From beginning to end staff from front desk to cleaning to restaurant to pool staff were unfailingly courteous, ready to help with any request or address any questions we had. Provided help in getting an emergency credential visit. Changed our room due to difficulty with climate control and provided complementary meal for the issue. Hotel eclectic, and unique in furniture, layout etc. restaurant buffet breakfast tasty and good variety, dinner also good choices, ample and tasty. Each person here was courteous, pleasant ,attentive to every need and also charming. Special thanks to Magesha and front desk night and day staff. We really hope to be back in Singapore and this will be our hotel! G And J room 705 from December 3 to 6 included 2024.

Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere more convenient. This hotel is on the outskirts of town. Need to ride subway to get anywhere important. Room design is very weird. Toilet stall when you walk in, then the beds and then a shower in front of a plate glass window. Unless you draw the blinds, the whole world can enjoy watching you shower. A/C is locked and you cannot go below 72 degrees. Overall, very mediocre hotel.

Location is great with a mix of modern and traditional cafes/restaurants. Staff is very polite and helpful. Breakfast is served in a restaurant next to the hotel - which is pretty good. Nice pool and gym.

Great place to stay. The hotel is in fantastic shape and the room was immaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. A bunch of restaurants and shopping nearby in short walking distance. I will say that it is easy to hear your neighbors (showers running, moving around above us) but not a big deal for us.

Very convenient, stores, restaurants, shopping mall, groceries in every corner, a lot to choose, and all very very good. Transportation easy in any direction you need to go, very easy access to beach for jogging, walking and strolling.

Denry was kind and helpful from the moment I checked in. Having my room upgraded and a cake delivered was a thoughtful gesture that moved me. The room had incredible amenities and the decor was stunning. The location is perfect, the room was beautiful and the staff was amazing. The breakfast staff maravel made me feel right at home. I wish this hotel and staff was in every city I have to travel too. This property is a cut above the rest.

A hotel with all the amenities you'd want in a neighborhood where locals live and dine. The Indigo's interior (rooms, etc.) is filled with Peranakan-inspired decor. Staff couldn't be nicer. Wonderful stay out of the hectic pace of the central city, yet a quick ride by taxi or bus into the heart of Singapore.

Good location and even better once MRT completed. Good bus connections and local shopping . Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate in staying here again . Only thing that could be improved was additional lighting....in order to allow privacy, the curtains had to be kept closed most of the time hence darkening the room . The WC was at opposite end of the room which was also a slight inconvenience. Another disconcerting issue was the design of the shower / bathroom which had no privacy from the exterior unless blinds and curtains were carefully positioned: our room was on the 15 th floor but at an angle to the adjacent Holiday Inn hotel .On our departure day , there appeared to be a man in work overalls on the same level with a camera mounted on a tripod peeping at rooms below our floor !

We enjoyed our stay just for 1 and half days. Swimming pool on rooftop wow!! I enjoyed swimming in it. In our shower at first I freaked out but loved it with the view!! Ha great view up at the top floor overlooking the city was amazing The bed is so comfortable slept so good! Staff at front desk were very helpful and patient. Many restaurants and mall nearby walking distance

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very hospitable and great! There was an issue with the AC in my room, and Wilson rectified it quickly by moving me to a different room. I really enjoyed eating at Baba Chews; the food was really good. Starbucks is also in the same building. Both sides of the street are lined with different restaurants. Great location. I would highly recommend this hotel.
