We loved staying here. All the staff were lovely and so helpful. It is situated in Old Habana and is perfect for exploring the various Plaza's and Museums. They changed currency at a much better rate than banks and organized a tour of Old and 'New' Havana, right out to the Parque zoological Nacional with Pupi. Stayed 2 nights wish we had booked more.

The place is clean, has a good breakfast, and very helpful staff. We stayed in the suite which was large and spacious. This was the largest room we stayed in out of the 3 different cities in Cuba. We found a bug in our bed the first night, not a bed bug, but we let management know and they promptly changed the sheets. We didn't have any other issues. It is a great location, walking distance to everything in Old Havana. Another bonus to these old buildings are the thick walls and how much noise it blocks. Havana is loud 24 hours a day but once you enter the property we didn't hear any of it. If you go to the roof top you will hear it but inside the building nothing. We slept great. We highly recommend this place.

The staff was like family!
Such a safe feeling and great location!
They recommended a restaurant for dinner and when we arrived they were waiting for us! They called ahead to let them know we were on our way!

Nice hotel in a good position.
Cons: They do not give you the Key of the outdoor gate... If you come back when nobody was there you have to wain until some body opens. They should tell the guest that what was included such as breakfast.

Friendly and knowledgeable host, super staff.
Amazing location in old town, within short walking distance to all sights and great restaurants just around the corner.
Great breakfast.
Street parking available. Though not on site, was safe enough and found a spot right in front of the entrance multiple times.

Loft was comfortable, with AC and fan options. Modern room. Nice pillows. Breakfast could be improved. Only water after breakfast available, but plenty of restaurants nearby. Got us a taxi for airport.

This is a really interesting Casa in Old Havana. A lot of the design is quite good and has a stunning terrace view. The staff are all excellent, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, don't think you could buy a better one in Havana and it's included.
It has wifi, which is still very rare in Havana and an added plus.
It is loud around the hotel, but Havana on a whole is a loud city so be prepared if you sleep softly.
Overall a great place I would highly recommend.

Very nice place and people! They helped a lot with setting up our taxis etc
Breakfast and dinners are a bit light, and the place is quite far from city center.

Very likely someone had stolen cash out of my suitcase, I had brought a specific amount of USD with me that I did not exchange and before I left did not have nearly the same amount left.

Lovely little casa in a great part of town. Nice rooms, great staff, beautiful lobby but there is a major problem. The hotel has added a roof top restaurant and the floor of this restaurant is the ceiling of the bedrooms. Music from the restaurant is clearly audible in the rooms and doesn't stop until 11.30. Thereafter, you can hear the staff clearing up and eventually walking past your door after midnight talking. If you are a night owl and don't go to bed until 12.30am, this is not a problem but it was a problem for us. This is a real shame as in every other respect it is a lovely place to stay.

The hotel is good and with excellent location, a 2 minute walk from the revolution museum. Clean and with good breakfast. Also there is free Wi-Fi from 7 to 7pm, which is rare in Cuba.
But there is one thing they should improve, actually, two: the noise in the lobby, because the rooms are close to it and there are loud music and lots of people talking late night; and the advertisement of the restaurant on the top: they say to you that guests have 10% of discount. I've been there expecting to have the discount on the drink, but after I drank a couple of mojitos they said it was just on the food.

What a beautiful place to stay! This Casa is in a great location for Old Havana and also the Revolution Museum. The modern design of the bedroom and the communal areas is so lovely I wish my home was like it! The food is great at the restaurant and the views are great from the roof terrace. I will go back if I ever go back to Havana and would strongly advise others to do the same.

the location was excellent, the owner helpful but our room was far too small and noisy (close to the kitchen) with nowhere to put our clothes except on a few hangers and on our suitcases acting as shelves. Not ideal as we were going to our daughter's wedding. We asked to change but had to wait till a slightly bigger (and less noisy) room was free and there was an extra charge for this. The property is pretty with a good restaurant on the terrace but I think there is room for improvement in terms of accomodation.

The room was in the first/ground floor and had tiny windows, was very humid and smelly - terrible room, either it should be offered for a much lower price than the upper floors or not used at all for clients. Only good thing is they returned our money after first night and still no availability in the upper floors.

An extremely stylish contemporary space which had lovely creative touches, a vintage trendy bar downstairs, art work to die for and an amazing room area complete with our own jacuzzi and terrace bar area. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I only wished I’d stayed there for longer. I almost forgot to mention that is fantastically located and a stone’s throw away from the Revolution Museum, the coast and fab restaurants.

I did not even go to this property as the address didn't print out and no one really knew where it was. I had a tour of old Havana and I didn't like the state if the buildings and I didn't remember if it had air conditioning so I ended uo at Hotel Inglattera in Viejo

The property was exactly like the photos via internet. It was very comfortable and the AC was amazing. Nice and tidy and myself and best friend really enjoyed the double bed room. I would definitely book this place again especially since its right in the heart of Old Havana.
