Room had multiple black hairs in sink and tub. Caulking needed replaced years ago as well. Otherwise the place was decent.

One of the heaters in the room didn't work and check in is only after 4:00 PM. Other than that it was an excellent stay.

The room was excellent but the noise was terrible.

My son and I love this place! The Beer and Wine in the room is a nice touch! Location is great, so much to offer, great food.

Interesting stay, lots to do on the property. I appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine

Room did not have a closet, ironing board, air conditioner was too loud, could not sleep. For the price this was not at all what we expected. No elevator had to carry bags upstairs. Very small check in area. Would not recommend at all.

Loved how easy it was to get from dining to bar to bowling all in the same facility. Didn’t like the bathroom door in our room not shutting properly and the shower not draining when showering.

Hands down the best place to stay! The whole experience is always wonderful and we have a ball everytime we go!!! Highly recommend!!

I booked two suites for my family of 5 adults and 6 kids ranging from 5-12. We were all able to sleep comfortably in the two rooms, the smallest children using the futon style couch, which they enjoyed.
When booking this place, I was a little unsure of what to expect, but once we arrived, we all realized this place was definitely out of the ordinary, but absolutely a cool place to stay. All of us agreed that we will definitely keep this place at the top of our list when going to Cedar Point.
They have many additional entertainment options of things to do which are all onsite. We were given some free tickets to play, which we did not take advantage of. We were just too tired, yet a nice extra and free perk.
You can not possibly stay any closer to the park without staying AT the park. What a wonderful surprise this place was.
After our stay at the park, and getting checked in, we had dinner in the restaurant on site. With 11 of us, we ordered a variety of food. All portions were generous as we needed boxes when we left. Everyone enjoyed their food. Not one complaint from any of us.
This was a memorable stay and we will definitely return.
We would all highly recommend Cedar Stables.

Wow! This place far exceeded our expectations! It was a little weird to check in with the hostess and walk through the restaurant and past the bowling alley to get to our room, but the room was beautiful, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The restaurant/bar was great and the staff was very nice. Free bowling was great and they even let us bowl even though they were closing. Plus, free beer, wine and bottled water in the room! Don’t listen to any haters, this place was amazing!

The location near Cedar Point made this an ideal hotel. Besides this, I really appreciated the person at the Thirsty Pony who checked us in. He saw that my hands were full and grabbed my bag and walked us up to our room. I also liked the rustic-chic feel of the room's decor and the complementary goodies they put in the room, including a delicious chocolate shaped like a horse, wine, and beer. It was also awesome that we got 2 hours of free bowling and shoes.
The only thing I wished was different was that the room's floors were a bit cleaner. I saw some crumbs and other things on the ground and a dead bug on the floor. Other than this, it did get kinda loud at times. There was a time when someone knocked loudly at our door, said "room service," and then ran away down the hall. That was kind of annoying, but that could happen anywhere.

If you're coming with kids, know that you have to walk thru two pot smelling bars to get to the stairs to your room. The comforter had a stain on it and we woke to ants on the window sill, the comforter, and in the bathroom sink. Less than desirable area/people. Did not feel safe. Shared concerns with corporate and the response was "thanks for letting us know. "

Super fun and a great addition to our cedar point experience. The amusement area was perfect for our kid. We haven’t bowled in years!

Extremely cute place. The free in room beverages and bowling added to the flair. We will stay there everytime we make a trip to Cedar Point. It was perfect.

The property is super unique. Nothing like your typical hotels. This property is wonderful and they have great amenities on their property and great attention to detail. Loved our room.

Couch was tattered and stained. Beds were very comfortable. Showers had ample hot water. No closet, no dresser. Staff was very nice and very happy. A lot to do on-site, eating, bowling, laser tag, axe throwing, games. Close to everything! Would go back!

Its a unique place, small but quaint. Free bowling was a nice perk. Convenience that its connected to a restaurant but it was over an hour wait each time we tried to eat there.

The diner, Bar and Bowling Alley came first above all else. First off we had to check in through the restaurant which is weird on itself, second the hotel shares WiFi with not only the Bowling Alley, but Bar and Restaurant so we had ZERO WiFi during our stay. The room we had had remotes that didn’t work for the TV so often that we called maintenance twice in two days. Oh let’s not mention the keycards. They stop working after one day and even if you get a new one it’s a luck of the draw chance if you’re getting back in your room. If I could go back in time to save money and change to a different hotel? I would do it in a heartbeat. Don’t let the flashy amenities fool you. This place is second priority and it shows through the bathroom which had terrible water pressure at times and our shower screeched the entire time we used it. I HIGHLY recommend getting a different hotel. Don’t waste your time here!!!

My dad and I have stayed at this place twice now, and I’d say it’s definitely worth it.

Had the Nashville Hot wings that were not very good . Extremely sweet for a hot wing. Also watery diarrhea the next day. Had pizzia in the evening also but i think it was the wings.

We’ve stayed at the stables twice now and both times, 2 different room types, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I’m picky! The furnishings were nice. The deluxe suite was our most favorite room, it’s so large and the couch looked brand new. We’ll be back.

Check in was very confusing- as there is a tiny booth that is not attended in a very crowded/cluttered restaurant. We walked through this maze of a restaurant for a few minutes before someone told us where to look for the check in booth. The restaurant was very dirty and when they took us to the hotel area- it was even dirtier… stained carpeting in the halls, water stains on the ceiling- water damage to pictures on the wall. It took them 30 minutes to get us into our room with an emergency key, because their machine broke. They kept telling us that had never happened before, but there were other reviews saying this happened. We couldn’t get our actual keys until 9pm. The room seemed ok, but because of everything being so dirty outside of it- it felt gross too. There was complimentary wine and beer and chocolate- which was nice. The hotel is not attended by staff after 10pm and they do not answer their phone before that, because it’s technically part of the restaurant - which is super busy and chaotic…. so you’re pretty SOL if you have any issues. When the restaurant closes, you have to access the hotel through a back door that is supposed to require a key, but was broken and unlocked- another thing we saw written in a few reviews from last year- so obviously they’re just not keeping up with maintaining this place. Will not be returning!

The hotel is always so much fun, we take our grand kids there to get away. They love it.

Keys did not work on the door initially and had to go get a different key card, carpet has stains throughout, found a VIP wristband under the edge of the bed from a previous person, found ants in the middle of the floor, mouse droppings around the toilet and dead bugs behind it, couch has stains and the couch back was broken, literally every sheetrock tape seam and corner is bubbling up (not just a few but EVERY SINGLE ONE), sheetrock repair to the wall was falling out and cracking, window sills had dead bugs and dust/dirt accruing and obviously have not been cleaned in a long time. At night there is no one there to assist you, the only way to get in touch with anyone is the service phone at the back door entrance that rings through to the adjacent Holiday Inn front desk, which we were told is owned by the same person/group. After hours the only entrance/exit is through a dark sketchy back parking lot door that has a key card access however is not locked and anyone can enter at any time. Attempted to reach someone and was told they would call us back in the morning, 2 days later and we keep getting redirected to voicemail. 8 pictures is not enough to show how poorly the room was cleaned and kept.
