It looked like the owners really put efforts in making everywhere on the property Instagram worthy. It was a weird time of the year when we needed AC in the middle of the day but needed heat at night. The heater made sounds that made the whole unit shake once in a while. Other than that it was great place to stay with my pup.

This place is super cute and perfect. We were looking for something unique and the air stream units were exactly that. I felt safe, comfortable, and clean. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved the vibes of the lodge from the hot tub to the hammocks. AC worked great in our unit. TV, refrigerator, and table were all great ammenities.

This was a pretty fun spot. Everything was really clean and I really did enjoy the airstream. I do think Mora could be done with the bathroom situation maybe one on each side so that it isn’t as far for some. But overall it was a great place.

Amigo Motor Lodge is absolutely adorable. Check in was great. Very welcoming. The room was spacious and super cute. The beds were so comfortable. We stayed for two nights. We used the hot tub and played some of the games they had. We sat outside to eat breakfast. They had special and unique touches throughout the property. I felt safe staying there. And the location was great in terms of being a centralized place to stay while we explored the mountains in the area. I would definitely stay again.

The staff were great and very helpful with any questions we had. The place was very cute, well maintained, and clean. We would definitely stay here again! The only things I think could be improved are access to drinking water for those staying in the Airstreams and recycling on premise.

Mosquitos were terrible in the airstreams. I wish there was bug spray and in unit keurig coffee. Pricey for what you get but it was a holiday weekend.. There was no teepee out front so some photos on expedia are outdated. Staff was excellent, in-room marketing pieces were cute and humorous. Everything was clean. Prob won't return. There is no view despite the comment on the signs.

Very cute & neat decor & fixtures. I didn’t like that the sun beat into the room all day (shade was up on the large window), so our room was very hot upon arriving. The window A/C unit couldn’t cool down the room. We didn’t sleep well. Unfortunately, we checked out that morning instead of staying another night.

love this place, never want to stay anywhere else. Everything is a solid 5 rating. Only one suggestion,,, put some cute signs up in the bath houses that there are people sleeping in room 10 :( slamming doors in the middle of the night and VERY early mornings gets a bit loud in room 10 :(((

Fantastic experience! Rooms are newly renovated and super clean and comfortable! We loved all the thoughtful amenities - from the vibey lounge room, to the steamy hot tub, to the cozy hammocks - we felt like we were living in luxury for a very reasonable and affordable price point. This will be our new go-to lodging anytime we’re visiting Salida. Can’t recommend enough!

You want to stay here. This retro Southwest motel is absolutely charming & clean and the staff are very friendly. Our bed was amazingly comfortable. There is an expandable makeup mirror in bathroom. There is also a small fridge in room. Outdoor & covered patio sitting areas to enjoy. On-the-go breakfast includes instant oatmeal cups, granola bars, coffee available at 7:30 am. We loved it & will stay again!
