, and they instructed me where to turn on the hot water. I believe my teenager turned it off while trying to run the washing machine. All was great.

Outstanding property and just fantastic location in Roma. We are a family with our 3 older teens and this property was fantastic for us. We all had the much needed space and were very comfortable. I cant say enough good things about this property. Fantastic location, would recommend the restaurants that are in the downstairs piazza also. They were fantastic and a added bonus. We were able to access and walk everywhere. Would definitely recommend this property and book again. Thank you

We had a wonderful time staying at Monti apartments. The facilities and location were perfectly located to all the main sites around Rome. The only thing we didn’t like was the beds were very hard and uncomfortable and the power went out on Saturday night at 10 pm. We had to contact the property management twice in order to get the issue resolved.

The room had a smell in the upstairs and no microwave but a stove whuch is strange. Stairs downstairs was very dangerous and would not recommend if there are young children. Ran out of hot water after one shower. The location is excellent and close to a lot of attractions which was good.

The check-in lady was super rude. The flush was broken. The only good thing is location but hard to even unload your stuff from the car.

Very nice clean place , nice people to help with reservation and checking in . We got to check in early which was nice of them to accommodate that . Highly recommend if you need somewhere affordable and highend .

It was spacious and convenient. Many sites were walkable. When we had small issues, the property managers were quick to respond and friendly.

The spiral stairs were hard to navigate going up or down. The step out of the kitchen area should be more obvious maybe sign to step down or yellow caution tape on the step.

This was our first trip to Rome and did not know the best areas to stay, but we really lucked out with this stay! The location was close and walkable to everything. The Vatican was the only place that was far for walking. The apartment was immaculate! The staff was very nice and helpful. The convenience of having a kitchen and grocery nearby made light breakfasts and late snacks very easy. Excellent choice of restaurants within one or two blocks. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is very spacious for a central Rome location. We had plenty of room with us and our 3 teen age children. It’s in a great location and the staff was helpful in getting settled. Would definitely stay there again.

We, family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. Mia is very nice and helpful. She reached out to us two days ahead of our arrival. We did online check in and arrived in morning. She allowed us to have our luggage stored there and all luggage was moved into our room when we came back in afternoon. The location is very convenient. Most attractions are within 20 minutes walking distance. We even walked to Vatican(2.4 miles). Only thing we didn’t like is shower room. The shower room is too small and water flow is too slow by US standard.

Very nice property. We had 5 adults and a two bedroom apartment was fantastic. Very nice location. 10-15 minute walk to many of the popular sites.
