Employees were very nice and friendly. The hotel looked pretty new. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They served a pretty typical free breakfast that hotels serve. All in all we had a great trip and we would stay at this place again.

Handicap rooms are much too far away from the elevator, almost at the complete end of a very long hallway with a turn around a corner down a second hallway. Also no luggage assistance available at check out to bring down luggage from 3rd floor very far away from elevator.

Front desk agent was the rudest person me and my wife have ever dealt with staying at a Hilton in Temecula,Ca. This area did not have enough parking space to accommodate the guest staying on property. I will never ever use a Hilton hotel ever again.

Nice property but needs a bit detailed cleaning, at least my room, mattress is old and saggy. Other than that no complaints. Easy check in, nice business area close to freeway.

1st time staying at Home 2Suites. I must say this location is ideal if your looking for quite peaceful sleep. The bed was definitely the most comfortable bed I have slept on in any hotel, loved it! The bathroom was updated shower (no tub) and very clean. I noticed a large work out room weights & Yoga Matts, next time. The breakfast had plenty of options which was included in our room rate. Great experience. Super friendly Hotel Staff! 💝💝💝💝💝

The room was not in good condition with a ripped and stained couch, stained floor, dirty dining table and side tables, half used toilet paper (fresh ones should be put out), inedible breakfast, and not very friendly staff. The iron was damaged and ripped my husbands new shirt. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast food consists of cheese. Cheese is everywhere (sandwiches, scrambled eggs, etc) and I’m allergic to one.

We’ve stayed here at this location in the past due to the close proximity to downtown Temecula. This time, and last time, the hotel personnel were helpful and kind. However, the rooms need a very significant deep clean, and I believe this is a management issue. For example, the grout in the bathroom was severely stained. The grout and tile looks like dogs have peed all over inside, and it feels quite frankly, dirty, and gross. There are stains all over the carpet the lounge/bedroom area and again it looks like dog pee. I felt uncomfortable walking barefoot in the room.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience very pleasant. The property was meticulously clean, and the rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

This hotel is mismanaged. I checked into my room and the bathroom was filthy. (See photos). There was hair all over the bathroom. Soap scum. And stains. And residue in the shower from whoever last showered. Brown ring in the toilet. Ridiculous. I complained and was given a second room. It was the same as the 1st. I was given a 3RD ROOM. It was the same as the last 2. The 3rd room which was the least dirty had grease stains on the table where someone had eaten. Hair in the bathroom. Soap scum on the shower and stains on the couch. This place is gross, and the rooms aren’t cleaned apparently. I wanted to leave a “do not disturb sign” so nobody came in my room during my 3 day stay but there is no sign in the room. The “cleaners” came in the room today and made the bed and did nothing else; left simple trash like the soap packaging on the bathroom sink and an empty container on the table. The bathrooms are gross and obviously not being cleaned so what else isn’t being done/cleaned. I have travelled all over the country, stayed in hundreds of hotels and never experienced hotel bathrooms and rooms that were so obviously not clean

The hotel has spacious rooms and courteous staff. The breakfast is tolerable! providing bananas and better bread choices would be nice. The prepackaged foods do not feel healthy or taste very good. Rooms are supposedly only touched up every two days, and ours never was after three. We were told we should have requested service when we inquired about it; that would have been nice to know when we checked in. The room was fairly clean but by no means immaculate. The location and price, though, help make up for the drawbacks mentioned.

This hotel is lovely for the price. The staff were kind and attentive to any concerns that were raised. The room wasn't huge but adequate the bathroom wasn't fancy but clean and nice. Having a full size fridge and dishwasher was great! The breakfast was fine again nothing fancy but for the price lovely. Away from the highway and very quiet

Unfortunately, the hotel's quality has slid rapidly over the past 12 months. We stayed here last year and it was great but this year it's incredibly apparent that a refresh is desperately needed, along with a management change. The rooms are showing serious signs of aging on the wall coverings, furniture, and finishes. The pool is in desperate need of cleaning and repainting, and the carpets need a deep clean. We also encountered a broken appliance that had clearly never been attended to. They also have signs stating they are eco-friendly and have dual flush toilets when they in fact, do not. We were initially booked into a room but within a few minutes of arriving, noticed it had not been cleaned appropriately. Staff were quick to respond and moved us to another room but the inherent age related and sloppy cleaning issues remained. For a hotel that claims to be pet friendly, the complete absence of usable pet relief area is concerning. There's no grass, only a very small strip of dirt that's only big enough for a small dog. Dogs resort to going into the wood chipped garden areas around the hotel. There's uncollected poop everywhere because irresponsible owners don't clean up at their pets. The areas that aren't wood chipped are covered in large rocks that presented a hazard to my small, senior dog. The negatives far outway the positives and this is no longer on our list of places to stay. It's really unfortunate how far the quality slid in just 12 months.
