Where do I even start with this place? First of all, picking up the keys was such a hassle. We had to travel 40+ minutes away from the location and 40+minutes back JUST to get the key for the apartment.
We get to the apartment and it’s super hot, the thermostat didn’t work and it was a completely different apartment than the one in the pictures.
The WiFi never worked and the second night there, we discovered a mouse. It took about 2-3 hours for someone to come to get it out. I asked for my money back or a different apartment and the guy refused to do either. The mouse went everywhere, the bed, our clothes, etc. Asking for new bedsheets was like asking them to bring the moon for us, I had to bargain so much JUST for clean bed sheets.
The 3rd night, there were 2 more mice. I asked for my money back or a different apartment. The guy finally gave in and gave us a different apartment. My 4 other friends and I had to walk in the rain and cold to the new place.
This new place had no heat, keep in mind it’s about 40 degrees outside, no hot water and no unlimited WiFi. My friends and I had to make bird baths, heat up water in a pot in order to shower. To heat up the apartment, we turned on the oven and left it open so we wouldn’t freeze in there.
The only good thing I can say about this place is the maintenance men. Both people were super friendly and tried to help as much as they could. Everyone else can suck a butt. I will never stay here ever. GET A HOTEL!!!

The apartment was very nice, with a comfy bed, nice shower & bath and spacious kitchen / living room area. Although the pull out bed was not in good condition and the sheets were dirty. Collecting the keys for the apartment was a pain as you have to go to Camden which is the opposite way from where the apartment is. You are not made aware of this until you have confirmed and paid for the booking. When arriving at the office to collect the keys, the gentleman asked for a different deposit amount than what the confirmation confirmed, once questioned on this he changed his mind. The apartment is a completely different address than stated on the website and is hard to find due to this. The apartment was clean but we werent given many towels considering there was a total of 4 guests for 3 nights. The apartment was boiling and the only cool room was the bedroom where we had a door onto a balcony, most of the windows couldnt be opened therefore made the stay rather uncomfortable... I certainly wouldnt stay again as this accommodation was more hassle than its worth.

I certainly wouldn't stay again as this accommodation was more hassle than its worth.

This is a great property but definitely not the one advertised. Property managers not friendly and the distance from the property management company to the apartment is something everyone should be aware of as this is an additional cost

Garbage, have to pick up the key very far from the place, not a clean place, the staff suck.

Flat was on Bermondsey Street and had a rooftop terrace. I stayed there with two other colleagues and we were all pleasantly surprised not just with the apartment but the location! The restaurants and bars in the area are superb, despite this teh apartment was very quiet so a good nights sleep is easy. Would highly recommend this apartment. We talked about it so much our colleagues got a cab over to go for dinner with us in the local Japanese restaurant! We have an organisation of converts to seeking apartments rather than hotels for their business trips!

The checking point is very far from the apartment. The apartments was 2 bedroom but it was on the third floor of the builfding and without a lift. In the apartment the kitchen and the bedrooms were located at two different level, Very hard to go up and down.

The property was close to touring sites, and close small grocery stores, and pubs.

you need to pick the keys up in Camden, which is around 15-20 minutes from Tower Bridge. there is a near by supermarket. the underground rail is about 10 minutes walk. good apartment. it gets a bit hot upstairs in summer and is very light early (perhaps some better blinds). but all in all, very good

Good for larger groups with the 3 bedroom apartment option.

The property was very close to the tower bridge (7 min. Walk) and got enough space for all of us (6 person). There were two restrooms and two sleeping rooms downstairs and living room and kitchen were upstairs.
What I didn’t like was that you’ve to get the keys from an other place. That was a little bit bad because of the traffic in London, Even if you avoid the congestion zone. But you don’t have to bring back the keys. You could leave them on the property and leave immediately.
For families who wants to stay close to the city and get a cheap apartment I would say it is a good choice.

I liked my stay here, the problem is you have to collect the keys from Camden Town - which is miles away.
I think if you're calling you company Tower Bridge Apartments, you should probably mention that you operate out of Camden!
You aren't made aware of this fact until after you book, another bad point.
The apartment was nice although none of the windows opened! Not exactly safe.

The value was good. Amenities would have been adequate for family of four except not everything was in working order. One of the chairs was in disrepair and my daughter pitched forward and hit her chin on the glass table top, luckily not injured. The shower was not sealed properly so there was puddle of water each time someone took a shower. The pull out bed was not in good condition and the sheets were a bit dingy yellowish. Property is near the Guy Hospital and you can hear sirens most of the night. It's about a 20min walk to the Tube Stations, but buses do run very nearby. Grocery markets are very close and there are several lovely cafes nearby. The building is set back off the main road, but the crossings are difficult to navigate as the lights are not timed for pedestrians, dangerous if you have small children or persons with limited mobility. Property contact personnel respond quickly and are professional, but the overall condition of the unit was less than I'd expected - a bit run down and not as clean as I'd like it.

Very noisy area. Impossible to sleep with the windows open. Very little amenities for cooking meals. There was very apparent water damage in the bathroom. There is damage to the walls in the bedroom and living room area. The location is very nice, close to Tower Bridge, grocery store located very close.

The location to pick up the keys was across the city which was an hour in traffic both ways from the apartment. This was not convenient and I would have happily selected a different location if I knew that prior to paying. There was a 40 GBP cleaning fee that had to be paid in cash or check which was told to me via email after I already left for my journey. Not convenient. I did not get a receipt for this fee. There were 4 flights of stairs to the apartment I rented. This was not easy for me and would have liked to have know that prior to renting. The location was convenient, and the apartment was clean. The hot water warmer for tea was broken and the coffee maker was not clean, There were used grinds in the coffee maker. The refrigerator was clean but has an odor that smells liked something had spoiled prior to my arrival.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that is was a 2-storey apartment in the vicinity of residents, therefore quiet environment yet very close to bus stops (at 3 directions) or 10-15minutes walk to Tower Bridge, Borrough market directions. Sainsbury is just across the street.

Appart OK but keys have to be taken in Camden (i.e. other side of London) and this is not at all a good idea for a business trip. 1h to go and back by tube.

Good location in Bermondsey, easy bus ride to Tower Hill. Bermondsey is areal little gem of an area with good bars and restaurants on Bermondsey Street. Key pick up is nowhere the apartment, a hassle with luggage.

Good to have key etc delivered to my office. Didn’t expect to have to pay an extra £40 for cleaning before checking in. Apartment very nice but in a busy noisy area which didn’t feel particularly safe at night. Entrance to apartments on small Dark side street but lovely once inside

Well located flats and built and furnished to a high standard but the dirty bed sheets on one bed let it down. Bathroom/kitchen all very clean though. Also the beds were so squeaky in flat 5. Also someone tried to get in the flat with a key at 3am and did! We were so scared but when we let the staff know the next day they apologised. So overall I dont think I would use again.

New apartment in a new building, close to the Tower of London. A number of nearby bus stops and a nearby grocery store. The apartment is well equipped and clean. Highly recommended
