Rooms are very clean and lovely. Very comfortable bed, loads of space within the room and a spacious balcony overlooking the pool. The pool area is also beautiful. Staff are very friendly, kind and attentive and free bikes to use (they’re not the best but are free!). The only downside we faced was not being able to contact the property ahead of time (tried messaging a few times via hotels.com and got no reply, also tried calling and couldn’t get through). They’re also doing some renovations which made the pool ahead not very relaxing plus the pool bar was never open which was a shame for us. Would’ve been absolutely fine if we had been given the heads up ahead of time, but once they’re done with it I’m sure it’ll be great! For breakfast they offer a freshly cooked meal to your ordering ahead of time as well which was a nice change to the standard hotel buffet for breakfast. Area was okay, in reflection probably would have stayed closer to old town but was near the canal which was nice for morning coffee runs.

Such a peaceful and beautifully scenic place to stay. The property is lovely even though there was construction out the front. We had booked a room that backed the construction and the manager contacted us before our stay to noyify us of this and welcomed us upon our arrival saying if the noise or room didnt suit then they would happily move us. Which we did choose to move and were put into a beautiful family large suite and were very happy with our stay. The pool was gorgeous and cooling as it had good shade. The breakfast was small however plenty of options! We really enjoyed our stay here and would happily come back

Our three-night stay was fantastic! The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. We could use their bicycles to travel around Hoi An for free! The breakfast choices were expansive, with changing options daily and an omelet station. Our room was cleaned daily with new towels and a few water bottles. The room cooled down nicely, even on a 100-degree day. The location is perfect as it is a short walk to the center of town, but also quiet when you want to sit by the pool or go to bed.
This was a great place to stay, and I highly recommend it!

A little out of town. 15-20 mins walk. Large rooms, nice pool. First night was awful as the bed smelled of urine and hot water did not work. We changed rooms. Property is beginning to show its age. We stayed off season so breakfast was very minimal and we needed to order the day before. If during busy season, breakfast would be a buffet.
Right across the road from the memories show. Restaurant across the street was really good and staff very friendly! Free bikes at hotel were nice but need some tlc

Paid $49.50 AUD for 1 night.
The exterior is aesthetic and the staff were nice. It is only a short walk over to the Hoi An Impression theme park. Free breakfast was nice with a small but decent range of variety such as cereal, hot meals, bread, fruit, and they’ll cook eggs according to personal preference.
Most of the villas just have stairs and there was a below average design of the bathroom where the water from the shower just seeps through half the bathroom. Not sure if that’s the same with other rooms.

Great setting it appears part of the complex it’s being renovated ie gym area so not fully functional also bar pool never appeared to be open when we were there. Very spacious rooms and complex very nice. Great location easy walkable to river front, dining and old town. Would definitely recommend

Large rooms, nice balcony, nice pool, super friendly staff, good breakfast and great service. They made us breakfast to go when we left super early to the airport. They offered cheap private airport transport.
The only negative we could say were the condition and cleaning of the bathtub, it looked dirty and the drainage didn't work properly and was very slow, which was unfortunate, because the shower also was in the bathtub.
But overall, we would highly recommend this hotel!

The room is clean, but the condition of the furnishing is rather old, and the wardrobe has a strong musty smell. There is no door or partition to separate the shower area and dry area, so most of the bathroom floor is wet and quite slippery. Happy with the location, close to ancient town, Impression Theme Park and many nice local food.

Large rooms.
Free bike hire, a short ride into town.
Quiet location.
Good breakfast.
Nice pool.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hoi An Emotion Villa. The property is well kept with very friendly, helpful staff. My room was huge, and the AC worked well. The king bed was comfy. The pool is a good size with an adequate number of deck chairs around it. There is a good number of families staying here, so expect a handful of young kids in the pool at most times.
The breakfast is good, although a bit limited. Eggs made to order, bread, a selection of hot foods including sausage, bacon, a noodle dish, at least one stir fried dish and watermelon, bananas, and pineapple. The gym was a bit disappointing. It has the necessary equipment for a basic workout. There are no fans, water or towels available in the gym though, which makes it very difficult to use in the heat and humidity of Hoi An.
One thing I thought was great that the cleaning staff would leave a basket with clean towels and additional water if you didn't want your room serviced. I find this very useful as I don't need my room cleaned every day, but I was going through all of my water every day.

I was delighted with my choice of Emotion Villa. The check-in was very easy and, although I was early they went out of their way to get my room prepared ahead of the check-in time. The room was huge and spotlessly clean. I ate breakfast in the restaurant and, although quite simple, there was plenty of food, especially fresh fruit. The location was also excellent, with the old town in easy walking distance, about 500 metres. There are excellent restaurants opposite the hotel and these have seating along the riverside, great for a relaxing evening meal

Great location in quiet area only 10 mins walk to centre
Lots of bars and restaurants nearby
Spacious rooms and a great pool
Super friendly staff

We stayed in the suite room with balcony. The room was nice the first night, it was covered with lemongrass oil when we arrived. The second day I began to understand why it was covered with lemongrass, because the bathroom smells like sewage. I told the reception and they said they will solve the problem by burning more lemongrass oil. I’m so disappointed by their answer and of cuz it didn’t solve the problem, the bathroom smells like a mixture of sewage and lemongrass, worst! I was going to extend my staying but I’m glad I didn’t. The pool is not well maintained, I won’t put my head in the water, the breakfast is hopeless.

Very disappointed. We booked the family suite thinking it had a garden view as it was stated on hotels.com. However, the room was to the street. There was construction going on and it was very loud. The room was not well cleaned and underneath the leaky minibar was water, which is installed directly next to the TV. Cables were sticking out, which is really dangerous. They also didn’t have any towels, when we arrived. According to them the laundry service was late. But how can a big hotel not have enough spare towels? After speaking with staff, they promised that we would get a refund and we checked out. Now they won‘t reply. Cannot recommend their service.

I only stayed here for 2 nights. When I checked in I was shortly going to dinner. I noticed my room was not the same room I booked and was missing some things like a bath, a balcony etc which is why I booked this hotel. Before going out to dinner I let reception know and they said they were full so could not move me but could the next day. After spending the next day out sight seeing I came back and asked about the room they promised. They said they had given the room to someone else that afternoon….after asking for a partial refund for not getting what I paid for, there was some backwards and forwards of calling the manager. They then moved me to my actual room and I was much happier and took advantage of the bath and balcony that I booked. The buffet breakfast was great and the facilities were very beautiful, although because I was only staying 2 nights the room trouble put a damper on my stay.

Very nice quiet hotel, walking distance to the central part of Hoi An. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The manager (Son) was very friendly and attentive. When there were bicycles available, he asked if we wanted to use them. We didn't even know they had bicycles for the guest. We had a great stay at this hotel.

Very nice staff. Excellent service and very nice rooms. The staff were very welcoming and took care of our every need. Great breakfast (made to order) and the hotel had a calming atmosphere.
Room was clean and had good amenities. 10/10 would recommend

Really nice place. The staff is nice and the whole area is perfect for a holiday in Hoi An

Place is good. Nice pool and its got a fine enough gym. I think they're still building some things as the middle floor above the restaurant is empty and the floor above (which has the gym) is in a state of either being built, disrepair or being dismantled. Not entirely sure.

The atmosphere are great, the staff is super friendly and the place makes you want to move in permanently. We had a great stay thanks to the beautiful premises and the friendliness of the staff. I definitely want to come back here!

Very clean, quiet surrounding, away from the old town but i like the stroll. It is really very noisy closer to the old town. Also it is just across the pick up point for Hoi An Impression. The hotel booked all my trips for me, and it is really convenient. Extremely value for money.

Great villa, there's no elevators but that's okay because its only 3 levels. The pool, pool bar and breakfast buffet are amazing. Staff are very fun, pleasing and understanding however the reception is quite difficult to navigate to with big luggage, the entrance is a little awkward. Rooms are big and spacious, the only thing is that the toilet seats are a bit old and stained. We were given an upgrade for this matter.

Lovely place to stay, right across the road was a lovely place to eat, the only down side was we left very early in the morning and getting staff to check was a little difficult. All that aside a great place

Messy due to building an aquarium. There were lots of mosquitoes in my room. Very noisy water pump running at 10pm and 6am right by behind my room affected my family's sleeping. Ceiling light couldn't turned off. No water in our rooms happened twice. Breakfast was poor. We was very disappointed. The only good thing is spacious rooms.

The room was beautiful, and the breakfast had lots of options. The hotel is quite a walk from the main attractions, but you can use one of their bikes if you dont want to walk for too long. The only problem we had was with the pool. The water didnt circulate well, so it was warm and dirty in the afternoons.

Lovely little villa but in need of some improvements. The rooms are beautiful and a decent size, however a few things in the room just seemed a bit worn. The safe didnt work in our room for example. The staff were friendly enough but English was very limited for most. The breakfast was very disappointing, not much provided and what was there was poor quality. The pool is beautiful, clean and refreshing but the pool bar was rarely open.Nice location for the old town, approximately 20 minutes walk into the centre, the Japanese bridge etc.Directy over the road is a lovely local restaurant, great food and cheap prices!Would recommend staying here as for the cost its worth it but just dont expect very high standards.

Lovely hotel about a 10 minute walk from the ancient town. We really liked the location as it offered a break from the hustle and bustle. Lovely pool to relax by. Bikes are free to borrow - we cycled to An Bang beach and recommend this. Overall a great place to stay.
