There is no elevator, which is not easy for a suite that is usually occupied by families with luggage and strollers, it has 4 floors. It is not soundproof, so technically you can sleep when your noisy neighbour decides to go to bed.
The location is perfect and you can easily walk around.

Cleanliness of property was much
Cleaning staff very rude
Not much choice for breakfast
3.0
Nice staff.
Poor or defective equipment
Not really clean (ants in room, not cleaned properly)
Location is really good and quiet

The pool closes early at 9 pm when it is very hot and guests want to enjoy and relax by the pool. The margarita cocktail is extremely bad. The bartender does not know how to mix cocktail at all.

Just average, small balcony

I stayed for a night and it was ok.

Poor service, low standards at the room. Go for another facility.

Decent property, it’s older and more worn than the advertised photos. Bathrooms are old with our sink hanging off the wall and rusty shower head. But overall a nice stay.

a very clean hotel, with a good location in the center of marmaris close to everything, the pool is nice. The only downside is there is no elevator.

Last minute 2 day getaway for baby shopping for my daughter (girl no.3) we stayed top floor large apartment also eith us my 10 & 6 yr old frand daughters. It was modern, clean and spacious. Although if you wanted to cook or have a drink there wasnt really anything to use but we ate out anyway. Breakfast was lovely and plenty. Staf were always around, nice and helpful. Very near to eveywhere. walking distance to the seafront where there are lots of shops, bars, restaurant's & parks. No car park if youre driving. I would definitely book here again. Happy New Year

Had a good stay at club sema . Staff was very friendly . Food was fine and not too expensive . The only down side had no lifts and we were on the top floor which was 4 up . Location was brilliant to get to the bazars but they were a nightmare couldn’t get looking without hassle more than enough shops on the strip so wasn’t a problem . You can catch the dolmas round the corner from the hotel which took you to icemeler and up and down marmaris . Cheap aswell 20 lire for the marmaris one . And 25 lire to icemeler . Would stay again at this hotel . Cleaners everyday and towels and bedding changed every 3 days

I honestly can't recall ever being made feel more welcome or wanted in a different country or hotel than i did at Club Sema. The hotel was lovely and catered for my late arrival with no issues. Room was massive compared to other hotels in same location. The room was very clean on arrival and also cleaned/freshened up every day. I stayed half board which entitled me to buffet breakfast and and evening meal which was cooked as requested from a set menu and served to me at my table. The breakfast was very nice and there was an ample amount for everyone. The evening meals were delicious and again a large portion was provided and are 2 courses. There is 1 point to note which never really bothered me but, there is no elevator although the staff are very accommodating and will allocate you a ground floor room with enough notice provided. The best thing about the hotel is the people. Every member of staff and others connected with the hotel done everything in their power to make sure that I had the best possible experience.I honestly can't praise them highly enough. I moved on to another hotel from here and didn't have anywhere near the same level of customer service I did at Club Sema. I did return to Club Sema during my stay at the other (all inclusive) hotel and was equally as delighted when i went back for dinner and drinks. I would never hesitate to return to Club Sema and 100% would recommend it. I left feeling like I was part of the Club Sema family. Thankyou all.

Hotel location is great and facilities are clean enough for the low price. My main disappointment was some of the staff. Me and my friend are two girls travelling alone and whilst at first we thought the staff were friendly, it became clearer each day that they were being inappropriate with us, only approaching us and asking about boyfriends/commenting on how we looked/ my friends tattoo when she was sunbathing. One of the staff members did say he was trying to learn English but singling us out amongst the other guests made us feel quite targeted as two young women. If you are spending most of the time out of the hotel then you will be fine, I just hope staff understand they can make solo females feel uncomfortable when they’re relaxing around the pool.

We absolutely love Club Sema and will be returning next year, the management staff and cleaners are amazing, respectable, polite and nothing is too much for them they go out their way to make you enjoy your holiday. We stayed there last year in which we returned after 25 years, we wouldn't go anywhere else in Marmaris

I can not speak highly enough about Club Sema. The room i had was spotless. Spacious and very comfortable. There were 2 a/c units which kept the room cool when needed. Shower was great size and very clean also. The food was fantastic each night and breakfast was also as good with plenty of options, from cereal to boiled eggs and sausage. I was really impressed with everything but the staff are truly what make this a 5* stay for me. Everyone in Club Sema went above and beyond their normal customer service role, even to the point of offering to go to the shops to get us some snacks etc as it was too late for the restaurant. They were always happy to see you whether on arrival or at evening meal. Not once did i ever feel uncomfortable or unwanted here and that is a credit to everyone from room staff to kitchen staff. The drinks are very reasonably priced and even ordering them can be a nice surprising experience. They staff again putting that little bit extra effort in to make it feel special. Breakfast is buffet style with fresh products each day. Dinner has a menu which you choose from. They will make it and serve you at your table. Again, I cannot speak highly enough of Club Sema and everyone of their staff. It was the best hotel experience I have every had I was made to feel like part of their family and would never hesitate to return. I moved on to a 4* all inclusive hotel which in my opinion has been a downgrade. I was sad to leave Club Sema but look forward to coming back

The hotel is well-located, walking distance to the Grand Bazaar and the waterfront. The room was large with a living room, kitchen and bedroom. Strangely no cooking allowed and only 4 cups in the shelves, not even bowls or spoons for cereal in the morning. The Wifi was slow and dropped out constantly.

I went with 2 kids. We liked the location. We had a room at the terrace and the air conditioning took hours to cool the room down. The safe was not functional.
Breakfast was decent and convenient. There was no elevator (or maybe was not working, not sure) to the 4th floor.
Staff was friendly. My overall impression is, if you are looking for a spot to crash for one or two nights, it is fine. But it is not a place to spend an entire week.

Great hospitality and walkable distance to bazzar and McDonald's. Room, pool and communal areas was clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here

Early season, so pool wasnt in use, but knew in advance. 1 of the rooms had next to zero wifi. Rooms were spacious and everything worked fine otherwise. Noise could be an issue as with most places without carpet. Well situated, close to town near the burger king. Not the best views to the front rooms, opposite a busy car park/wash

It was all good. Will definitely go back. Staff was very friendly.

The size of the suit rooms are very large, with a big living room and kitchenette. However it is very sparsely furnished.. it could do with a small side table and a lamp or tow. Kitchen is empty spare a couple of glasses, mugs and kettle (but no cutlery etc) this is apparently due to covid restrictions - possibly a bit outdated in policy. The bedroom was large with two twins connected and worked well with a bedside table for each side, enough plugs and hanging space. Bathroom was adequate and generally clean. For the purpose of our visit, the convenience to the centre of town and the pricing made this accommodation value for money and was overall a good place to stay for the week
