Dirty sheets, no shampoo or conditioner, no regular coffee (decaf only), scuffed walls and furniture.

There was mold in several areas of the room and the bathroom door did not close. The sink didn't flush, and the repairman only said he would fix it the next day, but no action was taken at all.
The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and unprofessional.
Don't waste your money on this hotel.

Everything was great, EXCRPT for no hot water when I was going to shower at 4:00am. I ran the water for at least 2 minutes trying to get it hot. It wasn't even luke warm.

Very friendly and helpful front desk - they gave us early checkin and upgraded us for my birthday. They held our luggage when we checked out. It was a great location to get on the subways and go all over NYC easily! Lots of restaurants and a WholeFoods close by was nice!

Great place to stay for a quick weekend trip to NYC. Quiet part of town but close to subway stations and a couple restaurant and bars… would stay again
2.0 / 5.0
The hotel is very well located in downtown.
However, the price is a NY just too high and the value for money is not right. For a price of over 400$ per night I expect much more than what this hotel offers.
More cleanliness, more services.
The restaurant/bar is not nice and you don't feel comfortable there.
The air conditioning system is a horror. 1 degree up and it gets extremely warm in the room, 1 degree down and it gets too cold. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted to create a pleasant climate. The windows cannot be opened for fresh air. And the coffee machine is also unacceptable. The coffee is terrible for us Europeans. The water is only clean after many rinses and can be used as tea water.

Liked the location, there were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Room was clean but did find a long hair in the bedding. The closet was extremely small and not really much use. Did like having both a refrigerator and microwave. Business center was completely out of order during stay.

Such a wonderful hotel!
My room was available for check-in 4 hours earlier than the standard check in time with no extra cost. Location is convenient, you will find a few subways lines around, multiple restaurants and coffeehouses.
The rooms are very convenient: beds/pillows and comfy, room size is good, mini fridge and coffee/tea maker are available. Different types of lighting makes it convenient. Location of power sockets is great. Bathroom is wonderful. They have shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion available. It’s a very quiet hotel, I didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or other rooms.
As well, the cleanliness was on point!
Iron, ironing table and a drying rack are available in the room.
Every morning there is a free station in the lobby with hot water, tea and coffee.
The laundry room is fine, though slightly pricy (4$ per wash). The gym is also good.
The view to the water and ferry was very nice.
Thank you, Hilton for the warm welcome and pleasant stay!

The room was way to small för three adults (sleeps 4). No real door to bathroom and it made us a bit uncomfortable. The staff was nice and service minded. The check in process was quick and easy. The breakfast was good, but not included.
The cleaning staff didn't refill in the bathroom and didn't leave enough towels. We will not stay here again but for a short vacation it was more than ok. The area felt really safe and all public transports are just outside the hotel.

All staff superb and went out of the way to assist. However I asked for room to be cleaned daily and first day was not done
Again staff was outstanding friendly helpful ! That outweighs the negatives. Common area carpets dirty. Needs an uplift outdated

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. We love the area. The only problem has been the constant construction in front of the hotel that has been going on 3 years and the hotel has another TV service that needs help. On the last night, we were able to get someone to help with that but it did require someone coming into the room. Hopefully on our next trip here, the construction will finally be finished.

Nice stay in NY downtown with my family. Really nice attention by hotel team, special mention to Victor who was amazing with us and very friendly with our 5 year old kid!

Front desk staff was superb in their service. Very friendly and attentive. Zoraida and Martin both went above and beyond to assist me when I realized I had forgotten to pack my phone charger's brick. Front desk also offered great recommendation on places to see and to grab something to eat. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making my stay better than I expected.

From start to finish marcin and the staff couldn't have done enough it is away from the Hustle of it all but public transport accessible it is a bit weary at night times in the surrounding area but that's not hotels fault couldn't fault them

Beds wee computable. Housekeeping came daily. Had trouble keeping sliding door to bathroom shut. Door entering room stuck terribly. Had to request ironing board. T.v wouldn’t turn on.

The hotel is very close to the subway (South Ferry) and has very nice views of the water. But at night there is not too many people around. Staff was very helpful.

The overall stay was bad. September 28,2024 shift. The front desk was very rude and not very helpful. The shower had molds and a lot of pubic hair. We barely stayed and checkout early. Overall stay was really disappointing.

Really enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn. Bed was comfy, staff was nice and location was great with easy access to multiple subway lines. Breakfast was also really tasty, would definitely recommend!

If you want to be away from the nightlife and the 24/7 hustle and bustle of NYC, Lower Manhattan’s FiDi is the place. This hotel, opposite Battery Park and the Staten Island Ferry Terminal, is beautifully appointed, with great rooms and nice views. Just around the corner from Wall Street, once the markets close the area starts to quieten down. The only downside I found is that for the hefty price of a night’s stay, breakfast was not included. I stayed for two nights and it was £200 more than the return flights from the UK - including the connecting flight. I know it’s New York, but come on, seriously!

Room was comfortable, the shower was the biggest issue. It would not stay at a comfortable temperature-it would go from scalding to cold. There was also hair in the shower from previous guests.

It was my 1st time staying in the Financial District and I couldn't being happier. The hotel is pretty nice, the staff went above and beyond whenever I requested something. Martin, Saraya, Haidi, Victor, etc. everyone was really helpful when I needed something.
Really good area to stay, you have several places if you wanna do the tourist things, you even have the Staten Island Ferry right in front of the hotel, 5 mins from the subway, etc. Seriously, I will most likely stay there again in my next visit.

Hilton needs to be updated it’s more like a budget hotel than a luxury brand. Very tired and dated inside and poor lighting in the bedrooms.

Excellent location, quiet area, big room with coffee machine, fridge and toiletries products. Only the microwave in our room didn't work properly and when I let them know they didn't tell me anything back (no sorry, no if they would replace it..)

Great property! We chose the same room (water view) stayed last time and the staff helped us getting the same room.
