Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel is an excellent hotel to stay in Cusco. One striking feature of this hotel is the best service, kindness, friendliness and smiling faces of its staff. The room was comfortable. I should say that Mariella is a very responsible staff: she waited for us when we arrived via the vehicle that the hotel provided (free for two passengers) and she also went outside to see us off and she ensured that the correct driver came. My family and I really like Mariella. We also like Diego who offered us excellent service during our breakfast. I forgot the name of the other employees, but one thing was clear, -every Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel employee provides an excellent service to us. We will always remember Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel. Our family travels frequently but this is the first hotel that we stayed where all the employees were excellent in providing us their services. God willing, if we come back to Cusco, we will stay at Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel again.

This is a great boutique hotel at a very convenient location. It is close to Plaza Mayor and lots of shopping and eating places. Their service is remarkable. There is a small restaurant that serves BF and other meals upon request. Our rate included BF and really liked it. Cusco historic district and a Spanish town feel, similar to Cordoba or Toledo. Staying at Tocuyeros hotel made our vacation a wonderful experience

This is a superb boutique hotel at a very convenient location. It is close to Plaza Mayor/Plaza de Armas and lots of shopping and eating places. Their service is remarkable. There is a small restaurant that serves BF and other meals upon request. Our room included BF and we really liked it. Cusco historic district has a typical Spanish town feel. Staying at Tocuyeros hotel made our vacation a wonderful experience.

I liked the boutique feel of this hotel in a busy downtown Cusco (felt like a refuge). My son loved sitting in front of their picture window near the fireplace and we joined him for tea. We could easily walk back and forth from our room to their common area.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to assist your requests. The room was nice, clean, and quiet even though it’s located in a busy area. The hotel has a nice rooftop area with beautiful view of the city. I would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

Charming hotel in an excellent location, a few minutes away from the main square. Even though San Blas is a very lively part of Cusco, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. The room wasn’t luxurious but was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly and always happy to help. Breakfasts were good and the views over Cusco from the restaurant were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back!

Clean and new. Good location. 10 mins walk to plaza de Armas. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Laundry service is a little pricey. 2 bags cost 80 sol. Hotel is located in the narrow street. Tour van usually will not go in. Make sure to check with your tour guide for the actual meeting point.

The staff was WONDERFUL! Our room was large and quiet and had everything we needed. A surprise was the delicious food we were served for dinner! Best food I ate in Cusco! I can’t say enough nice things about our experience at the Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel. It’s hard to figure out where to stay when you’ve never been to a place before. But the location was PERFECT! I loved that we were off a busy street, sheltered by thick walls, yet at the same time, close to everything we wanted to do in Cusco. Again, the staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. Thank you Tocuyeros Hotel, for making our trip to Peru unforgettable.

Out hotel stay was wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The staff was amazing to meet anny of our needs, and our room was nice and clean. Really great location in Cusco as well. The only complaint is the bathroom did not have very good ventilation, so it stayed humid and steamy for a long time. Otherwise everything was perfect!

Amazing location close to the main square and everything else; the property is very well maintained and most importantly the staff are amazing (front desk, restaurant, bar, etc). Breakfast and drinks were also good, would definitely consider staying here again. The only downside was rooms did not have AC so often we’re warm or humid. Otherwise, great experience and happy with our stay!

The staff of the hotel are absolutely incredible. Eric..Mariella..Victor..were absolutely wonderful and made the stay that much better. The hotel is in the heart of Cusco and conveniently located with surrounding restaurants and shops. Its a quaint boutique hotel and adds to the feel of Cusco. We highly recommend Tocuyeros.

Tocuyeros was a great place to stay to explore Cusco. The hotel staff was super accommodating to all our needs, including packing a breakfast for early departures and helping us arrange rides and excursions. Their breakfasts were made to order and very tasty. All the staff were very nice and helpful. They even gave us a free room upgrade. I would totally stay here again if I made another trip to Cusco.

From the arrival at the airport, they had everything in order! Having never traveled to Peru before, to have someone waiting at the airport with your name on a placard was most relaxing. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was there and took care of our every need, including the upgrades we had no idea were included. The breakfast that was included daily was not a "serve yourself " type, they seated you and asked what you desired. Topnotch in my opinion, there are a lot of larger hotels that could learn some things from them.

One of the best hotels so far (and we travel a lot recently). Service was exceptional and individual. Very quiet and secluded place. The staff accommodated our request for the room upgrade due to VIP status on Expedia. We got two rooms instead of one including presidential suite overlooking the city of Cusco. The cherry on the top was the free transfer to the airport. Amazing experience overall. The only issue I can remember is the absence of parking, we parked our rental 3 minutes from the hotel on the street (the hotel is in downtown on the narrow street - parking is a tough ask).

We loved this hotel for our stay in Cusco. The service from the entire staff was exceptional - they were quick to help with anything we needed and made us feel like VIPs. I really enjoyed the view of Cusco, especially how the houses light up the hills at night like stars in the sky. The location is very convenient, a short walk from the main square with some excellent restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

I was wowed by the kindness of the staff. They took such care in making sure I was aclimating to the high altitude of Cusco. "We recommend that you eat a light meal. Would you like some coca tea?" Dinner at the hotel that evening was delicious. Main square was within walking distance, with many artisan shops on the way. My room was so modern and comfortable. I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite! Too bad I stayed only one night. Can't wait to return!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was convenient, a short walk from the Plaza de Armas. But what sets the hotel apart is the staff. So helpful and gracious - they welcomed us with tea, attended to our every want and need and even upgraded our room when we came back after trekking. Would 100% recommend.

I have been traveling to Cusco for 15 years and this is now one of my favorite hotels. I was greeted with such wonderful hospitality. The common area has beautiful views of the city. The location is tucked away and makes for a peaceful night's rest. The beds are super comfortable. Nice hot shower and comfy towels and robes. The breakfast is wonderful and they'll even pack you a breakfast if you venture out for an early morning. I enjoyed one of the best massages in Cusco with Elizabeth (and I'm an LMT of 20 years is in the U.S.) I also enjoyed a really fun private pisco cocktail making class with Saul! He is the jack of all trades. We had a lot of fun! I will definitely be back.

A great hotel with staff who cant do enough for you. We only stayed ond night before our trek with one night after, and yet still had time to impress us. Went to the restaurant on our first night and was very impressed with the quality and presentation. The hotel provided us with breakfast to go both mornings which was really appreciated. Great find. Totally recommend.
