The apartment is very roomy and clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Kitchen is nicely equipped. The washer is much needed and we used it often. The only issue we have is the city noises below. We could hear metro train passing, people talking till the early morning hours. In the area, trash pickup is 1:00 am, then the street sweeping. It is typical living in central Madrid. The location is very convenient to everywhere, metro station is right cross the street, two supermarkets below, Mercado San Miguel is 8 minutes walking, Plaza Mayor 4 minutes walking. Overall we really like the apartment. We stayed there twice in our Spain trip.

Great location! Enjoyed being able to walk to all the main attractions. Apartment was well appointed and had the items we required for our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Room could have used a bit deeper clean in the kitchen. Better pillows would be a nice addition.

We had a fabulous stay! Great location, super clean and neat place. Our loft unit had two baths! Grocery store right next to the apartment! Front desk staff were very helpful. Wish that they store a bit more toiletries in the rooms. Overall a wonderful experience, and we will stay here again if coming back to visit Madrid.

The apartment was nice and spacious plus it was next to two supermarkets, one of which was open 24/7 (Carrefour). The place was clean except for its washing machine that smelled like mildew. Very affordable compared to other apartments as long as you book early. The location is just a 10-minute walk to Plaza Mayor but around the vicinity of the apartment, a lot of men are loitering the area. A few of them just hanging outside the entrance to the building where the apartment is located. On our second night at the apartment, there was a shouting match going on between a man and a security guard at Carrefour. There's also a strong smell of urine outside. Although we enjoyed our stay at MH Apartments, we won't be staying here nrxt time because of the smell on their washer and they don't have a dryer in the apartment. It's also noisy outside at night. The bathroom doors don't have a lock and the door handles of one bathroom and one bedroom keep coming off...lol. Oh, the bathroom sink in the bedroom was clogged when we got there but it was fixed the following day.

These apartments are beautiful. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment and loved our view (although do ask if you could get a room facing the station stairs area). All the appliances needed were found in the room in perfect condition with instructions on how to use. (Took us time to find that). The microwave is a microwave oven just for anyone who didn’t know as well :) but even then the lovely reception lady gave us a hand with theirs before we sorted ours out. Great walking distance from all the popular sights and ultimately a great experience. Only negative which is not a bad thing just different is the water pressure is quite low coming from a UK resident but does the job. Great for families.

The apartment is very conveniently located. It is right opposite a square with a metro stop. There is a grocery store open 24 hours in the ground floor of the building. All major attractions of Madrid are within walking distance My husband and I stayed here with our 4 children (ages 16 - 21). There was plenty of room with 2 bathrooms. Only wish there was slightly more seating room in the living room area. There was a 3 seater sofa, an arm chair and an ottoman. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped to prepare basic breakfasts and lunches. Our unit didn't have a bottle opener - which seems like an essential in Spain! Check-in was easy. Great place to stay!

This property showed a lot of value. Excellent cleanliness, simple automated check-in process. A super market located feet away from the property was highly convenient however the neighborhood and the noise level (at times) can be a little high. With that said this place is an excellent value conveniently located 2-3 blocks away from PLAZA MAYOR.

The location is excellent. Very close to major plazas. The apartment was big and had all that we need. What I did not like is that we stayed on the second floor (room 26) which was right above a store and it was very very noisy starting at 6am. It seemed that they moved furniture or something similar. The personal tried to move us but no luck, as the place was fully booked.

This was a very nice, clean and well located apartment. It was a great size for a family of four. However, check-in did not go well. We arrived at 8pm and attempted to check-in with the computer system in the lobby. However, the machine would not accept any of our credit or debit cards. Finally got ahold of someone on their emergency number who was able to get the keycards printed so we could get in. We paid the next day when the front desk opened in the morning. Everything was great in the apartment except the upstairs shower. There was no water pressure (dribbling) and the water kept changing temperature to scolding hot. It was unusable. We reported it to the desk the next day and they said there was nothing they could do since it was a Sunday. This went on for all 4 days we were there, the building was having water issues and they couldn't get it fixed even though they kept telling us it was. So we could only use the downstairs shower. This was very upsetting, since when you rent a place like this you expect everything to work. Had the shower worked this place would definitely have gotten 5 stars.

It’s at a great location. Apartment was very roomy for my family of 6. Everything was clean and they provide items to start you off like laundry detergent, towels, trash bags, etc. The washing machine was a great add as we were able to do laundry and not have to take so much clothes during the trip. Ladies at the front desk were also helpful. Felt safe in the building. Great place.

We had an excellent stay at MH Madrid; the appartment was very spacious and clean. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The area is well situated to visit many attractions by metro or by foot. The park outside cas be a little bit noisy but it never bothered us.

The spacious apartment layout (with separate bedroom, kitchen, eating, and living areas) was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 kids during our 3 day stay in Madrid. The facilities were clean and we really appreciated that we were able to check in several hours early (since we had boarded a train to Madrid at 6am that morning). The Carrefour below the apartments (and scores of nearby bakeries) give you a lot of breakfast options in the mornings. The hotel is ideally/ centrally located with Plaza Mayor just a few minutes walk away. The Royal palace and El Retiro (and everything in between) are within walking distance. The staff thoughtfully stocked our room with dish washing items and laundry detergent. Highly recommended for families!

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. Check-in was very easy and staff were helpful and friendly. Outside was a bit noisy in the evening, soundproof windows would have been nice. There are lots of amenities near by and main attractions were within a few minutes walk. 24 hours supermarket was next to the apartment and there were few other 24 hours stores within the same block. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again. Highly recommend MH Apartments Central Madrid.

Very Nice appartment! The location is close to everything but very noisy at nigh, garbage trucks every night and people talking and screaming. We were there at 11:00 am and asked for an early check in cause we were just coming from Canada and were exhausted. I would have appreciate they could prepare our room first bu they did not and we got our room only at 15:00…I did not feel they try to help us even if they saw our kids were so tired! Except of that and the noise, the appartement was very modern and confortable!
