About this villa rental

Peacefully located villa set in its own beautifully maintained gardens with private pool and barbecue area. Plenty of room for outside dining. 10 minute walk to Praia da Luz beach, with water sport activity. Ideal location for golfers - 10 minutes to Parque de Floresta and 5 minutes to Boavista. Tastefully furnished, 3 bedrooms, suitable for up to 6 people with 2 twin bedrooms, share main bathroom and 1 double which has an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms open out onto the front garden terrace area. Large private pool and garden area to the rear of the villa equiped with garden table, chairs and 6 sun loungers. Located upstairs is a large lounge and dining area with fully fitted kitchen and separate toilet.. Balcony complete with patio furniture and 2 sun loungers with beautiful south facing views towards the sea which attracts the sun all day.

Excellent location on a quiet road and only 15 min walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Villa was spacious and clean. Pool/garden area and balcony meant lots of places to enjoy the sun. Check in and communication prior was excellent with all information provided.

A lovely villa , perfectly situated in Luz. Very spacious with a great outside space. Well equipped and very comfortable. Only down sides were parts are staring to get a little tired. The kitchen needs tidying with laminate lifting or missing from doors and the dishwasher didn’t seem to clean anything. The fridge just looks tired although works perfectly. The en-suite shower needs better labelling in the bathroom to inform that you can’t use it in full power or else it causes the bathroom to flood. The house listing also needs amending to remove the point where is states there is a hot tub. A few simple and speedy changes could make this property tip top and I will add that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for a week between Christmas 2023 and New Year's Eve. The house is spacious enough for 6 people, nice backyard with a pool, large balcony with partial ocean views, fully equipped kitchen, very clean and well maintained. Great communications with local property management.

The villa is in a peaceful and convenient location for the beach and restaurants. The outside space is excellent and the pool and garden well kept and inviting. Good size balcony from the sitting room for outside dining. We did feel the kitchen could do with being updated.

We stayed here August 2023 and found the property is amazing and immaculate in and out with everything you need. The pool is fantastic and is shallow with steps at one end and slopes down to around 5ft deep or just over at the other. Short 10 to 15 min walk to sea front with plenty of restaurants to choose from (there is no bad food here all is good). The main beach area is fantastic with plenty of water activities to choose from and there are a few very small secluded quieter beaches nearby. Enroute to beach just round the corner from the property you'll pass a lovely little cafe called Urban Cafe, which is great for breakfast and lunches. Most places also offer takeaways. If you like shopping it's just a short hop to nearby Lagos (We used Uber, which worked out around £10 each way) Just wsih we could have stayed longer.

Had a fantastic 7days in the villa , instructions and welcome pack sent before our stay was so helpful and made it a lot easier to get there. Villa was bigger than expected with beautiful grounds and pool . Kitchen was plentiful with appliances and kitchen wear which made our stay a lot easier, as stayed in a few nights and ate in. Lovely views off the balcony where we spent most of our evenings . Found Bosman South African restaurant just ten mins down the road which was amazing a definite must place to visit. Ella the rep came to check we were ok on the first Monday and gave us a few ideas where we could go as we had hired a car. Resort very relaxed and quiet not too touristy at all. Would definitely return to this villa. Very handy having a washing machine too clothes would dry in balcony in a few hours brilliant. 4of us stayed here and there was plenty of space to have time by yourself if needed . Look ovation was not too far away from the more busier resorts if you wanted to travel. Would love to come back in the future .

The villa and pool were lovely and made for a great holiday. Great location for wandering down to the beach and also for exploring more of sights across the Algarve. Just a couple of feedback points, with no air con more fans would have been good as it was hot at night. Thanks for a great stay

We loved the villa, private yet restaurants, beach, and day trips to other areas in the Algarve were easily assessable. Luz is a great point to begin excursions. The gardens were beautiful and cool dips in the pool were delightful. I said over and over that we could not have chosen a perfect home away from home for our visit to the Algarve in Portugal.

Fantastic location and property, whole family enjoyed visit. Would definitely consider for other family holidays. Richard and Sue are extremely responsive as are the management company who look after the villa. Only downside was having to come home.

Extremely pleased with the quality of this property. Photos and descriptions were accurate. Villa was clean and spacious with a great balcony. Loved having a private pool; however, pool filter did not seem to keep the water as clean as it should have. A little far from town, but would definitely stay here again.

We had a brilliant holiday. The villa was perfect for us. Luz was also perfect as it is a small and quiet resort. We did the coastal walks, had lazy beach lunches, snoozy afternoons by the pool and ate in the plentiful restaurants and cafes in the evening 😀

Well equipped villa, very secluded, with sunbathing from dawn till dusk. All communication was prompt and concise, there is also a ‘in resort’ contact if required. I had no real issues and would definitely like to return next time I visit the beautiful resort of Luz.

We had a lovely stay in the villa, everything was as described in the listing. The villa was very clean and had all the facilities you need for a comfortable stay. The pool area and bbq was very nice and the location was great too, being just a 5 minute walk into Luz. We would definitely rent the villa again when we stay in Luz. Thanks for such a lovely holiday.

Villa is superb! So spacious, airy, clean and comfortable with all you could need for a fantastic holiday. Pool is perfect and villa about 10/15 min walk to the beach and centre of Luz where there are endless restaurants and bars and a fabulous beach. Would love to visit again and highly recommend.

In short had a great time, as nice if not nicer than advertised. Had little trouble finding but think my problem. Everything was clean and in working order which to the uninformed should be a major plus. Neighborhood fantastic and walk to the beach enjoyable (walk back not so as uphill most of the way.) Had little trouble with TV but Natasha from management office came over and helped. Only things missing were maybe a couple beach chairs and never did find the safe. Don"t want to nit-pick this stay. It was fantastic and highly recommend for any and all. Thank you so much to owners and Management team for making our stay in Luz a highlight of our month visit to Portugal. Note: Would have reply sooner but don"t like typing on phone. We are home now basking in our memory of our stay in Luz. John

The villa was clean and as described. The welcome notes and instructions from the owners were clear and very useful. We were very lucky with the weather and spent most of our holiday in the garden or on sun trap balcony. Best holiday we’ve had in ages!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at this villa, it is in a perfect location, 10 mins walk to the seafront, we hired a car so we're able to explore the Algarve, the coast path is beautiful. We did go in the pool but it was freezing! It was January/February so to be expected! The villa was so comfortable, plenty of space, the gardens were well tended and the pool cleaned every week. We had a lovely 5 weeks and will definetly return, thank you Richard and Sue

We loved the property, very well equipped. The children loved the pool. The only thing we would say was the double bed wasn’t very comfortable, we found it too hard but what doesn’t work for us could be fab for others.
