The staff was unusually attentive. The desk clerk got us a USB cube for charging my phone and extra blankets. They helped get my big SUV into the underground parking, which was a minor miracle defying the laws of physics! The breakfast was great. Not as good as the buffet at their premium location a few blocks away (where we've also stayed), but it was a good breakfast that fueled me for my day. Comfy bed. Quiet room. Would stay again.

The hotel is being remodeled and is dust every where and the rooms are very small.

Decent hotel, good location, and great price. It's just a few blocks at a gentle slope up from the Plaza de Armas, walking distance to most things, including some of the top rated restaurants.
Changing the wi-fi code every night at midnight was an inconvenience though, which could be easily planned better to allow guests to not have to leave their rooms to request a new code every morning.

Hotel was being remodeled and construction workers were noisy and uncomfortable.

This hotel is nothing special. I might say it is about average. My room was small and overlooking the back side with some noise. The windows are sealed enough to reduce the noise. Because of the brand, I was expecting a better place with a more comfortable bathrroom. Shower is big, but no table around the hand wash, so it was diffcult to find a spot for my stuff. Neighborhood is fine, very close to restaurants and shops and walking distance to Santa Catalina.

After a good breakfast checked in in a nice and clean room. The hotel is located on a only 5 minutes walk of the main square. Good price / quality

I booked a room with a queen bed, as the Expedia offer indicated, but the hotel gave me a double bed only. They said, first, the offer "was wrong" (¿¿,??) and then that there was not a queen bed available. Also, when I went into the room they assigned me, the bathroom did not smell clean. I asked for a room change. They did it.

A good price for a medium class hotel. Biggest drawback was that the room which was superior, did not have any view at all.. and no possibility to change room temperature, so the nights were a bit chilly. But at a good price that can be overlooked.. Service and breakfast was good. Bed firm and comfy, though a bit too shallow for my length.

Pleasant stay with experienced staff just a minute walk from the center of the city. It was clean and with easy access to the rooms with heavy luggage. The staff was courteous and professional. Free breakfast was excellent in it's verity of offerings. Services were available at request with minimum delay. Price was within the range of services. Overall pleasing experience. I definitely would recommend this Hotel to anyone who find themselves on a trip to Arequipa.

We stayed 2 nights, it was well situated. There are much betters hotels nearby but for the price it is a very good choice.

This was our second stay at A Casa Andina hotel during our stay in Peru. While this hotel is not as new as the Casa Andina in Nasca, it was very much to our liking. The staff were very friendly and all spoke enough english to make our stay very easy.
The rooms are not huge, but they each have a nice TV with many good options for TV watching after a long day of touring. The breakfast buffet is varied and very fresh.
If you are looking for a modern hotel for your stay in Arequipa, this is a really good choice.

Hotel rooms on 2nd floor. First one very hot in the morning, noisy (traffic) and overlooked by terrace cafe. We moved elsewhere on 2nd floor , we remained there but security problem with window on to small terrace accessible to all.
Breakfast ok, but unattractive dining room. We did not eat in the dining room for lunch or dinner and we did not see anybody doing so either. Good restaurants nearby.
Good free internet access and unlimited coffee and coca tea available.
