Home away from home!
After a long flight from Australia, it was nice to get easy contactless check in. This accomodation has a lift which was great as we had a lot of luggage.
Beds are super comfortable, I had read the previous review and yes there is a stain on the side of the bed but it didn’t effect our sleep. Little noise at night but again, this didn’t effect our sleep.
Has a well equipped kitchen and washing machine.
Also fans for those hot nights in summer, we used them every night.
Supermarket( Tesco) conveniently across the road for all your basic needs.
So many attractions within walking distance, London Tower, London bridge, boroughs market, Shakespeare globe, the shard and the list goes on and on.
Heaps of bars and restaurants on the same street as apartment. Do yourself a favour and have dinner at Iron flat just next door. Super close to train station, bus terminal and bike hire.
If your wanting a weeks stay or a month or just wanting to spend the weekend, this accomodation is perfect. I highly recommend and would most definitely stay again.
Just a side note, lift handle up to lock the door, took us hours to work that out.
Many happy family memories made, thank you very much :-)

Location is perfect and the highlight of this stay. It is central and easy access to rail, bus, underground, and easy walking to many attractions. Across the street from a Tesco as well. The Tesco would’ve been a bigger help if the apartment were better appointed for cooking. No cutting boards, or basics you’d expect (e.g., cooking oil / spray, more than a couple fast food packets of salt / pepper, paper towels / napkins, a single trash bag). If you just want to store drinks and be able to grab pastries in the morning, great. Otherwise you’ll have to buy everything and leave most behind. The beds were spartan - no top sheet, and the mattresses had seen better days. A huge stain on the side of the master bed. Multiple lights were out in the apartment or constantly flickering. The common areas desperately needed cleaning - the carpet outside our place was badly stained. The shower hose was stuck in the lowest position, meaning for us (over 5’10”) we had to rig it to be able to shower properly, and it was near impossible to not flood the bathroom. On arrival, the door code we’d been sent didn’t work, and we had to try a half dozen more with the representative until we could access the place - a great first impression when everyone is exhausted. It suited our needs, mostly - but I wouldn’t stay there again nor would I recommend it. For the price differential from the Hilton across the street, I’d take daily maid service, comfort, and amenities that were working properly.

Very comfortable and stylish apartment well positioned for tourist activities and access to the transit system. Property could use some maintenance but overall a very positive experience. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was clean and comfortable, quite large for Europe, but we did have trouble with the phone and wifi not working. There is no one on site to assist, however we were able to speak to other guest and were able to use the wifi. The phone never did work and we did need to use it so it was a problem. I emailed and reported it but never received a response. I would definitely stay here again.
