Great for families, very nice size and clean room. About 7mins walk to the nearest Nippombashi station. Very near to Kuromon market and den den town so lots of gachapon and claw machine shops.

Great place to stay. A little noisy as many young families stay here. My only complaint was there is a kitchen and the food catcher in the kitchen sink had not be cleaned. The bunk bed mattress are also quite thin.

Excellent Customer services namely Annie who was very helpful efficient and courteous
Location is very good as near Namba station. Great shopping malls within walking distance.
Hotel rooms and toilets were very clean too!

We loved the location as it was quite close to the town centre and osaka metro, meaning it was fairly convenient travelling to and from the hotel. The room however, could be cleaner, with the toilet needing better ventilation.

We had an awesome experience. Not only was the hotel very spacious and family friendly. The staff gave us the 5 star treatment. We will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Great room configuration with 4 beds. Perfect for our family of 4 (kids 16 and 17 yrs old). Clean and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families.

We were really excited about our stay here. It was by no means inexpensive, but on entering the room there were a few things that I immediately did not like- 1) absolutely 0 space to store anything or even place a bag on. All the space is taken up by kids toys which is great, but thought should be given to where guests will put their luggage which ends up being all over the dining area. 2) The kitchen area is all carpeted and with the lack of frequency of cleaning, the carpet was sticky- afterall its kids that use that room and you can't expect food to not be spilled. 3) the cleaning staff is just horrible. We paid extra for daily cleaning and not only did they forget to clean on both the days, I had to tell the cleaning lady what to wipe down and the job was so poorly done. 4) the hallways also had dirt and weren't vaccumed properly. I only give 3 stars because the kids enjoyed having toys in the room, and the front desk was quite good, but in terms of cleanliness, space and the feeling of relaxation, it was very, very subpar. Prevents me from staying at a Mimaru again.

Friendly staff and comfortableb stay but the pillows were hard to sleep on. Quite small in size and not soft. Woke up with headache most mornings

I really loved the helpful staff and the fun games for my kids. The area around the hotel was a little too gritty for me. It’s an area for anime and gacha balls. If you don’t mind that, then the location is about a 12 min walk to Dotonburi and 6 min walk to a JR line.

Our stay at Mimaru Osaka Namba Station was perfect for my family. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious for 4 adults and a toddler PLUS all of our suitcases lol Location was great: a lot of restaurants nearby, JR train station about a 10min walk away, and accessible to other popular parts of Osaka. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful (esp when it came to sending our suitcases to our next location). So glad we stayed here for our stay in Osaka :)

Great hotel for families. The staff at the front desk was extremely helpful. The front lobby and board game area is a great amenity. We stayed in a loft bed apartment and it was spacious enough for a family of 4. Highly recommended!

It’s awesome hotel with so many good restaurants surrounding, walking in distant to train station (5min), 10min waking to Dotonbori. There’s laundry facilities inside the building too. The staffs are very friendly & nicely. I met vnese staff working here too. The room is clean & spacious for 5pp

Cosy and relatively clean. New toilet paper, sponge, kitchen towel and kitchen paper were provided. That's highly appreciated, especially now when Covid and different flu viruses are still very active. However, it would have been excellent if enough packets of laundry detergent had been provided. The pillows were not comfortable, though. My kid was biten by something like fleas and we saw a little cockroach on the table. Overall, it's a good apartment hotel still.

Great location, close to everything, roomy enough for family of 4

Fantastic location and room pretty functional albeit not much space to store clothes etc. The hotel games were a big hit with the kids and the games lobby and free drinks/coffee a nice touch. All the staff very friendly. Note that you must pay ¥500 per bag if you want to leave for the day after checkout

The hotel is near everything, e.g., subway line, food, Dontombori, shopping. Our family (with young kids) love all the games there. This is the 2nd Mimaru hotel we stayed at and we really like the hotel chain as it’s very family friendly.

I liked the Japanese style tatami layout, with a kitchen that provided us convenience to cook our breakfasts before we head out to look around town.

We booked Mimaru Osaka Namba Station for 4 adults (the floor plan was two bedrooms and two baths) and it was the perfect size for the occasion. We were able to have the flexibility to hang around in the living room and utilize the kitchen when needed, and for Japan, the space was pretty big. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, letting us be very well rested throughout our stay.
Location of the hotel is also very convenient with lots of food options, convenience stores, and attractions nearby within walking distance. The hotel's location also was within walkable distance to different subway/train lines, so it was very easy to navigate.
Additionally, when checking out, we wanted to courier the luggage to our next destination, and the staff was incredibly helpful and speedy in getting the process done so we would get to our train on time.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this hotel, or any of the Mimaru hotels when we return.
