Awesome little motel. Very clean, organized and great services. Ive stayed in the are a number of times but never stayed here. This beats the over price hotels in the area. I will definitely be back.

I found this hotel because of reviews and honestly I had mixed emotions before I arrived. This is a great little 12 room place, the owners are absolutely fantastic and truly care about your experience. We had room 12, it was right next to their outdoor area that has a firepit, cornhole, and grill. There is a common deck that runs the length of the hotel with Adirondack chairs so you can enjoy the cool weather (From Florida). I saw reviews mentioning hearing the road traffic, but honestly I did not I was exhausted. The owners were going for a keywest theme and they nailed it. The only think I would change or want would be breakfast, but they did have cookies, oatmeal and other snacks in the room.

First time staying and will def be returning! It’s such a super cute place with Island vibe decor. The owners are super sweet and the snacks and water in the rooms is such a cute touch. So worth visiting!

Check-in was super fast and easy. Our room, while small, was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary snacks and water were a welcome addition. We could tell someone put a lot of thought and effort into the decor and color scheme. Loved the little red retro fridge!

First let me say that the staff is amazing. The owners are insight and were so helpful in making suggestions of things to do. The property; however, is not as great. It is in great proximity to Cape Cod, but is situated at a busy roadway, so it was noisy at night. Your view is basically the road. While they have done a good job of making the rooms feel cozy, they still feel dirty because of the carpet, the beds are not very comfortable as they are still the old spring mattresses.

The owners are super friendly and accommodating! They were helpful in giving us suggestions for the surrounding area as well. Our room was comfortable, clean and decorated nicely. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend staying here!

A clean and comfortable room, friendly service, and convenient location made this the perfect spot for an overnight stay before catching an early ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. I appreciated the complementary bottled water in the room, along with refrigerator and microwave, simple amenities that many larger and more expensive hotels don’t offer. We’ll definitely return!

This is an old fashioned motel and the rooms are very small. It has been well maintained and is very clean. Free snacks were very welcome. Tabitha asked for a license photo in advance and then asked again when I arrived. This is a solid choice
