I loved my experience at Villa Lola. Such a beautiful home, with magnificent art and lush landscaping. I also enjoyed the plunge pool and waterfall. It was so refreshing and invigorating. Here I felt very safe and taken care of, however this may not be the best hotel for those with mobility issues. There are lots of steps to navigate in the neighborhood and inside the hotel. The best part of my experience was time spent with Eli Rosa Eric and Logan. They provided tender loving care and I will always remember how they made me feel. Each morning they prepared a very special breakfast, customized to my preferences. What a treat!

Nice BnB with charm and good location. You can take the little funicular (tram) at the end of the street down to the shops or walk some hidden steps if you follow gps maps. I came during the off season so it wasn’t busy in town. A nice place to base your stay in Puerto Vallarta.

We stayed for 2 night in the 2-bed bedroom and it was perfect! Logan was so welcoming, he took the time to give us a tour of the property and to give suggestions of places to see and restaurants. The villa is very well maintained, we loved the breakfast (lots of options and very filling), plus we had complimentary glasses of wine and cookies for happy hour. The rooftop pool is also nice and you can borrow a book or a magazine. We will be back for sure! Thank you!

I feel terrible I thought I had cash to tip but I had none and had to leave : ( for that I’m really sorry. The staff here are AMAZING, attentive, friendly. When I had a 7am tour they even put the breakfast items that didn’t need cooking in our room/mini-fridge so we’d have something to eat before we left. The food is great, the rooms are cute and clean, and the roof deck w/ pool is a great amenity. The only thing I could say wasn’t to my expectation was that I thought the heated pool would be warmer, so I didn’t end up doing night swimming which I normally love to do. Thanks everyone for a great experience! <3

This is a really nice place to stay. The ambience was really stunning and the staff was super friendly. The only down sides for us were the pool is a dipping pool and there was no ventilation in our bathroom. Other than that this is a highly recommended place for couple or adult family.

Felt like home away from home. Logan, Rosa, and Ella were outstanding in making us feel at home. The hotel is charming, spacious and very clean. All our needs were met promptly. Breakfast was made-to-order and delicious. My next trip to PV will be at Villa Lola. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This charming, well kept B&B has a fantastic location, it is in a quiet area yet only 2-3 blocks from the beach, galleries, restaurants and bars in Zona Romantica. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially the manager Logan who was in touch from the reservation time till our departure. He even arranged a doctor visit for on site covid tests on Christmas day! Muchas Gracias!

This was such a great experience from the phone call I received the day of check in to the check out. Everything was perfect. Logan is an awesome host and answered all of our questions and made sure our appointment was booked for our covid tests. Our room was amazing, super cute and clean with everything I needed.

Thanks for having us. I almost lost my mind because I thought the A/C unit was throttled at a temperature roughly equal to magma. As it turns out, I just needed to get very close to the unit and aim the remote directly at it. The room cooled down to less than Minnesota cold.

This is a B&B in a city of mega resorts. With only 7 very charming rooms, Logan took over 30 minutes to show us Villa Lola. The 2 ladies that made breakfast and cleaned the rooms were nice and we enjoyed the wonderful food and hospitality they provided.
