Beautiful resort, the staff was so lovely and courteous. Our room was very spacious and the restaurant was both delicious and portions were sizable. We liked the location, only a short Uber ride to the town, so we were away from the hustle. There’s ample parking if you’re driving.

The property was wonderful. Even though the buildings are older they are excellently maintained and very clean. The best part of the stay is all the amenities. There is something to do for everyone of any age.

We got lucky as we were there during the spring break with perfect weather conditions. Most of the resort was empty and we had all the amenities for ourselves. It is located in a wonderful area close to the beaches.

We loved our stay at Aldeia Azul. The property was amazing and the units were beautiful. Highly recommend it!!

My family and I truly felt at home here. We loved the distribution of the townhome and the outdoor patio. The resort was very relaxing but at the same time very fun for my kids who made friends in the trampoline and pool area.
The location is phenomenal, close to Lagos, but with the advantages of being outdoors more in the country side which we loved. The staff was extremely friendly, and the towhome was very clean! We will definitely be back and will reccomend it to friends and family. Thank you Aldeia Azul Resort!

Stayed here for one week in a 1-bedroom villa. Due to the Covid-19 crisis the resort was very quiet. Only 4 of the 30 villa's were occupied. We found the place top-notch. The villa's are spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The same is true for all facilities, and there are many. A tennis court, soccer field, beach volley field, full size lawn bowling, mini golf, and jeu-des-boules court. So enough to do other than sunbathing at the pool or on your villa's private terrace.
The resort is a 10-min drive from all the major attractions in and around Lagos like Praira da Luz and Ponta de Piedade.

The apartment was spacious and good, however, the resort location is extremely disappointing. It's located in a deserted area near farms and construction and really far away from the beach. The photos online were misleading!!!

All was great at resort. Maybe more activities for kids through the day. Other resorts Ive been to had counselors organize soccer games/ beach volleyball/ pool aerobics etc throughout the day. Place is very clean and cabanas have everything you need.

Our stay at Aldeia Azul was amazing. The villa was clean and has so much facilities.
I have to mention Lucas (receptionist), he was extremely helpful. He spend a good 15min providing us local insight on food and major attractions. He even helped us find a local rental car which was much cheaper than online.
The resort has a nice restaurant, pool, minigolf and so much more!
Location was ideal!
In general this resort was amaZing!

Small gated resort, clean and tidy. Good pool, gym, grass football pitch and a tennis court.
You need a car to get around, the beach is 5 mins away.
The rooms have everything you need, the second bedroom is on an "open" mezzanine over looking the kitchen area.

If you’re looking for a quiet place, good for kids and families close you Lagos, this is your spot! They had many activities happening around the property and were very close to the city of Lagos, although you would need a car to get around. Pool area was nice and food was good. The rooms were clean and spacious and it was nice to have a kitchenette and ability to do laundry. We had a great stay there and would go again in a heartbeat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only down side was the “spa”, I wouldn’t recommend!

beautiful, well equipped, fabulous friendly staff who will try to help you in any way they can. The pool is beautiful with really nice furniture around it. The villas are lovely, good sound proofing, curtains that block out all the light, air conditioned. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and the dining area. The resort is quiet. The pools are not big but enough for children to play. Location is good. 10 minutes drive to a few beautiful beach areas and the old city. We also played mini-golf, tennis and beach volleyball on site. In general, a very pleasant stay at Aldeia Azul!

What a resort, WOW. Blew us away. Great staf, great amenities, very quiet and peaceful. Next to a golf course and 10 minutes driving distance to the main town and beaches. We were here for 2 nights, shouldn have done at least 7. We’ll go back someday. Hope they maintain the standards.

Stay there long enough and the hotel staff becomes like family. Aldeia Azul is a humble and new hotel in Lagos that embodies the spirit of Lagos: chill, comfortable, and friendly. its a new hotel, only opened a year, and the rooms are prestige. They have a beach/bungalow vibe that is exactly what we were looking for. The distance from downtown is really not bad. If you have a car its no biggie. We didnt and the taxi was about 5-10 EURO each way. Not bad if you spend all day there. The restaurant and cook, Grace, creates a great looking home cooked meal every night. She works her tail off and you can taste the love in the food. Shes magic. The bartenders serve up the best conversation and cocktails we had on our trip. Get a smoked Old Fashion from Carlos. The hotel reception staff went above and beyond in helping us plan our time, not only in the Algarve, but all the way up the coast to Sintra. They rock.

Only 1 year old. The room was spacious, the pool area was great, very good gym. The only point is that you are on the outside of town so you will need to drive to eat, etc...i would stay again.

Just returned from 14 nights at the 'Blue Village' Family Resort. It was the most comfortable, well equipped, high spec accommodation we have ever stayed in abroad in 20 years of holidaying abroad. We loved the large balcony with countryside views, quiet pool area (with vacant sun loungers at anytime of the day!!) and very friendly staff especially the maids who kept the accommodation beautifully clean and changed the towels every 2 days!
There is also a bar, restaurant, gym and tennis court if you want a night in. I would recommend hiring a car so you can explore Lagos at night and visit the local beaches. Meiea Pria beach is a beautiful , sandy beach and only cost €1 to park. A parasol and 2 sun beds was €12. Best supermarket was Aldi located very close to the resort. The highlight of our holiday was a return visit to Zoomarine for my daughter and son who swam with dolphins. It was an amazing experience for them and us as spectators.
