Had a wonderful stay at Cooper Boutique. The room was spacious and clean. Lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and they had a really great spread. The juices and hot breakfast was made to order. The variety of fruit was just as amazing. Highly recommend this place. It's close to plaza de Armas and is walking distance. We went there in the morning when there was no crowd and the sun rise was beautiful and plaza was almost empty

Rooms were beautiful and breakfast delicious!
The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend!

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. We stayed here twice, I had asked for a different room on our return as we had an inner room with a window into the courtyard and not a lot of airflow. When we returned we had the same room but with a new ceiling fan. That is unbelievable service - above and beyond. Would highly recommend the Cooper Hotel.

Cooper hotel was way more than we expected in Cusco, the staff was so friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and clean w a street window, breakfast was top notch with great service and delicious food. We couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for our families first long international stay. Thank you

I was “upgraded” to a front room. Little did I know that there was a car parked outside for all night that was blaring an alarm every 30 minutes. When I asked to be moved to another room, they told me all rooms were full (because another person in the street facing room had already changed to the back rooms). They then gave me earplugs.
Thus… They’ve known it is an ongoing problem!! Instead of getting double pane / triple pane windowing they give you earplugs…. Not worth the 100$ I paid for this experience (especially if you have to wake up early at altitude to do day trips/ Machu Picchu etc.

Very annoying that water was cut off around 10pm every night

The staff were excellent. They were very accommodating in arranging for our transportation late at night after visiting Machu Picchu.
The hotel is ideally located within walking distance to must see areas in Cusco.
The only complaint I had was with the noise from the nightclub located at the back of the hotel. I am a heavy sleeper and was surprised that it bothered me even after learning about this prior to booking the hotel. I started to wear my noise cancellation headphones to bed when my son complained that he was hot and wanted to turn on the fan. UREKA! The fan canceled out the noise so I did not have to feel uncomfortable wearing my headphones in bed.
Being a small hotel, they had to schedule your breakfast. I had no concerns doing so and the breakfast was excellent including the omelette. I would visit there again.

Lovely boutique hotel. Excellent staff. Room is comfortable and location is walkable to restaurants, Plaza de Armas, etc.

The Cooper hotel is a little gem in the perfect location of Cusco. The staff was always available and super helpful in answering our questions.
Our room was spacious and clean (and the shower always had hot water). The only downside is that Cusco traffic is extremely noisy at all hours of the day. We were right next to the street and there is always honking and car alarms all through the night. Probably an issue at every hotel in the city center though, just bring good earplugs!
We especially enjoyed the tea bar in the lobby and tried many new and delicious teas from Peru. The breakfast spot is so lovely and made-to-order omelettes and scrambles were delicious. And they provided bagged breakfasts for the mornings we were off on treks very early! Overall, this is a beautiful and quaint hotel with wonderful amenities. Would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Great location, clean and comfortable, kind and professional staff, deli breakfast. Highly recommended.

We absolutely loved the staff and the charm at Cooper Hotel.
They're accommodating, kind, clean, and friendly. Great walkable location as well.
They have a nice little tea bar and fresh water in the lobby 24 hours a day for visitors - good for those hiking or acclimating to the altitude. They have free breakfast which includes fresh pancakes, waffles and omelettes. Cooper also stored our luggage during out trek and had an airport pickup service for 10 per person which we utilized when arriving into Cusco.
ONLY negative i have to say is that there is a restaurant/club underneath this hotel/nearby that plays music until 3am! The first two nights we stayed at this hotel, we were on the second floor and heard thumping from music/bass until 3am. After our trek, we came back and they put us on the 3rd floor after requesting a quieter room and it was much better. They said they have filed complaints against the place but its currently out of their hands.
So only tip would be to ask for a quiet room if you prefer to sleep at night. :)
Otherwise - they're fantastic.

Way better customer service than in Lima. Very conveniently located, good breakfast. The argentinian lady at the restaurant on the 3rd floor its amazing, her cuatomer service is top! Cook is very talented

Cozy boutique hotel. Large comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. Right in the center of Cusco. Many music bars close by.

It was very nice and the staff was excellent. Our room faced the road so we heard car alarms and other sounds all night long. It was not the fault of the hotel. We were in the center and it was expected. They had a station of water and hot tea always available and good coffee options and breakfast items at breakfast. We would stay again due to the location and the kindness of the staff.

Such an amazing place to stay! The entire staff, Corina, Karen, Ruth, Jeremy, Ursula, Jon, and the entire Copper cleaning staff were all outstanding!! From the moment, you check in to checking out. They make you feel welcome and the hotel is super clean!

Our three-night stay at Cooper Hotel was outstanding! Guest services were always so kind and accommodating and the free breakfast was delicious. A delectable spread was set out daily and there were also made-to-order omelets and french toast along with freshly made juices and cappuccinos. The room was spacious and comfortable although it was a bit warm when we were there. When I asked the front desk they quickly brought a fan which made a big difference. The location was outstanding and an easy walk to the Plaza de Armas and the San Pedro Market. The Cooper Hotel is a perfect place to stay in Cusco and allowed us a sweet space to acclimate to the high elevation before trekking. I highly recommend Cooper Hotel.

Great location, very friendly staff all the time and the breakfast was delicious. The downside for me was that the beds weren’t very comfortable and our room was facing the street and there was horrible noise all night from alarms, honking and loud people literally all hours of the night and morning.

Best breakfast in Cusco!! My Eggs and French toast was perfect and felt like Sunday brunch:)
Staffs are very nice and nice selection of tea at the lobby. Room was very clean and spacious. Heater works well and kettle pot was in room. I would definitely come back here!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! I normally don’t write reviews but this hotel was amazing! Every single one of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They let us keep our luggages even before our check in date while we were gone for Machu Picchu for couple days. They pack your breakfast when you have early activities planned. The room is super clean!!! Their breakfast is good as well. They make eggs or french toast and cappuccino per order. Oh also the location is perfect, very close to the main square.
Highly highly recommend staying at Cooper hotel!

The Cooper Hotel Boutique was exceptional in all categories - spotlessly clean, extremely attentive and accommodating staff, quiet but steps away from the downtown area, and a super cute and colorful interior as a cherry on top!
We also booked a deluxe room which was spacious and had a balcony with a street view. I can't speak to all rooms but this one was perfect and made us feel more than comfortable during our stay in Cusco.
Would absolutely book this place again, I highly recommend to anyone considering a stay here!!

I felt very safe as a solo female traveler in the historical center of Cuzco. The location was great! I met with a friend that was at a different hotel close by and there were many shops close by. There is a plaza with a collection of restaurants right next door which we are at after our adventures… super convenient! Karen checked me in and made the experience very nice for me. She was friendly and helpful! During the evening they lock the front doors. This made me feel even more safe. I highly recommend this small boutique hotel. I will definitely be staying here the next time I’m in Peru.

This places is great. The service is outstanding. They are really focused in customer service. Karen at the reception helped us to manage the altitude sickness giving us Moña tea. Ursula at the breakfast area provided us great attention.
The Hotel is super clean and the facilities are in pristine conditions.

I almost don’t want to say anything because I want it to be available the next time too! This is a little gem in the heart of Cusco. Close to everything. Boutique and spacious rooms. The breakfast is outstanding variety and some items cooked to order. Not only that, the breakfast room is on the enclosed terrace with a lovely view.

Lovely small hotel located only two blocks away from the “Plaza de Armas”, the heart and center of Cusco. Staff is super friendly and will help you out with whatever needs you may have. Breakfast , which is included, is one of the best hotel breakfasts I have had. Many options available and they will also cook made to order omelettes, waffles and pancakes. The pancakes are crepe-style, filled with chocolate and covered with fruit, simply delicious. There is also coca tea and coca candies as a free amenity available to combat altitude sickness. I would definitely stay here again.

good location close to the plaza, lots of good restaurants around here, walkable to major attractions.

The location was very close to Plaza but away from the crowds and felt very safe. Very clean, looks newly built, staff is very attentive and helpful and a very good breakfast.

This was my second stay at the Cooper Hotel and it felt great to be returning somewhere familiar and friendly. Have no complaints. The staff were all delightful, friendly and very helpful. My room was well equipped and comfortable. Cusco is a busy vibrant place so at times I could hear this but never to a point where it disturbed my stay or sleep. In fact I love that this hotel is so well situated for the centre of Cusco whilst still being up a relatively quiet side street.
The breakfasts were great, with a nice choice and set me up for the day ahead.
I highly recommend the Coca tea too which was always readily available although should still be drunk in moderation.
I would happily return to this little hotel and recommend to others - great value.

Best guest service I have ever had. Great work everyone! Highly recommend to whom ever visit Cusco. Location is close to main square, lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Again, excellent service you will not regret to stay there.
