Finding the lobby is a challenge. Parking is only available in a garage which requires you to pay through a third party app. WiFi is only free if you sign up for their proprietary online info grab. And cell service is spotty inside the building. Breakfast isn’t included either.

The experience was very unpleasant and slightly insulting. There was urine and throw up along and around our toilet when we arrived. We then asked if someone could come clean it up which never happened so I had to do it . Then we went to order room service . After calling and trying to get in touch with them we then had to go down to the front desk and were told it was open . So we went to order and were told it was closed but people were at the bar ordering and eating. Mind you it’s a half hr before they are supposed to be closed . They finally let us order but only certain items so the chef doesn’t have to cook. From there we were told by the the bartender that we were lucky to get any food . After we ordered I let the bartender know our room number and charge it to the room . She said no and that we had to pay her . We were a bit confused and slightly embarrassed that we were spoken to like that in front of other guests. We were hungry and tired from a long drive so we went to the room to grab a money . I have never heard of that before and was able to charge everything to the room any other time which leads me to believe that this bartender was stealing or doing something inappropriate. The next day we ask for housekeeping to come clean the room and they only made the bed . No new towels , no shampoo for two days even though we asked multiple times . All of our dishes and trash were left throughout the room . We washed the towels and paid for it. There is a lot more.

Found a COCKROACH in room, and multiple staff members did nothing when I complained, didn't even give me an apology or offer to move me to another room. I complained for the 3rd time as I was checking out when I was leaving and the General Manager gave me a $100 off of my bill. I appreciated this gesture and I accepted it at the time because I was in a hurry, but honestly he should have at least given me one full night free. If that staff had initiatially acknowledged how gross it is to find a cockroach in your hotel room, i honestly would not have even thought to ask for a refund, but I'm more frustrated with the staff response than the bug!

Our overall stay was good, very nice rooms , clean everywhere, the only complaint I have is the house keeping knocking on the door at 9:30am and I had a do not disturb sign on the door, I picked my wife up from the airport at 11:30 pm and didn’t get back to our room until 1:15am, she was sleeping when they knocked on the door ! Very rude ! We paid for that room and had it until check out, do not disturb !!!!!!

Showerhead leaked often and the shower basin had a long metal drain. The drops on this metal drain were loud and constant. My wife and I did not sleep well. Also, I have yet to receive my folio via email.

Stay was amazing, except we did not get our room cleaned in our 3 nights there, and we did not have a door sign indicating that. We had to request fresh towels and linens.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because 1) I had to pay a third party for party and 2) the continental breakfast was $16 a person, only coffee was complimentary; expensive for what was offered. Very clean hotel.

Liked how clean and spacious the room was. Comfortable bed and large bathroom was a plus. Loved the closet space, coffee maker and microwave in room. There was a mini fridge but it didn't seem to be working properly. It didn't keep things cold even though temp dial was at a highest setting. Nice reception area, offered night cap, dinner,and breakfast and snacks too. Pool area was inviting. Very relaxing with wonderful staff. Just know there is a charge ($10) for parking when using the hotel garage.

We stayed here for one night and asked for a ground floor room. The room was very comfortable and very clean. The free coffee in the morning and the availability of a buffet breakfast and a cocktail bar was a nice option. All in all this was a very comfortable hotel. They do bill it as within walking distance to downtown front street and it is, but it is not a short walk. My only negative comment is the fact that there was no make up mirror in the bathroom and the lights were a little tricky to operate. All in all, if you were visiting Temecula , this is a good option. There is ample parking for a minimal charge. If you have a disabled sticker, it’s free.

Was greeted with courtesy and friendliness, the experience was great. I was received by a gentleman that was managing the front desk on Friday afternoon 8/2. He checked me in very quickly and was very accommodating.

Big thank you to Tiffany! After a long, hot, day at the soccer fields our team's parents were looking forward to ordering food in, and having a few drinks at the bar. They were short staffed and were just about to close the bar since it was dead. Tiffany kept it open for 2 hours for us. She was engaging and game to look up drinks on the internet and concoct them. She was wonderful. Thank you so much Tiffany!

bathroom was dirty. Checked in late. Front desk didn't have cleaning products. Offered me extra towels to put on floor to walk on. Promised to have room cleaned the next day. No one came. Approached by vagrants outside. Does not appear to be security on site. Open hotel/no key required to gain access to rooms or elevators. Jason on front desk in the evening was wonderful, truly customer focused and was extremely helpful for our stay. Note: we had several rooms/families for a soccer tournament at the hotel.

It was decent. The room was clean and newer, the TV went out. There is no daily service, I think that's in the past. So you just pay more "just because". They charge for breakfast and it a parking fee. Overall, it was nice. Just a few hang ups. If they give you room 113, its pool view is angled.... plus kids, kids, kids.😂

I had to wait 2 hrs to get into my room. Longest I've ever had to wait anywhere for a room to be ready. From desk staff was helpful, got parking covered. They offered breakfast but i had it included when i reserved. So not real big reimbursement for my time wasted waiting on the lobby.

The common areas in the hotel were clean and the rooms were also clean and spacious. Beds were comfy and the room had a microwave and a mini fridge as well as a coffee maker and Coffee Bean tea and Coffee. The hotel also had a very nice gym, and a great pool for kids, the deepest end of the pool was 4ft, which was great for our kids who had a blast at the pool. The bar and restaurant at the hotel was also great, they have a variety of beers on tap and cocktails were good. Happy hours specials were also great! Food from the restaurant was a bit pricey, but it was good. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room and the hotel. However, I do have to say that the hotel was understaffed. The toilet paper and the paper towels in the ladies bathroom (located in the lobby) ran out and was not immediately restocked, the towels in the pool also ran out and it took several requests to finally get them restocked. We also asked for extra towels for our room on two occasions and the second request for towels was never fulfilled. Luckily, the next morning we saw housekeeping and we were able to get extra towels from them directly. But the staff was really nice, but the hotel is definitely understaffed. Lastly, this hotel has underground parking which was great to keep our car cool from the Temecula heat. We paid $10 per night which was reasonable.
