Nice hotel with great views. The shower was not closed at the front, meaning that the bath was all wet after each shower. Worse was that on the last two days there was no running water. This meant that we could not shower or use the toilet after sweaty hikes and before our flight, but this was probably an issue for multiple building in this area. We wanted to have dinner in the hotel's restaurant but it was mostly closed, even though indicated otherwise. Finally, we only had breakfast twice at the hotel and at both occasions the buffet was not ready at the time indicated.

I had a nice stay with an amazing view of Cusco, I’d recommend this hotel for a stay in San blas.

We arrived at 6am after an overnight bus ride. Even though our room wasn’t ready and check in wasn’t for many hours, the staff welcomed us and offered a place to rest and have breakfast. Additionally they allowed us to store our luggage until our room was ready. Fantastic breakfast with freshly cooked eggs. Fresh linens and stylish decor. Fresh, filtered water available anytime, saving us money and the environment.

My daughter and I loved this hotel! We stayed here one night before heading to Machu Picchu, and then again one night after, and were able to leave a couple of bags there while we were away. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is great, and the beds are comfortable.

One of the rooms was extremely cold. The stone wall was shared with a nearby electronic music club - a bit noisy.

The price of the hotel is very high for where it is located there is no vehicle access. In addition, the ceilings in the rooms need to be repaired and the bathroom also needs to be remodeled. There is no television in the rooms and the breakfast is not very varied. People are very attentive to help in whatever way they can. On several occasions we ran out of hot water in my room. There was an old table that broke when we put the suitcase on it. I informed them and they wanted to charge me for it as new so I could leave and I paid them half. In that part everything has to be of quality.

The place is nice, clean fiendly, good and large breakfast , (Mercedes was very kind) and the location close to plenty of interesting spots. But we did give some laundry to wash and the bill was outragesly high : 40 us$ for a bag of clothes ! (No iron for this price). And 8 us$ for a beer… !!!! Better do it outside. This price is insane

Our toilet did not flush for two days. We had to use our friend's bathrooms and the main lobby bathroom. We returned from our Inca hike and the room we received had a bathroom that smelled like sewage. The hot water also did not work the first night!

This was a unique experience for us, we stayed here for 2 nights. It is situated on the hills of Cusco with the narrow lanes made of cobblestones. It was a quaint area, walking distance to Plaza de Armas, Cathedral, Qorikancha with lots of shopping on the way. We found the more authentic shops closer to the hotel than the main square. The hotel is very clean with an excellent view from our room. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient. They handled all our transportation back and forth from the airport as well as the railway station and anywhere else we wanted to go. They had a nice breakfast with ham sandwiches, bread, eggs, croissants and yoghurt with oatmeal along with fresh squeezed juice.

We had a wonderful stay at Tariq hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful in organizing logistics with us (transportation, baggage storage, even ordering a pizza to our hotel room after a long day). The room was comfortable and breakfast was great. Location is super close to the historical city center, an easy 10 minute walk. I'd love to stay here again!

We booked their most expensive suite on the top floor. The room is well decorated and offers a great valley view. Room is spacious and comfortable. The balcony/lounge area is so lovely. quality bedding and toiletry items. if you need hair dryer and heater, just request these items. The lady working at the restaurant was very friendly. not a lot of options for breakfast but they cooked fresh eggs for us. Constructions nearly so expect some noises during the day. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Pros1. The room is well decorated 2. The quality of the mattress is goodCons1. The location of the hotel is quite far and steep. In addition, you might meet a group of dodgy people at the corner near the hotel. So, I recommend that if you travel with a big luggage, you should avoid this hotel or you should call a taxi.2. The lady who is concierge at the time I arrived seems to be very confident in herself. To illustrate, although I gave her the 2 passport of me and my sister and then she couldn’t find mine because she left it behind her and she asked me where is my passport and I said I already gave you. She said “No you didn’t give me with the sound that is unacceptable”.*the service mind of staff need to improve the way its staffs treat the clients!!

A beautiful hotel on a quiet back street in the San Blas neighborhood. 10 minute walk the main plaza in Cusco. Nicely appointed rooms, abundant hot water, towels refreshed daily, lovely outdoor seating areas (patios, firepit, etc). The breakfast was abundant, varied and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel in a great location in San Blas! A short walk to the Plaza de Armas and many restaurants and shops. The included breakfast was very good and coca tea is plentiful.

This hotel is amazing! It opened in the past year. The view is the best in the city with a perfect balcony off the cafe to have coffee in the morning and cocktails at night and watch the view. Angie was such a valuable resource to us. She made sure our accommodations were exactly as we expected and beyond. She confirmed our tours for us and gave us inside scoop on restaurants. We were there during Carnival so she even made sure we were "prepared" for the festivities (they throw water balloons and squirt foam at each other) with the proper clothing choices. Urss was also a huge part of our amazing stay. After he got off his shift, he walked into town with us and made sure we found the restaurant we were looking for. On one afternoon after we got back from a horseback tour, he even served us up a hot lunch and wine! He also gave us a little Pisco education. This hotel is a 5 star hotel that has yet to be discovered.
