A nice quiet place next to a bus stop and train station for easy access around all of Osaka. Grocery and laundry are quick to access and the neighborhood is quiet and clean.

Best for 1-2 people. There is an extra futon, but no good place to put it. Everything essential is provided and the dog-themed decorations are adorable. The location is a 5-10 minute walk from the closest train station and not in the central Osaka area, but for the price is a great value.

The Trusty Residence Tennoji East is about 7-10 minutes walk to Kobureguchi Station, which is one stop from Osaka-Abeno/JR Tennoji Station and access to the midosuji subway line (Namba, Shinsaibashi, Osaka stations), JR Loop line, and the train directly to the airport. It's a full apartment, minus a living room, with a small and fully functional kitchen with a pot, pan, dishes and utensils. There's a shower/tub room and sink in a separate room from the toilet, and a separate bedroom with two twin beds and a TV, plus a futon. There's no laundry, but you can wash in the sink and hang your clothes on the rope provided on the balcony. Clean sheets and towels are provided, but there's no maid service, so these do not get changed during your stay. Personally, I'd rather save the money on cleaning fees and use the vacuum which was also very thoughtfully provided. There's a supermarket about 3 minutes walk from the apartment, so we also saved a lot of money buying drinks and bentos there on our way out each day. The place was sparkling clean when we arrived, and the kids and I would very happily stay there again.

Place was easy to get to, near major transpo, grocery, restaurants, etc... If you’re every considering to stay at a Great & Luxurious Place thats Reasonable Price, this is the place to be!!

Overall I had a good experience. The only concerns I had were that the beds were hard as rocks. We could literally feel the springs in the mattress and that it wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. There was definitely room for improvement in the cleanliness department. The location was good though. 15 min walk to train station and 3 mins to nearest bus.

Room is very clean and it got everything you need. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Walk 5-8 mins to the nearest JR station or 3 mins to bus stop, arrive Tennoji in 15 mins.

It was so easy to communicate with the one in charge of our accommodation. Angus responds fast to my emails and wechat messages. It was near a train station too. I like the fact that 3 people can stay in 1 room coz most only allow 2 people in 1 room. I would surely go back to this place. 😃

Nice room. Not besides some main station but still quite convenient. Though no staff is there, it is easy to check in and check out. There are very clear instructions for using the facilities.
