Amazing stay!
My family and I had a fantastic stay here during our Umrah trip. Great food options, amenities and a wonderful staff.

My overall stay was good. I stayed in 2 separate rooms mainly due to water leak in bathroom. All the male staff at the reception were very friendly, helpful, professional, and respectful.

Cleanliness of the hotel not so god.
Stingy with room supplies.
Stingy with toiletries

Food was good, staff is not much cooperative specially for early entry

Shuttle bus was a nightmare. It’s too far from Haram. No upgrade on room. Staff were rude. Have to ask for room to be cleaned than it be done everyday. Wouldn’t stay again but would book. Ext to Haram next time.
Area is good though mosque literally round the corner a few shops too.

Beutiful hotel. Exceptional service. Love everything for the week we we're there with my 3 children ❤️ thank you!!!!

The hotel is modern and clean and daily room cleaning is excellent. The shuttle buses are also reliable but it is not clear to guests where they should wait in the Haram area for the bus. Check in was smooth but any requests for services or questions after was ignored. We were hung up on numerous times over the phone and the staff knew little English to assist us. As a guest we try not to be overbearing but the staff over the phone did not care to help with even the little things.

The haram bus shuttle wasn’t very convenient and there wasn’t much communication about the transfers that would be involved for this service. Oftentimes, the bus would not go at the scheduled time. Also, a lot of the facilities in my room were broken.

The Front Desk and staff are very friendly! The hotel has shuttles every 20 min to take guests to Al Harm (Kaabah). The food is great, especially the Iftar buffet.
I had a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and its proximity to the Holy Mosque. Language a huge barrier if you do not speak Arabic, otherwise everything else was fine.

Amazing staff. The staff went out of their way to made our stay special. Sara (at the reception) was very helpful and outstanding service. if I could give them 10 stars, I would. Very highly recommended.

The crucial factor is the availability of bus services, which, although occasionally late, generally cover most of our trips from Kabba to the hotel. However, the buffet was notably disappointing in terms of food quality.

HORRIBLE - VERY BAD EXPERIENCE 0/10
This hotel does not deserve a 5 stars but only a 2 stars.
Hotel with a modern external appearance but the rooms are very dated with lots of issues :
- Electricity outage,
- faulty switches,
- visible limescale in the shower,
- dirty carpet,
- camping bedding
- bad smell
- rubbish in the corridor
- trash can on doors landing
- …
The most unpleasant is the noise with non-soundproofed rooms in which you can hear all the noises of the corridors, conversations and slamming doors. Impossible to sleep.
I shortened my stay with the greatest indifference except apologies by one employee embarrassed by this situation (thanks to him).
Management responsible said me this is the same thing in other hotels. As a 5 stars hotel we never mustn’t criticize competitors.
I changed my room the first night but it was the same thing and no upgrade possible to try to solve this situation.
No customer service, no skills to resolve these multiple problems that wouldn’t exist for a 5 stars hotels.
Last but not least, breakfast times are not adapted to the rhythm of the country and access was refused by the manager for 10 minutes delay. No room service which for a 5 star is abnormal.
I strongly advise against the Millenium Hotel, there are 3 star hotels in the city which are cheaper with better quality of service.
Save your time.

I came with a group of 11 people from USA and other countries and everyone loved the hotel so much. They raved and it architectural beauty, world high standard amenities and staff. We all fell in love with the Aisha AlRajhi Mosque behind the hotel. Housekeeping came everyday to each room without being summoned. And the staff were all very courteous and helpful.
The Lotus Restaurant is another great aspect of the hotel. OMG! The food selection and quality is above and beyond. Love it 😍 This is my 2nd stay at this Millennium Al Naseem and I’m looking forward to my next stay there. The only challenging issue is commuting on the shuttle bus from and to Haram during Ramadan. It was hectic, stressful and difficult to find the right buses to get back to the hotel. Thank you 🙏 to all the staff.

The parking is very limited (there isn’t a specific parking spot for you as a resident of the hotel), but you can try (begging) the security man to let you enter the underground parking, sometimes you find a spot the sometimes not, it depends on your luck!!!
You will have to carry your own stuff because the hotel staff are too busy to help you!
They don’t answer your calls because they’re too busy!
The lobby smells like onion and garlic (kitchen cooking smell) and the carpet is ripped somehow!!!
The room cleaning was bad, they just made the bed and didn’t clean or organize anything else!
I regretted 0 that I stayed in this hotel
