Nice place, the rooms were very tidy and functional. Had plenty of hygiene supplies. Only disappointment was only one single serving of coffee. Both my husband and i are coffee drinkers so it would have been nice to make two cups in the morning.

Overall, it was wonderful. Front desk staff were very friendly! Weather prevented the rooftop bar from being open, but they kept the lobby bar open for us and the bartender was great! Only complaint was that the deadbolt somehow got locked, which resulted in my husband being locked out and me locked in our room. Front desk staff came to help right away, but did not seem surprised with the issue and we were able to get it resolved.

Parking is an issue. It worked out fine, I was allowed to park in an open handicap spot, but I could see others along the drive and non-parking places. The underground was full and I had to do like a 12 point turn to get out of there.

This is a fantastic property, conveniently located in St. Louis Park (7 minutes from downtown). The staff is super nice and the amenities are perfect for a comfortable stay.

Their Internet is absolutely horrible. Worst I’ve ever experienced. I spent 15 minutes with the manager and a first day employee while they learned how to check me in. No problem, I had time and would be patient. When I came back to the manager, saying that I could not, get Internet she assured me multiple times that there’s no problem, it has to be me. I’ve owned an IT support company for 30 years, have a notebook that has never had a problem with Wi-Fi at any location Different and know what I’m talking about when Internet is not working. I needed to get work done, couldn’t use the hotspot my Verizon iPhone because the cell signals are Barely at a one bar signal. I’ve been to the hotel multiple times and don’t plan on going back. I can’t consider it a place where I can reliably be productive on a work trip.

Always clean & comfortable with a stylish contemporary decor. The rooftop bar is fantastic with a view of the downtown skyline. Heaters make it comfortable into the cooler evening hours.

Didn’t get the room I reserved, reserved a king room and got two full sized beds. Went to the rooftop bar and the staff were incredibly rude. This place went straight into the key card pile of never stay again. As someone who gets a hotel 1-2 times a month in the cities, this was really disappointing. Front desk staff were great, bar keepers ruined it

Very nice place. We got an early check in no problem luckily. Hotel was clean, quiet and the room was nice size & modern. We took an Uber to a Twins game, about 10 minutes and $10. Would stay here again for sure.

Overall a nice hotel in a convenient location. The only issue I really had was with the bathroom. Th toilet seat was smaller than the toilet by design which I disliked. The shower pressure was very low and there was no comfortable way to shave in the shower. Although the hotel was pretty nice otherwise, I would not stay here again due to the bathroom.

Room was fine except the shower wouldn’t drain they didn’t even have Two towels in the room so we has to call and get enough so each guest could shower (3) then at 9 am room service is banging on the door to clean our room! Guess I didn’t realize check out was at 8:30!!!

The staff was helpful and overall a good experience other than getting a rash from either the towel or the body wash all over my body. I stayed here previously and did not have this issue. The rash made it uncomfortable to sleep. I've never had this kind of thing happen to me anywhere else and i don't have sensitive skin.
