The hotel was nice overall. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom has plenty of space and the shower is a good size. The room was serviced and cleaned every day. Breakfast was a great deal at only 5 euro per day. Only issue I had was that I hardly ever saw anyone at the front desk. In fact, when I arrived there Sunday around 6pm, the front door was locked and nobody was at the front desk. I had to call their number and they remotely let me in. They left my room key in an envelope on the front desk. There is a great restaurant right in front of the hotel. There is also a small shopping center with a grocery store right across the street.

The hotel is old and so are all their furniture and electronics. The wifi does not work and when it does it’s poor quality before it goes away a minute later. The Red head at the front desk is super rude and has zero customer service skills. She makes faces and just says no, maybe because I’m a foreigner… Now the good things, the breakfast service is great, the two ladies were very nice and helpful when I wanted to make popcorn for my 3 year old. We were here for the jewelry show and def won’t be staying here next year..

I came here because of the hot tub spa, as I was having a pretty bad back pain, only to discover that the hot tub spa is just in the pictures and the description, as it was removed time ago. The room was very big, but pointlessly big, like an apartment with one empty zone that looks like it was a kitchenette but now it's just an empty room. Pretty shabby bedroom furniture with the faux leather head all scratched and faded and the plastic cover on the mattress under the linen that makes the sleep not so comfy. Overall not a bad experience but surely not to be remembered as exceptional.

very poor reception, most of the time they were not at the desk, and not helpful. I want to request to get a refund of my payment. both nights we had the air conditioning leaking fluid to our room. Location was the worst possible.

I would stay at this hotel again. I stayed with my husband and two young children. The room was big, comfy, and spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Didn’t care for their breakfast but it’s close to Vicenza town square. Around the corner there is a bakery where you can get coffee and pastries in the morning. It is a simple hotel, nothing fancy but I would definitely recommended especially if you are traveling on a budget.

Love how close to the bus stop, a superstore like Walmart was across the street, a restaurant, and a pizzeria! An airport shuttle was provided which was very important. You will need to bring washcloths they only provide towels.

Surprising large room cleaned to a high standard, though a couple of things (door and radiator) were sticking and needed maintenance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Even the breakfast is above average for a hotel of this price, making it outstanding value. Easy parking right next to a shopping centre on the edge of town. I walked into the city centre a couple of times which takes about half hour each way and is actually a very simple route indeed with few worries about getting lost. I'm a regular visitor to Vicenza and will definitely stay again.

-They list that they have an airport scuttle - they don't. -They list that they have a fitness center - they don't. -The hotel attendant doled out a room to me that was still being cleaned. I had to walk back down stairs to get another one. -They don't offer "do not disturb" signs or any mechanism to keep your door secure against entry from the outside. The cleaning staff walked in while I was sleeping. -My European plug adapter did not fit in the sockets closets to the bed. I had to plug in my devices in an isolated area of the room where they did fit.

The hotel was really nice as were the staff. It is not yet complete, but once it is it will be extremely nice. In the meantime, it's low priced but the rooms are very good.
