This hotel is a gray location. Everything is convenient and easy to access. The hotel was great and offered bigger family rooms.

Right in the middle of everything. Great hotel. Nice and quiet.

From the outside and the surrounding area is in ok condition and not that safe late at night, but otherwise the lobby and rooms are excellent. I definitely recommend staying at this property the look and layout of the rooms is better than well-known hotel chains around the area. Super clean and i have never seen a hotel with so much storage space. Loved the lightning and bathroom, which gave a spa like feel. Also the location is very convenient to numerous restaurants and shops and plaza de armas.

Room was fantastic and staff very helpful organising early breakfast and taxi to the airport early in the morning.

When I book a room with A/C, I do NOT want the temp capped @ 18C, I am an Adult and do not like being treated like a kid because you want to save a few bucks....Also the under bed lighting flickered all night long...Exposed wires as well.

Excellent, recommended for family and vacations

Location, super friendly staff and willing to help you if you need anything, elevator, a/c and heating system available in the room and love the breakfast

The staff were very friendly, even allowed us to stay for a late checkout for free, thank you.
Breakfast was sufficient, with water, tea and coffee supplies in the foyer for free, although no milk!
We had the king suite and appreciated the couches for resting and stretching out!
Reception called a taxi for us to the airport, who arrived right on time.

I must say I was excited to visit Arequipa after my visit from Cusco region. However this hotel was horrible compared to all my stays in Peru. There was no hot water water. The breakfast was disgusting. The staff tired to help, but it wasn't enough. Not having hot water was horrible when it's cold in the morning. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for luke warm water. It was also cold at the hotel at night. I think they were saving on heat. Just horrible.

Everything was ok. Definitely I will recommend.

I travel a lot, this property checked all the boxes, caring and friendly staff, elevator, air conditioner/heat (some nights can get really cold), beautiful rooms, rooftop bar, great location, etc.
I wished I had stayed there before on my previous trips.

Great staff at early morning check in, front desk and bell man. We were treated like royalties where door is opened every time we enter and exit of the hotel. Hot rain shower and big bath towels are wonderful. Definitely well done at the hotel with VIP service at all times.

This was a wonderful stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful: we god a super early check in, they booked taxis for us when we needed it and the doorman is so kind and gives you a warm welcome every time you enter/leave the hotel. Breakfast was nice and one of the better we had during our 3 weeks in Peru. If we come back to Arequipa we will definitely stay here again!

Good hotel right in the centre of the city. Comfortable beds and quiet, spacious rooms. The wifi worked great for one day, but afterwards it wasn't all too good. Friendly staff.

Room was spacious, quiet and nice. The terrace had beautiful views and barmaid was friendly. Breakfast was ok and adequate. Location is strategic close to the main square.

The view from the terrace was awesome, but the bar was working until 9pm. The adjacent street is very noisy, but the hotel is within the walking distance to the Plaza de las Armas and every taxi driver knows where it is. Overall, this is a good place to stay a couple of nights in a nice safe neighborhood

We really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was great and the roof top bar had fabulous views and great location. Beds were a little too firm.

Really nice hotel in Arequipa. Though the street it’s located in isnt the best but it didn’t matter for me nor my family. The staff are very welcoming and assist you with anything. Comfortable beds and everything seemed new.

Great service by Sergio at the door and luggages. The hotel is pretty and modern, it could use some more lighting our room didnt have any sunlight since it had a poster cover a wall or another building. Everything was clean, comfortable beds. WiFi is terrible I was on the second floor and it didnt work only down at the lobby or rooftop. Breakfast was good.

Nice clean big xxl rooms. Nice breakfast area. Eggs are included and can be ordered according to your wish. Coffee is served in any style to your table. Great and efficient staff. Great alternative for PeruHop passengers since pickup location is just across street (We could check-in after bus arrival at 6 am and even got breakfast for free (since we missed the bus, two days later, as bus departs again at 6am)

While the Hotel is renovated, some repairs need to be done. There are no exhaust fans for the bathroom, therefore ceiling paint is peeling and mold is growing (as a consequence). The terrace is awesome, with excellent views of the city. Another issue to tackle is that the shower has glass walls and water will leak everywhere (caulking needed, maybe something around it?). Overall people were very friendly and the service was great, the employees were very helpful giving information of the surroundings.

Super clean & newly refurbed room. Great location just a short walk to Plaza de Armas & Markets. Hot shower with good pressure. WiFi in room & a good selection for breakfast. Sergio the doorman’s service is A grade. Would definitely stay again.

Truly amazing place with incredibly friendly staff and comfortable rooms

Hotel is beautiful, and staff are really nice. In particular, the doorman is extremely nice and helpful. My only complaint is that we could not sleep much for two of the three nights we were there. There was a bar right outside our window (called Bungalu I believe) that played music from about 9 pm to 3 am; they do this most weekends from what I can tell. It was so loud that we couldn’t sleep with earplugs and two sound machines (white noise app on phones). There is also a lot of street noise at all hours, but this is expected for any hotel in downtown Arequipa. The loud music, however, was maddening, especially given that most flights and tourist activities are really early in the morning. If you stay here and are given a room that is across from Bungalu, ask for a different room, preferably one on the other side of the hotel.
