Where to begin. The staff upon check in where super friendly. They even got us some bubble to celebrate our anniversary. So attentive and helpful. The room was exelent, super clean, comfortable with all the amenities you could desire. There was even a diffuser in the room and we where given an oil blend to complete the experience. Highly recommend the restaurant on the premises

A friend and I went to Calistoga for the mineral springs and wine tasting. The pools are incredible!
5.0
Relaxing place to take a break and Calistoga is really charming and walkable.
5.0
Very convenient and relaxing option, although you can hear street traffic from the room, and you can hear people in neighboring rooms. Ear plugs are helpful when sleeping.

Fun relaxing pampering trip with my niece.

Loved this property! The property was fully redone in 2019 so the rooms were clean ans comfortable. We loved the hot spring pools, spa, and playful but casual grounds. I would highly recommend this property for an upscale retro modern vibe in Napa.

I booked this because hotel options are limited with a dog and it looked like fun. Upon arriving I was told that they would upgrade me since the room I booked wasn’t one of their dog appointed rooms which I thought was nice. But then had to sign a waiver with a bunch of rules with the dog saying I can’t leave her alone in the room or take her to any pools. I paid over $400USD for one night and asked how I was supposed to enjoy amenities I’m paying for if I can’t take her or leave her. So it was pretty disappointing. The room was a spa cottage and it was ok. It felt very empty and unfinished in terms of decor, again at that price I wouldn’t expect to feel like I’m staying in a dorm room. I went to order a drink and food at 9:05 and was told the kitchen closed at 9pm. I walked around town and FYI you can’t get food anywhere after 9pm. Luckily I had bought snacks earlier but was really looking forward to a relaxing meal - would have been nice to know that the town shuts down early. The road in front of the hotel was also under construction which was quite loud and caused confusion trying to get into the parking lot. Overall it’s a cute concept - seems a bit unfinished but WAY overpriced regardless even if I had use of the amenities it was still not worth that amount. If anyone is looking for an amazing wellness resort I would highly recommend CIVANA in Scottsdale instead and if you are just passing through Calistoga just stay somewhere cheaper.

The hotel was super cute. Friendly staff, but the road right outside is noisy. We enjoyed the pool, food delivery was delicious & convenient.

Survice was good, but it is way overpriced!

A quaint inn with clean and comfortable room. I especially commend the young lady who was able to move things around to let me check in 1.5 hr early as I had to change and get to a wedding before the check in time. She was so professional and kind!
The only draw back was late night noise, which quieted down around midnight.

They’ve really upped their game with the remodel. The grounds are lovely and the staff was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning!

I have visited many Spas, Dr. Wilkinson's i s different. From the moment you make a reservation , you feel like family. There are no elitist attitudes here, only positive energy.
The food is excellent and the mineral pools and spa are divine. Dogs are permitted as well.
Thank you for a great experience.,

Property would benefit from a little pet grass area, and more noise buffer from the street.

Nice pools! Dead bugs in the room. Room was noisy. Lots of jumping around upstairs and could hear people talking though the crack under the door.

The decor was adorable, first hotel bed in years that I enjoyed sleeping on.the pools were wonderful, so relaxing. The parking was convenient. They could use a larger doggie potty area but we just walked the main drag in front of the hotel and found some grass. Walking distance to all the restaurants. Easy check in and out. Massages were just ok for the price. In my opinion the deep tissue massage was weak. The restaurant on site has good coffee and drinks but the food was nothing special.

Parking and check-in were super easy. This is more of a motel than a hotel or a resort but it was still really nice. It is a walk up window to order food at the restaurant, but the food was pretty good. I wish it had a full bar, but they only had beer and wine and wine-based cocktails. The pools were great, even in the freezing rain. I tried to book us some massages three weeks before our arrival, but they were already booked up so that was pretty annoying but not a big deal. Had to walk to a spa across the street in the rain. The room was spacious and updated and we had a very good night of sleep.

Great spot and location, extremely clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating and pleasant. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

Called at 9 AM to ask what time our room was ready. Was told by 2:30 PM. Showed up and the lobby was a mess. People in wet bathing suits waiting for their rooms and it was past 4 PM. Staff at the front desk were rude and discourteous to guests. Manager was told how bad service was. All he said was that he knew that, and they were short staffed. At $300 per night, I expect more. This place is a notch above Motel 6 with disgruntled staff that should work at CA DMV. Avoid at all costs. Food sucks.

The one outdoor pool was really nice but the other outdoor pool was cold. The environment was really noisy from the doors being heavy and closing loudly. You could also hear the other guests in their rooms above and next to you. The restaurant had a great food.

Wonderful. A classic property now modernized in the great and quaint town of Calistoga. This property is a partner of the Marriott. You get your Bonvoy points.
Restaurant excellent. Facility spotless.
Only negative.. remember this is a motel.. so entrance to rooms from outside, parking lot a ways from entrance to rooms and you will hear some road traffic. But this is a motel.. that has been beautifully remodeled with excellent food and service. Enjoy the mineral spring hot pool and swimming pool. Relax and enjoy the spa after a few winery tours nearby. Worth it.

I stayed with my mom recently, and we enjoyed it. The warm pool, not the covered hot tub, wasn't hot enough, in our opinion, considering the chilly wind, but we enjoyed it. The room was very nicely furnished, and we enjoyed the hotel restaurant. It had tasty and healthy breakfast options.

The overall layout was great! The appearance was always clean and tidy, and one area flows into the other. The outdoor seating and picnic area was great immediately adjacent to the food and beverage service. The only recommendation I have is for the front desk staff to either give brief tour or provide map identifying the areas and easiest access to the adult only spa.
