My experience with this hotel has been deeply disappointing due to severe communication issues, leaving me feeling deceived, stranded and financially exploited.
I discovered I couldn’t arrive due to Hajj only restrictions, a critical detail the hotel failed to inform me about during booking.
This oversight felt deceptive and put me in a difficult situation. I contacted the hotel seeking assistance and a refund, but after over 48 hours of persistent efforts, I still received no response.
As a young traveler alone in a foreign country, the lack of support and communication had made my situation even more stressful.
The absence of prior notification about the visa restrictions, which prevent me from entering Makkah, indicates a severe lapse in customer service and potentially violates consumer protection laws.
Why issue and charge me for a booking when they had my visa information and knew I couldn’t enter the city? The hotel's failure to address this issue promptly is unprofessional and suggests ill intent.
I’ve been left in a very vulnerable position. I feel misled and financially exploited. They have not given me any refund, nor attempted to respond any communication, bare in mind expedia also tried contacting them numerous amounts of times. I feel robbed.

Wish the hotel had some more facilities like a gym. Otherwise you can't go wrong booking here

A very nice and clean place. Staff is professional and cares about guests. The breakfast buffet is excellent and so much diversified with special thanks to Mr Abdullah luqumani for his attention and manners. I highly recommend this hotel for visitors of Makkah.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was mixed. The food was exceptional, offering a delightful culinary experience throughout my stay. The room was impeccably clean and provided a comfortable environment. The hotel's location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, my interactions with the front desk staff left much to be desired. They were consistently rude, displaying unprofessional behavior and a lack of consideration for guests' needs. Improvement in the training and demeanor of the front desk staff would greatly enhance the overall guest experience at this otherwise promising establishment.

Hotel is good and clean, the only con is that it has very limited shuttle bus to come back from Haram to hotel. They need to increase the frequency of shuttle buses on return.

The front desk forgot to charge me for my stay, then messaged me on whatsapp afterwards to get written approval to charge me. During checkin and checkout they just wanted to get rid of me and not paying attention to me. so completely their fault for not getting my payment. First room they gave me a heavy tile that fell from the wall and broke the toilet. My 4 year old had just got done with toilet, ty or else she could have been hurt badly. Upon complaining they just changed room with no sense of concern over what happened.

This is a five star hotel however I'd rate the room we stayed in more like a three star hotel. I believe everything about this hotel reflects a five star rating except the rooms. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was amazing. Room service and restaurant food options was immaculate. They have a shuttle that leaves the hotel on the hour and leaves Al Haram every half hour. Masjid Aisha Al Raji is a five minute walk away. Most of the five minutes is spent leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is far enough from the business of Al Haram area while the shuttle service is a great perk to get to Al Haram. I would stay at this property again.

I recommended as a 3 stars hotel it’s not a 5 stars hotel the main thing is no shuttle service to haram it’s very far from the holy mosque very dark area less taxi service available,Rooms are very dirty beds are not clean carpets is very dirty rooms are dark nightmare scary, Toilets are too small water leaking every where under the cupboard smells stings,
Not recommend it at all, I will never book to stay with this hotel Park Inn by raddison Al Naseem

Worst customer service ever wouldn’t help bathroom smells bad and no room service for the days I want there

It's my worst experience ever in a hotel, there is no service at all, we arrived before Ramadan so it was not that crowded, the rooms are never cleaned, we asked tens of time for new towels, cleaning, as if nobody is working here, I called the reception ten times they never answer the phone, when I went to them they were 4, talking together and nobody to pick up the phone, the room card works only for 1 day, so you always have to go to reception to reactivate it, it takes a long time to do it every day, and make the queue because many people are in the reception to complain as well, they have 1 bus for hundreds people, it brings you to haram but it never comes to bring you back, since I came I have to take the bus that belongs to the other hotels near by, I suggest you to go to Millenium or four points they look to be much more professional, unfortunately I booked here for the whole month, if I could I would have run away from this hotel, I am so disappointed

Quality and comfort of room was excellent. Shuttle service to Haram was scheduled every hour. Basement parking was not enough but there is a huge parking lot outside of adjacent mosque.
4.0
It's good hotel but overrated not sure why:
1. Hotel is in between the heavy construction area. Just looking outside is scary...
2. Reception guy who checked me in i felt like i district him from his phone and felt races. Nearly 80% of hotel was empty but gave me room that I have to walk 3 minutes after elevators to like the end of the building.
3. Only have 2 pillows for King bed when you try to request no response from their team
4. Wi-Fi slower than dial up connection.
Only thing was good about it the room interior and furniture
If you have to stay near this area I will recommend four points by Sheraton
