The service and inflexibility was extremely disappointing from the beginning. We tried to check in 30 minutes early and were told that they don’t allow anyone to check in early at all. I mean, come on. Not hours early but half an hour. How petty can you be? I was willing to pay extra for it so it’s not like I was expecting anything for free, and I have a hard time believing that not one room was ready just 30 minutes before check-in time. We were going to a wedding and just wanted to dump our bags, but they don’t do luggage storage either. Btw despite what it says on the website, check-in actually ends at 10 pm, not midnight. The property is just a dingy motel, nothing to write home about, and definitely not worth anywhere near $200+ a night. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower worked, so it did have the bare minimum. It was very noisy, with thin walls and the loud footsteps of people above. It was impossible to sleep because it became super noisy early in the morning and didn’t stop. The room wasn’t filthy but not very clean. There was a thick layer of dust and gunk all around the bed frame and the floor at the top of the bed, with several hair ties and other lost personal belongings they never bothered to remove. There was a microwave and refrigerator, so that was convenient. Otherwise the place was just a low quality dingy roadside motel.

Front desk staff on arrival was rude and not very helpful. Room was way overpriced for what it is. The hotel has no pool, no hot tub, no exercise equipment and there was no mention of breakfast, continental or otherwise when checking in. Carpet in room (213) is badly stained and needs to be replaced.

Decent, clean & comfortable budget accommodation for exploring Sisters and Bend. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Location not super exciting next to supermarket and large parking lot but fine for us as we were out all day.

We needed a place to stay for one night aftet attending the Fairwell Festival in Redmond. THE SISTERS INN WAS MUCH MORE AFFORDABLW THAN OTHER HOTEKS IN THE REGION. I DIDNT FEEL LIKE WE WERE PRICE GOUGED. The facility was super clean, had 2 bathroom sinks, sundries, cofee, a refrigerator and even a bin with a clean rag for use for spills etc. Thank you! We will be back

Room was huge with king bed, couch and balcony and lots of room to spread out. Good location just outside of downtown with shops around. Easy parking and to get in and out of town. Some parts of the outside of the hotel showing wear and tear.

The place was great but they have a 4:00 check-in and they weren't very accommodating and I don't think they were full. 4:00 is just too late when I'm leaving the next day at 6:00 in the morning. Other than that the place was amazing.

Room 113 the shower water was tepid, the bathroom floor was tacky and the mini fridge shelves were not clean. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner worked. I would stay there again but would check the water to make sure it was warm.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable and well-tended. Even though my stay occurred during weather too hot to sit on the balcony, the view of pines was lovely. The only limiting factor overall was having to carry baggage up stairs.

Came to Sisters Inn and Suites to attend a wedding and were very happy with the location, size of the room, and cleanliness. It was also a nice surprise to see the maid empty the trash each day. Would recommend this place as a convenient location to enjoy the quaint town of Sisters.

The lobby was full when we checked in. I noticed that the reception clerk said the room number out loud each time she handed a key to a new visitor. Although no one in the lobby looked like a criminal, I was uncomfortable that they all knew what room I was in. Also, I managed to lock myself out of my room when I stepped outside for a minute. There was a maid working next door who happily obliged opening my door for me without any check on my identity.

From the outside this motel looks scary! No windows on parking lot side and old looking! The office is small and doesn't have very many amenities. There were people sleeping on the tables in the office. Not sure what that was all about! Parked right in front of room. Room was very clean and smelled good! It was chilly so the heater was welcomed. It was not loud and annoying either! Beds were on the hard side if you like that. Small patio with table and chairs with a fence keeping it private from busy road. Pretty dang good room! There is a grocery store and liquor store in the next parking lot. Subway and Mcdonalds across the street. There are lots of places down the street in Sisters to checkout. Sisters is a really cool little town! The traffic through here is a bottleneck coming from Salem to Bend to Banks or John Day. They were making another round a bout which Oregon seems to dearly love! :-)

This was a great surprise. The exterior is an aging, rather nondescript motel. Inside, the rooms are nicely furnished, completely refurbished (including freshly painted) and scrupulously clean. A great value.
