The room was very clean. I loved the shower. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The staff were some of the most honest people I have ever come across. Breakfast served in the room was also very nice.
The area around the hotel wasn’t the safest, but it is safe inside the property grounds. There is a small store beside the hotel to buy drinks and snacks, and there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance.
I would stay here again just based on the cleanliness and the staff.

Stayed 1 night. I liked it. Had access to the garden area from the room, which was really nice. Only received 1 large towel each. Hand towels and wash clothes would have been nice. They had free coffee for us when we arrived and the following morning. My wife ordered breakfast and she said it was just so-so. But it was only 200 pesos. The room also had a large TV with free NetFlix and there was free internet. The queen size bed was really nice. And the staff was very courteous and helpful. I will return if I need that area of Manila and I do recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient if you need to be anywhere in Pasay. For a property in the center of the city, it's quaint and homey because of the garden and open area. Facilities are new. Downside, you can hear from the room beside yours. Overall, very nice accommodation, especially for those looking for a more quiet place as opposed to hotels.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, and very friendly and willing to help. However, there is no complimentary water, and the door to the room is see-through and opens directly onto the garden area of the hotel, which can be noisy and bright in the morning. Even with no one working, the stray cats are pretty noisy (but cute). I stayed here during their soft open, so this place may improve.

Nice place, friendly staff...rooms are good and the community garden in the middle of the city is great...I would stay here again and overall excellent for the price.
My only criticism, is that it is very bright in a morning..black out curtains needed I think otherwise your awake at the crack off dawn...the rooms don't block out the city noise either.

If it wasn't for the garden vibe, my experience here was quite disappointing. I'll be stating facts based on personal experience. First, getting into the hotel is very frustrating. There's a "locked" main gate without anyone in front. There's a doorbell but later on, I found that the doorbell is not working. I have to find the contact number of the hotel and give them a call to let me in. What if a guest does not a mobile load, they might end up waiting in vain. The room is quite small, but the more worrisome about it in the shower. The floor on the shower is made up of woods. It's so slippery that you can slide once the water hits it. The floor on the room is made up of woods as well, so you guess where I'm heading, yes, the floor is also very slippery. I don't know how they manage to let that slip (pun intended).Third, the TV quality looks at a max of 360p. You want HD, well you ain't getting it there. Good luck watching your movies.Overall, for the price of it, there are quite a lot of better hotels nearby with free breakfast (this hotel does not have). I'm throwing this out in the open for the management to look at. This calls for an improvement.

Decent price. Very nice rooms. Staff is very very good. Hot showers. The doors are a type of slightly see-thru foggy glass which isn't the best if you really plan on getting super intimate with someone. Some of the larger rooms are outside in back which offer decent privacy. It's a locked gate so you can feel safe. There is a little store right next door for snacks and smokes. They provide water, tooth brushes/paste, paper flip flops, etc. Tv's are 42" flat screen with HBO. Christmas tree in the lobby. Domino's Pizza delivers. Motel has coffee also.

Only 1 common (co-Ed) bathroom servicing 2-3 rooms. There’s 1 toilet and 2 showers meaning you can’t have any privacy which my wife didn’t appreciate. The complimentary slippers were very thin and quite slippery on wet surfaces—I hope they will take steps to change this.
