Great location close to Queen's University and a 15 min walk from the central bus station, with a handy Tesco direct just around the corner. Property clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there was an issue with the oven but communication was excellent so would still highly recommend this property.

Property was purfect for my needs. It was close to the city center- bed was comfortable-staff contacted me several tines to ensure my check in went well! I will stay again.

The space is quite small and the neighbors are noisy on weekend evenings.

To begin with, no directions were provided to the apartment. Working the key box was difficult, and once we gained access we were quickly disappointed. The bedding provided was 1 sheet and 1 blanket for 2 people. We were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel - for a week. The bed was too small for 2 people anyway. There were holes in the wall, the medicine cabinet was filthy, the toilet seat and toilet paper holder were broken, and the clock didn't work. The heavy fire doors inside the apartment were difficult for a couple of older women to handle. The stairs were numerous and dangerous, with the automatic lights taking time to turn on. It was impossible to contact the office without phone service, and others were leaving frustrated and angry. The garbage was overflowing in front with cigarettebutts all over the ground, and parking was virtually non-existent. The refreshments provided were pathetic for 2 people for a week. There's no electric outlet in the bathroom. The alarm went off twice one day! Instead of some pathetic plastic plants placed around, they need to spend money on repairs. And they certainly made good money off of us!

Pictures of property were misleading. Flat was quite small. Beds were very uncomfortable. When showering, it was challenging to keep the water from running all over the floor. Has a washer, but not a dryer. Used the radiator to dry clothes. In the winter, fine. This would be a challenge in summer. This would be great for college students, but not so much for a family

Everything was great.

The apartment was very close to Queens University Belfast. The bed was nice, the kitchen had everything we needed, the laundry worked well, and the amenities prepared were very helpful. Even the washing detergent for every day of your stay was provided! We were able to have a very comfortable stay.
The only downside was that the check-in details were provided through email the day before arrival, when we were on the flight from Japan, and because we arrived after the office hours, we were not able to get in immediately and had to find a place with Wifi connection to sort this issue out. Maybe, check-in details could have been provided earlier, or state clearly on email that it will be provided 24 hours before arrival explicitly (I'm sorry if it did say so somewhere!).

Very nice and very clean flat. Very central - walking distance to city centre. Would recommend.

Nice appartment with everything we needed. Comfortable 20 minutes walking distance from the city centre . My only complaint is that there was some noise from neighbours.

I came from Hong Kong. The host was helpful allowing me to check in an hour earlier, and let me stored luggages into a small chamber until I went to the airport. Apartment was clean and tidy and minutes walk to Texaco. It’s a nice place to stay.

Wifi was very poor in the bedroom in Apt E.
There was leftover shampoo and body wash.
The hot water heater was confusing.

The location was good. There is a good bus service into Belfast. The local pub Ryan’s serves good food and a friendly atmospher.
The only downside is poor WiFi connection.

The property was extremely small. We had four guests for this place and it was not enough room in terms of layout. overall quite clean. Heating was difficult to navigate. We turned up the heat for the place and the living room with the sofa bed was warm and the room with the double bed was freezing.

Property was beautifully clean, spacious and exactly as advertised. Check-in was simple and any queries were responded to immediately. Great apartment, highly recommended.

Good two bedroom apartment, fifteen mins walk into city. Very well maintained

Very nice apartment in Belfast close to the University. Easy access to transport options to get to the city centre. We had a top floor apartment which consisted of two rooms and connecting hallway. Well appointed and appreciated the in room washer. Only issue was check in. There is no-one located at the property so you need to be given the access codes before arrival, Unfortunately we were not given these codes so arrived with no way of getting in. After alot of to and fro with messages it was finally sorted but it made for a frustrating check in process.

Nice apartments in good location close to Queen's University and bus routes for central Belfast. Apartments nicely fitted out and reasonable size. Some noise from other apartments. Security deposit required before the stay. A convenient option.

the apartment is very cozy and comfortable. the check in process was very smooth and would definitely stay here again. The wifi signal is weak overall and no signal in the bedroom. but since we were not home throughout the day, the wifi was not a major concern.

Great location. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything going on in the next appaerments. Comfortable enough. We had an issue one morning do I texted the number in the info brochure and I've still never heard back from anyone.

Great location for both City Hospital and Queens University. Comfortable modern apartment with everything you might need.
Booking title said it was a 2 bed but only had one - I suspect because I only booked for one person and so was assigned one of the single flats - not a problem for me as I was on my own but worth checking if you’re in a group. Great communication before and during stay.
