Nice quiet little hotel. It is on the quieter side of the island so is not located near to loads of restaurants, but you can find some lovely little places to eat within 15 minutes of the hotel so it's not nearly as remote as some other reviews would suggest. It is perfect if you want a relaxing break. It is only a 15 minute walk from the other island as well which is useful if you like to explore. I had a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Overall very nice spot. Secluded is a positive and a negative. Not much to choose from in places to eat up on top of the big hill but also very secluded -and great for just chilling out with no distractions. The facilities need some upkeeping but the staff was very helpful and unobtrusive.

Lovely accommodation with seriously nice view! Sweet people and really good service. Everyone were very kind and helpful, no matter what we needed! They also helped us booking snorkeling trip and scooter. The hotel is located outside of the “city”, but we enjoyed the quietness! I will recommend renting a scooter, it’s really cheap and the most easy way to come around the island.
I would love to come back!

Average. bedrooms were acceptable, bed was comfy but couldn’t sleep due to noise of creatures and prayer on tannoy. Swimming pool overlooking the sea was picturesque. Location is absolutely atrocious. Middle of nowhere, nothing and nobody around. (If you’re stuck on the first night for somewhere to eat like we were then eat at next door hotel Acala!!) Unless you’re willing to take a scooter off road you’re utterly shafted. Breakfast very poor. Coffee served was intended for peculation but served as instant. Also use next door taxi service from hotel to get to yellow bridge and back to boat dock area. Nice beaches and scenery but not a lot else to offer on island. Island so not ready for tourists yet! rating would have been poor but views were great.

We stayed for two nights one of their lovely villas. The room is very spacious and clean and the balcony opens up to view the yellow bridge. It was nice to follow the boat traffic in the area. The location is a bit aside and I would recommend to have own scooter to move around freely as it's too far to walk to the town. Nothing much to see in the vicinity, but at least it's very quiet there at night. The staff missed our breakfast order twise but it's very minor issue and we managed to get the breakfast in the end.

When I booked Twin Island I fell in love with pictures of the beautiful views. I read this "resort" was across the island from where all the action was but a 15min ride didn't sound bad. We were SO wrong. Nusa Lembongan doesn't have taxis, and if you plan to rent a scooter this will be quite the trek and scary at night as it's very isolated. We chose not to have scooters because we wanted to drink, and also wifi is HORRIBLE here so we didn't want to risk getting lost. When we arrived on the ferry, the ferry shuttle dropped us off at an office for all the diving excursions (not inviting at all- no hotel front desk area). Once you get your room key you're left to fend for yourself. The resort doesn't have a working phone number, or at least one that anyone answers. In your room there is no phone, so if you need anything you're lucky to find a staff member walking around. Since this island doesn't have taxis to call, you have to rely on restaurants that offer free shuttles to people dining at their establishment and they'll come get you. Twin Islands has no shuttle, and is useless all around. Our first night we went out to dinner and then to a bar - it was such a pain trying to get a ride back to this resort we ended getting a second hotel room to sleep in then came back in the morning! The staff didn't bring us breakfast when we ordered it, and the manager named Kip is just straight rude. You can find better on this island if you're not a diver! That's all they care about!

The views are spectacular but the area is very secluded so you need to have a moped to get anywhere. Due to health reasons we couldn’t hire a moped so we had to rely on taxis for the two days we stayed. There doesn’t seem to be many staff so it was often difficult to find someone who could speak English - on the day we checked out we asked the girl at reception to order a taxi, she spoke no English and two hours later we were still waiting (and turned out no taxi had been booked even after asking three times and pointing to the map as to where we needed to go) so this was a big frustration. Luckily we were going to another resort on the island, if we had been booked on a boat back to Bali we would have missed this and lost our money. Food is only served until 7pm so again you have to travel out for food if you want to eat later, about 5 or 10 minute drive. The villas have a lot of potential but not suitable for anyone who can’t drive a moped or like to have lots to do. The pool is also in the shade so sunbathing isn’t an option either!

No 24hour reception and security. Power failure at 1am leaving entire place pitch dark.No reception staff around even.. Guests were stranded with trying to get the power back. Guests are just left with accommodation and no other help or service or security. Mosquito situation was a hassle to address simply as they did not have any fire source such as lighter/match sticks. Not even one international plug socket outlet.Location is far off..but view is Good

Beautiful spot with spectacular views. Room was very comfortable, huge balcony to relax on, fan + aircon made for restful nights sleep. Tasty breakfast brought to our room was simple, and perfect amount of food to get the day started.Bar on site also has a beautiful view & pool table, snack menu available until 6pm. Free return transport offered by several restaurants, so easy to find dinner to suit your budget & taste. 2 days of awesome diving (so much better than Lombok/Gilis!), with Twin Island dive. Door to door return transport (Rocky fast boats) organised direct was super easy. Good wifi. Loved the semi outdoor bathroom. Not many mozzies. Many thanks to Kipp & the team for a wonderful stay. Cant wait to go back!

Located in a quiet area of Nusa Lembongan. Beautiful gardens and swimming pool. Very calming environment, perfect for relaxing. Reception staff and diving instructors are very friendly and accommodating. There are not indonesian, this is possibly a positive for some, but not for my partner and I as when staying in Bali we enjoy interacting with locals and the challenge of a slight language barrier. Very limited food options on site, good resturant across the road. Overall a lovely, quiet place to stay.

Very comfortable hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast delivered to your room at a time you decide the night before and it's very eco friendly meaning a free water filter in every room. It's a little bit out of the way and the taxi situation isn't great (in lembongan itself), however it's only a 25 minute walk to the yellow Bridge and most restaurants pick you up and drop you off for free with a reservation. You can also rent a scooter for the day from the hotel for 80,000 IDR.

Location of Villa seems to be in the middle of no where in comparison to other Villas, but although hidden, it is on the higher part of the island and provides a great view of the neighbouring island as well as the sunrise in the morning! Was greeted by the Villa hosts who provided all the information required for our stay (2 nights only). Very friendly and helpful staff, making our trip around the island that much easier.
Scooters can be hired at a very good price. Doesn't take long to go in to the busier area of the island, very easy to navigate your way around.

The place is great for divers. Easy to come around on the island on scooters. Nice and neat bungalows.

In the tropical mountains on the less-popular side of Lembongan Island, hides this oasis. Individual huts/villas and the infinity pool overlook the beautiful stretch of water between islands and the Yellow Bridge. In room filtered water, air con, bar fridge (restocked daily with reasonably priced drinks and snacks), breakfast delivered to your balcony daily (choose from a menu of options), all add up to the perfect amount of luxury. P and Darren (lovely Aussie and brit) run the place in a pro yet relaxed manner, and the local staff are friendly and keen to help. Even if you don't dive, jump on one of the (almost daily) boat rides out to nearby coves, and snorkel to spot tropical fish, reefs and if you're lucky, manta rays! It's remote, it's kid free and it's priced right! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for a taste of Indonesia/Bali without the tourist trappings.

Lovely place, such nice people. Diving was great and very high standard + service. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Very good value. Only thing is it is a bit remote (which is nice because it is beautiful and quite), but renting a scooter, you can get anywhere on the island within 10minutes
