It was totally awesome. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and the staff tgere put the "C" in customer service, and the "H" in hospitality. The customer service was anazing. Renae and staff go above and beyond. I'll be staying there when I return ay the end of February.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, our bed was really comfortable, all the facilities were clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was lovely and and I appreciated the patio area with its view to Havana's skyline. The hotel is close to restaurants and an easy walk to the Malecón. I must mention the kindness and service from the hotel staff, they were very helpful to all our our needs. The hotel Manager René helped us with tours recommendations, sightseeing, transportation, and nice places to eat. I also want to thank Alejandro, Rosy, and Dailé for their service and attentivenes. Thanks a lot 🙏

Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The manager was helpful. I recommend Elegancia to anyone who wants to travel to Havana. Restaurants are affordable and nearby.

From the time my 4 year old son and I arrived everyone was very accommodating, professional and pleasant to interact with. Their airport shuttle service was A1 and Rene', Alejandro, Manny, the owner, and a wonderful lady (whom I didn't get her name) were great! The grounds were well kept and it is very clean. I left my Airpods Pro there when I checked out and Rene' reached out to me to let me know and we found a solution to get them to me. My son turned 4 the day after we arrived and they surprised us both by bringing him a piece of cake during breakfast, with a candle and sang happy birthday! I highly recommend Elegancia and will stay there again when I come to Cuba.

Excellent stay in the Vedado area. The building looks shabby from outside but it's excellent inside. The four of us stayed in the main suite (two bedrooms and one bathroom) on the second floor. There were one king size bed and two twin beds. Bathroom was new and clean. Hot water was strong. The breakfasts were excellent with juice, fruits, omelet, bread and coffee. Internet was good and we could view photos and short videos with relative ease, which is not always the case in Cuba. Rene or other ones in the management team were always on site to help. Thanks for the worry-free stay!

I expected much of my viisit to Havana, and I was not disappointed! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elegancia suites. The common space inside is superbly and artistically decorated. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, served on the terasse, with delicious tropical fruits and juices. There are many places of interest nearby. A walking tour of Vedado will show many old houses that are well preserved. Vedado is not too invaded by tourists, and does not aggress you with all the hustling and bustling of Vieja Habana. But, if you like walking, the historical Vieja Habana is within walking distance. You will find many decent to excellent restaurants in Vedado. I would also recommend a late afternoon visit to the hotel Nacional and a drink in the gardens with a great view on the ocean. I would love to return to Havana sometime, and be very happy to stay again at Elegancia!

A hidden gem. Staff from manager to guest service reps amd cleaners were all very helpful. I have limited Spanish language but they exercised patience with me expressing my needs for breakfast and others. Rooms were very clean, towels, sheets and others were in prestine condition. Overall i was very impressed. Thank yoh Elegancia.

My second stay at Elegancia Suites Habana within a year was absolutely wonderful. The staff here is incredible, with a few members fluent in English, which made communication a breeze. The complimentary daily breakfast was a fantastic start to each day, and having our favorite restaurant, Razones y Motivos, just a 5-minute walk away was the cherry on top. Our experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and I highly recommend Elegancia Suites Habana to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and convenience.

Was an emergency stay in Havana. Our passports were stolen at another resort and we had to go to the Canadian embassy. These people removed days of built up tension in a couple of hours. The room was far beyond what would be considered great B&B. The staff made home made late night ham sandwiches that not only relieved the hunger but also gave us a welcome home feeling. We had to leave before the normal breakfast hour but they still got up early and got us toast and donuts with our coffees. Will happily come back

I received such a warm and heartly welcome from René. I immediately felt cozy and was impressed by the lovely furnished house. My room was great and I slept incredibly well in the huge bed. Everything was very clean and totally stylish. In the evening I was greeted by Manni, who was there all night and gave me great tips for restaurants and the evening program. The next morning I was welcomed by the loving housekeeper who prepared me a wonderful breakfast. I would check in again at any time and I'm a little sad that I only spent one night there!!!

It was a great experience overall staying at the hotel. Staff and breakfast was great. The place was clean and quiet. The area can be intimidating at first, but once your start walking around it fells pretty normal and safe so I I would recommend the hotel.

The Hostel was surprisingly amazing. Rooms were as described in the photos, very clean; which made me very happy. The staff for the most part were very helpful to their knowledge. They have a small tub area, however it's small, so first come is the one that will enjoy it. VIP provides for breakfast which is basic eggs, toast, coffee, juice and fruit. You also get $17 dollars which would get you possibly 4 free drinks.

Absolutely amazing location. Not just for the community it is in but for the loads of food and shops within walking distance. Then there is the staff lead by Rene, absolutely hands down the best service I’ve ever received in my 15+ years of international travel. Literally 24/7 support, you need a cab they will find you one for cheap! You’re hungry or thirsty, they will cook or make you a drink, or make excellent recommendations off site. You need something, just ask and they will help you acquire it weather it’s. A phone charger or a rare Cuban cigar. My room was phenomenal, but let me be clear what sets this location apart and the reason I’ll return is the staff that made my stay so incredible.

Our stay at Elegancia suites in Havana, Cuba from April 18 to April 25 was absolutely amazing. Renee' and his staff were awesome and made sure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hostel was nice and clean, located in a safe neighborhood that was in walking distance to a few nice restaurants. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying Cuban cigars at the hostel with great adult beverages thanks to the 24-hour room service. The amenities were fantastic, with AC, Wifi, and a delicious daily breakfast all included. We were also pleased to learn that they had back-up generators, so power outages were not a problem. Overall, we had a wonderful experience at Elegancia suites and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Havana, Cuba. Hotel is very clean they even clean the outside terrace several times a day. It was my girlfriends birthday and the staff surprised her with a cake. The crew is also great about giving recommendations for dinner and bars. Highly recommended!!!

It is definitely the perfect place in Havana. Best location, professional faculty (speak English fluently and they are very friendly and well-educated), breakfast are perfect, close to many local restaurants and bars…safe and beautiful place.
