Great amenities and quiet area
Close to the station and food places around

The check-in and check-out was fast with many desk clerks so there was no waiting. The rooms are a little narrow but fine overall.
They supply toothbrushes & toothpaste, razor & shaving cream and a comb.

Room was big for tokyo standards. Staff were friendly and very helpful and the bed was comfortable. Location is nice.
4.6
Excellent location, very comfortable room with beautiful bathroom. The website needs to state best way to get to hotel in more detail. Seven 11 on ground floor is a bonus.

Cozy and spotless rooms with a warm ambiance. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Beautiful aesthetic! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at!

We booked a junior suite and were given a room on the top floor. The room was large and open plan, except for the bathroom which had a very large walk-in shower and bath cubicle and twin sinks. The toilet was in a separate area.
Staff were friendly and stored our luggage for us as we arrived around 10:30 following an overnight flight and check-in before 14:00 was not available.
Despite being a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku, there were plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel, as well as two restaurants in the hotel.
The hotel has the benefit of being close enough to Shinjuku to enjoy that experience, but constant noise and bustle. It is also close enough to transport links to easily navigate around Tokyo. It is also only a few minutes walk to a subway station with an elevator in a route that will take you to Tokyo station and the Shinkansen in 25 to 30 minutes. Handy if you are travelling around Japan by train

As a 3-star hotel, I’m generally impressed by the quality of their rooms and love their toiletries/amenities bar provided in their lobby. Hotel breakfast is also very substantial and yummy.
4.6
Metro stop was about 5-10 minute walk from this hotel, with Shinjuku station only 1 stop away. Could take hotel elevator downstairs to visit 7-11. Coin laundry were washer/dryer all in one units, and could see progress of the laundry on the TV. Also, there's a restaurant near the entrance of the hotel. Amenity bar in the lobby which included free face wash/lotion for men and women, razors, mouthwash, etc. Only complaint is the size of the room.

Daiwa Roynet Nishi-Shinjuku hotel was great. Very clean. Hotel staff were very polite and courteous. Location of hotel is also very good. Only a short walk to the Nishi-Shinjuku metro station.
4.6
The hotel was extremely comfortable. We stayed at a room with 4 beds and it was plenty of room for my husband, myself, and our 2 teenage boys. There is a 7 Eleven downstairs which is very convenient and the restaurant on the 1st floor is EXCELLENT for breakfast. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to get a taxi or uber from the lobby.

Hotel allocated in business area, much quieter than Shinjuku station area. Staffs are nice, kind and friendly.. willing to help anytime we needed.
4.6
Very small rooms, dated decor, zero customer service.
We asked if there was any complimentary upgrades (for my birthday), they said no. They offered an option where we would pay, we took it, and still very very small room. If I were to repeat my trip, I wouldn’t chose this hotel, due to the lack of attention in customer service.
Amazing breakfast.

Clean, friendly, and fast service. Nearby plenty of eating options including cafes. The subway station is a few minutes walk away!

The hotel was clean and modern. A 7-11 in the basement that was open 24 hrs and was very convenient. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere and had to walk about 15 min for downtown Shinjuku.

It is a great hotel, room is a bit small, but bathroom is good enough. The staff is super helpful. Breakfast is also very good!

Great

This hotel was perfect for our family of four. The room was big, came with a wonderful massage chair, and the bathroom was very large. Great bath products in the room and available downstairs. The breakfast served at the attached restaurant was delicious, and the 7/11 in the basement was so convenient. The hotel is a short walk to the Nishi-Shinjuku train station. All the staff at the hotel were so friendly. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rooms are pretty small, very convenient location, clean, staff is very attentive and helpful.

Despite some walk from the Metro station, this hotel has offered lots of extra benefits and convenience to their guests. Very good services and I especially like the design of the in-room washroom where you can take quick shower and they also have bath tub, it is not common to see in Tokyo hotel given the room size is relatively small, I will be back to this hotel and thank you for the hospitality.

Amazing experience
4.6
We have a 5 days stay and the service was wonderful. The stuffs are helpful and very courteous. The location is great with walking distance to shopping. Also, parking was convenient with direct access. There is also an 7-11 store within the building. The staff also helped loaded our luggage to our taxi which we have a lot. Looking forward to return to the hotel when visiting Tokyo next time.

Great place to stay. 7 mins walk to Nishi-Shinjuku station. Hotel breakfast is decent - have Japanese pancakes. Hotel provides skincare. 7-eleven at the basement.

Good nice hotel in the Shinjuku neighborhood. Walking distance to the popular shinjuku crossing and the main station. The restaurant is very good for breakfast, ok for other meals.

I booked this hotel last minute and it did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was small but I was travelling solo so it was perfect, the bed was extremely comfy. There was all the amenities in the room that you would need. The BEST part about this hotel was the the bathroom it was large with an amazing, powerful shower.
