Liked the dinette and screened in porch. Almost like being at the cottage. Very quaint. Great water pressure in the shower. Comfy beds. Very nice stay.

This is truly a lovely Inn. It's warm and inviting, the rooms are large and the property is beautiful to explore. We didn't see many staff members due to covid restrictions but they corresponded well through email and it certainly felt like they would be easy to reach ad accommodating had we had any issues arise. The Inn is a little dated. There were several areas where the walls were scuffed/damaged and though it was charming, it had a dated feel to it. The bed was not particularly comfortable and I was not happy that it was the end of October and 0 degrees outside but they hadn't turned the fireplaces on yet, which was certainly a disappointment given that it was a main selling feature of the room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay ad would likely go back again.

Just a little disturbed that someone was in the room - closet doors wide open and I'd never touched the closet during my stay. Information noted that no one would be in the room and towel service was at the door, if you requested it. I did not request it!

Did not like the narrow hall tonoir room. Did not like that our patio overlooked the parki g area and road, made it noisy. The staff was curteous and friendly..

Very nice Inn - modern yet rustic. Good location for areas we wanted to visit. The AC was in fahrenheit and didn't seem to read the temperature in the room accurately.

What makes this property unique is where it is situated - can’t beat the landscape - rocks, water and, in the fall, fabulous colours. The entrance way to the Inn was decorated for the season. Once inside, there is lots of charm which one would expect from the vintage of this Inn. The beds are very comfy and there is a certain charm with each room, but there is room for some updating particularly in the bathrooms. My bathroom floor had a number of stains which probably can’t be cleaned. Also found some serious cobwebs on the light by the bed!! Just needs some TLC to keep its rating where it should be,

Amazingly beautiful location! So many options for fun here. They rent sea doos and canoes. We were very pleased to be able to launch our Waverunner, which we had brought with us and then for a small fee keep it at one of the docks on the property. It is definitely a place we hope to return to!

Let me start with the good things. The location of the inn is great, right next to the lake. The reception desk was nice and friendly. The guys at the bait store were very helpful. But the facilities and condition of the cottage (one of the two we stayed in) were really poor, desperately need renovation. It stank so much that every time I entered it I had to hold my breath. The curtains and windows cannot open and close properly, bugs were everywhere. Also, the front desk lady when we checked in first told us they cleaned up one cottage which had not been used for a while, so that we could have two cottages next to each other ( that’s very considerate of them). But when I checked out and told the other front desk lady about the smell, she made it sound like it has always been occupied by guests and I was the only one who raised this issue.

Bar selection sucks, toilet paper is 1 ply, they ran out of steaks even though it's on the menu on a Saturday night when it was full. The kitchen and bar both close at 8pm. Other then that everything else was great.

Our stay at the Burleigh Falls Inn was a good experience. The personal touch service was evident. We checked in late and there was a personal note and key left for us. The scenery in the morning was a nice surprise. We would definitely return when the weather is good and use the pool and the nearby water for some fun.

Stately Inn. Lots of beautiful old character. Needs some TLC. Very quiet, nice location. Would have been nice if the bar and patio were open for customers during the week.

Overall it was a great destination for our family getaway on the July long weekend. We were disappointed that the pool wouldn’t allow our kids to jump in (7 feet deep in the deep end) we understand no diving as a rule but the no jumping while supervised was a bit much. Also, access to the lake was a bit tricky. The locals who dock their boats didn’t want us using the only dock that would give us access to swim in the lake.

We went up for Thanksgiving dinner. The Inn put on a wonderful traditional Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed the area. A visit to Petroglyph Provincial Park is a must. We did the hike around the lake, which was great. We also went to see McGinnis Lake which was beautiful. For breakfast, just across the bridge is Lovesick Lake Restaurant. Very good breakfasts!

The room was clean and updated, food was good although they don't serve breakfast, however there was a diner just over the bridge that did. Overall a nice stay.
