A quick last minute booking for a quick sleep and shower. Easy check in at 11 pm. Simple bed, bathroom, fridge, microwave and soap only. No shampoo. Bed was ok but pillow was hard as rock. Location was ok. My truck was full of camping stuff in the back and it was still there in the morning so that was a plus.

Upon opening the door there was a overpowering dank, musty smell. The chair by the desk was very dirty, the pillows were faded yellowish white, not very clean looking. The bathroom grout on the floor and shower was very dirty. We did not stay and are unable to get refund because it stated no refunds.

Before we walked in to our room there was a man on the top stairs drinking beer and getting high,when we went into our room the room looked nothing like the pictures I seen online the room looked old and dirty the comforter on the bed had cigarette burns on them the walls were dirty and scuffed up furniture was old and dusty, the room smelled like cigarette so we ended up cutting our trip short because we were definitely not gonna stay in that dump so we were so upset it ruined our family trip and ended up leaving back home if the pictures online would of matched the actual room I’m sure we would of had a different outcome.

Check in had already started bad girl at the front just threw my room card & didn’t even bother to explain where my room would be located and walked back to her desk! So we head to our room it was decent nothing obviously that I wants expecting. Our main problem here was we realized the AC wasn’t working properly after turning it on (no cold air). We waited an hr to see if the room would start to cool and NOTHING that thing was just throwing room temperature air! I called the front desk & addressed my situation and asked if we could be switched to another room and her response was “I’m sorry I have no more rooms available and that AC UNIT IS NEW”. Long story short our problem wasn’t fixed so we had to suck it up, sleep uncovered and with the windows open all damm night! Would I return??? No Do I recommend this place? No!!! First time here very disappointed!!!

I’m giving this review a three star rating because the front window curtain did not keep the light out from the outside and no window covering on the second window. Light in the room kept me awake all night.

This is an okay basic motel, nothing fancy. I do exercises on the floor, but could not do them here because the floors are hard tile, no carpet. I prefer carpet.

Excellent! The owners are very nice to there guest. The rooms are clean and come with a microwave which is rare in these days. I would stay again when I come back to Santa Maria. It is a very quite hotel in a great location next to the store and a few great restaurants in the area. Thank you for having such a great hotel.

The girl at the front desk was not very nice. Bed sheets in one of the rooms was literally marked with foot prints. They only gave two regular size towels which were so thin, too each room. No shampoo bottles, no blow dryer. We drove 5 hours only reason why stayed. We were exhausted. We were totally fooled by the pictures online.

Terrible experience lady at the front was kinda rude but the room was really bad. First I was charged for a queen and I got a full, there was no shampoo just bar soap that was like a rock u couldn’t even clean anything with it. The tv didn’t have a remote or even buttons on the tv. And in the morning there’s a window with no blinds that just shines in ur face.

Everything was disgusting. The sheets hadn’t even been changed. There was hair and a crusty, white “substance” on our blankets. The bathroom window was shattered. Even the light switch was covered in something nasty.

Easy check in, room was surprisingly pretty clean, updated and tastefully decorated! The only complaints I have are: the bathroom is tiny, there is no towel rack or shelves in the shower, no shampoo was provided just several bars of soap and 2 towels and 1 washcloth for 4 guests. Also, when I went up to the front desk and asked for an extra pillow I was told they didn't have any which was just a bold face lie.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! Run as fast as you can away from this hotel. The pictures online show that it’s clean and manageable for a nights stay. Everything was Disgustingly DIRTY. Sheets and pillow cases had makeup and other stains on them. Towels were stained and dusty from them putting them in the closet area. They give you 2 slivers of soap, tv and WiFi don’t work. THE ELECTRICITY WENT OUT AT 2 AM!! It’s a junkie motel I literally saw someone, while I was sitting in my car debating if I should stay, shooting up because they had their door wide open for the world to see.

The room was clean but but was very stripped down, only a sliver of soap was provided. The sheets were hard the bed was old and uncomfortable the pillows were flat, offered no support and we woke up with neck pain. The rear window is positioned awkward and the light hits your face when you lay in bed. There was only one lamp provided in the room, the picture as described was not what was provided in the room.

Decided to do a last minute weekend trip to Solvang but almost everything was sold out except this place and 2 other places in Lompoc that had even worse reviews. Went with this place because most of their bad reviews were before their "remodel" and I saw their rooms no longer have carpet. (My 2 year old has a dust allergy and old carpets trigger her eczema.) The good. Room size is decent, bed was actually pretty comfortable, no carpet, small fridge in room, close to stores/restaurants. The bad. Front desk is not welcoming at all and barely say a word to you when checking in/out. (When I checked in the girl just asked for my ID and then handed me the room card with the room number without saying anything. And when I checked out another girl was in the parking lot on her phone and as I walked towards the front desk she stuck her hand out and I handed her the room card and she didn't say anything. So I assume that was me checking out.) Even though room is "remodeled" it still felt dirty. Bed linens were stained, towels were really thin and small (and also had stains), shower area has no hook or place to put your towel, tv remote didn't work because batteries were old, king bed had 2 tiny/thin pillows, the block/street it's on is sketchy (first night after checking in we left to get some food and some random guy was standing in the corner of the parking lot where it was dark), wifi is SLOW when it actually works.

So many issues, bath towel had large stain and ball of black hair, channels for tv were nothing but useless channels, window over refrigerator had no shades or blinds so the spot light outside would shine brightly over your face all night, shower had no shelves to put anything in, exhaust fan was extremely dirty, and road construction went on all night at the corner.

I reserved a king size bed room, they put me into a room with 2 queen beds. Plus the tv didnt work and there was only 1 towel. I tried to call the office. But no one answered. Never will i stay here again

Dirty stained towels - only two towels were given. There were no shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, .. actually the only thing that was in the room was a block of soap. The bedsheets also had stains.
