All was well the staff great. I just thought that breakfast should have been included. The rooms interior and exterior could use some touch-up paint etc.

This hotel appears to be in the process of being renovated as some rooms have glazed windows whilst some still have slats and screens. Overall it is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, some speak English and some don't but if you have some basic Spanish and a friendly attitude you will get by just fine.
I had an accident (my fault - being clumsy!) and bruised my knee quite badly and a member of the staff was really helpful and helped me to ice it and reduce the swelling.
Breakfast is great value for money and made fresh to order so allow time for this. The beach outside is beautiful and there are lots of restaurants in walking distance although it is along a busy road. That said I found it to be pretty quiet location.
Only things I didn't like were no shower curtain in the bathroom so the water splashed on to the floor and there was no mat to soak it up. Also some of the slats on the windows didn't shut easily/at all so we had to get creative and wedge them with a few pebbles.

There is no AC at this facility. No running water at the sink in the bathroom. There were mosquito and spiders inside the room. The only good thing about this place is the location.

Property was well maintained, clean and close to the beach.
