Richard was a very good host, gave us a better room and was helpful in everything we needed.

Property owner and reception clerk were extremely friendly and helpful. Recommended a great restaurant just down the street. If you’re coming to Naples this is a great place to stay. Room was incredibly beautiful with full service B&B amenities. Walking distance to the train station. The city of Naples is a little rough around the edges but this tucked away gem takes you away from all of the exterior noise.

The place was very cosy and very clean. The building does not look that way from outside but once inside it is great. The staff were also very helpful and friendly.

The owner was a raging… Charged me for my stay but wouldn’t let me check in at 10:30PM because I didn’t answer her phone call while I was on my delayed flight. So landed in Naples at night with nowhere to stay. Even though their site says check in open til 1AM. She had no empathy, talked over me, was so rude, hung up on me. Horrible person. Can’t speak to the hotel itself since I never got to stay.

I cannot say enough about this special place. We are on vacation and my husband had an accident. They helped us to get him from hospital to room. They couldn’t be kinder. Willing to make any accommodations. My husband isn’t mobile so this has been very stressful. I finally felt like I could breathe for the first time once we arrived. The host speaks very good English, wish is also very important when trying to arrange things. The b&b is absolutely beautiful with every amenity you could want or need.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This hotel is such a hidden oasis in Naples. We were taking the train in so wanted something walkable from the train station. The area around the hotel isn't the nicest, but we never felt unsafe. We had a short layover in Naples so spent a lot of time relaxing at the hotel. It's so tastefully decorated with many thoughtful amenities. The breakfast was to die for and so unexpected. I'm glad we chose this location and would absolutely stay there again if we ever travel back to Naples. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

This B and B is located on the 3rd floor of an old building that also has offices and other housing. It was hard to find because we were looking for a hotel type building. I booked it because it was closer to the port than staying in the city center, but this area of town is very dirty and ghetto and felt unsafe. Even our taxi driver said not to walk around the area after dark. We needed two keys to get through two different gates on the bottom floor of the building before taking an old elevator up to our floor. Then a code was used to get into the B and B and into our room. The host had to come downstairs to the main building door to let us in the first time.
The B and B itself (once you are inside the small area of one floor that is the actual property) is super cute and very modern and the service was spectacular.
I wouldn't suggest staying in this area of Naples though

Only stayed one night but staff were very polite and check in was easy. Room was very nice if compact but the spacious outside terrace was a nice surprise.
Overall a comfortable stay and the in room continental breakfast was very nice.

We arrived on an early flight in the day and the owner let us leave our bags so we could sightsee and return at check-in. He even offered coffee. On the day we left he again let us leave our bags for a few hours so we could see one more sight. Bed was comfortable, room was a good size and the balcony doors were impressively effective at soundproofing the noise from outside. Yummy breakfast served in the room. Walkable to the train station and museums. In a bustling immigrant neighborhood, but it's not at all dangerous, I don't know what other reviewers were afraid of. The building is very secure. Two tiny criticisms. 1. there were too many decorative pillows on the bed, we didn't know where to put them all 2. the air freshener they used in our room or lobby triggered my allergies. I had sneezing fits and runny nose randomly, once during the day, once in the middle of the night. But they only lasted a minute and didn't affect my partner, so it was a quirk. Would definitely stay again!

We had such an amazing stay at Domus Deorum. A warm welcome from Massimo and Angela, room was super clean, lovely breakfast, close to almost every sight, good restaurant recommendations etc. I could go on forever. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends and every person I speak with about Napoli.

A comfortable and lovely stay. Hosts Angela and Massimo are readily available to answer and questions or provide information when needed. Breakfast in the room was beyond expectations.

This b&b is a great find. It is quite close to the train station. The rooms are unique and clean. The hosts are wonderful, with prosecco and wine upon arrival. Breakfast is elaborate and delicious. Would definitely stay again, lovely place.

The B&B from inside is lovely. The room was very clean and spacious. The owner was super nice, he welcomed us with wine and chocolates, and even gave us a ride to the waterfront. However, the location (although 10 minutes walk from historic center) is not very good. We felt we can't go outside after dark, and stayed in the room without dinner...

We were greeted by Massimo and he ensured our stay was amazing. Amazing staff who were very hospitable and concerned with our well being.Very elegant and super clean rooms. Located right in the heart of the city Surrounded by eclectic espresso bars and next-door to my favourite restaurant in Naples, Mi Mi.

The area is not so nice but the B&B itself was beautiful. We were given Prosecco and juice on arrival and a bottle of red wine. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served in the room and was excellent. Recommended.

Quick overnight stop between travel destinations. It was a little difficult to find the B&B only small sign on the wall, go through large black gates, greeted by the security guard who will contact owner and meet you there. Rooms well decorated but a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. Check in with complimentary wine and after supper night cap was nicely unexpected. Continental breakfast given to us the night previous as we had to check out early. Great restaurant nearby but otherwise not much around area, probably wouldn’t walk streets after dark either

Top quality service, the airport transfer was great and reasonably priced, the room was lovely with a comfortable bed and breakfast was amazing! Only thing is the area isn't the nicest and also lacks nightlife, but it is convenient as the main train station only 5 mins away. Great stay overall - thank you Massimo and team!
