We had a very comfortable one night stay. Fast & efficient check in with a friendly receptionist. The room was large with a good shower room.
We had drinks at the bar & dinner in the restaurant with freshly cooked tasty food.
Good location close to the motorway.

Absolutely fin3 no issues

Stay was good, curtains block out so much light it was great to have a lay in. Shower was great but shower screen not bug enough so water would go over the floor. A few stains on the carpet. Beds were comfy.

Staff, especially Jane, veery helpful.
Room was a little cold and I couldn't turn the heating up.

Being put in a disable room with a wet room is not good or practical for washing shaving.

Room was brilliant. Staff rude, unpleasant and unhelpful being honest. Did not feel welcome.

Great Hotel, very comfortable and quiet. The tiny gym was great for a early morning run out of the wind and rain

The staff behind the desk were great abd couldn't do enough. They turned down the air con as we couldn't do it manually due to previous occupants. However, the room was not clean. Pubes in the shower, (which the staff kindly cleaned), but then we noticed the sink which we had to wipe down, one of the hand towels had marks on it and there was chewing gum stuck on the back of the drawer. A member of staff took a photo of the shower. We didn't want to complain again after thar and be annoying as they were really nice and helpful.

Ok but shower gel
Was empty in the shower

We arrived late and they helped us get a good set up - there were joyriders outside and there were pubics hairs on the sheets

There are stains on walls and carpets. Bathrooms are tired and getting grubby. Some rooms have limited mobile phone coverage. Meals expensive.

Super easy location for what we needed and good food options for late night eating, which we also needed. Room was fine for what we needed, just missing a few things that would have made stay better. Only 1 pillow each and they were flaaaaaat. Shower soap/gel was empty, we thankfully had our own. Dirty mugs and spoons (tea still in mugs and spoons looked like they’d been used for yoghurt) but we cleaned them ourselves to use. We stayed two nights and room wasn’t checked/redone while we were out so we had no teabags, milk etc for when we got back and shower soap was still empty. We didn’t ask for the room to be left but didn’t see that we needed to ask for it to be redone either, so not sure if we missed something. Both nights we were there too late and were too tired to bother reception for such trivial things, it just felt these things are a general standard you see done in hotels like these without having to ask. Overall an ok stay, not bad.

Easy to park and not too far from the centre. Staff were friendly and the room was large and spacious.
The only downside was that the wardrobe was dusty and I found a glass which hadn't been cleaned on the floor.

Communication before our stay was excellent and parking before we checked in was not an issue. However we found out our r bin had not been emptied and when we left the sign for the room to be cleaned the next day. It hadn't been and the sign was still on our door despite rooms around us been cleaned.

We had a one-night stay at this hotel. Terrible hygiene.
The carpet had many stains, and it was clear they did not thoroughly clean the bathroom.
One of the toilet paper rolls had been used halfway, and it was evident it had been used by the previous guest (the toilet paper was not torn along the perforations).
I had to clean the toilet seat with my Dettol cleaning wipes because there were poop stains on it.
We checked in late with our child, so we did not request a room change.
Fortunately, the air conditioning was very comfortable during the hot weather. And there is a children playground next door.

Stayed here frequently. Another pleasant stay this time. Rooms are very comfortable, climate control, good bedding and powerful shower. Pleasant staff. As it’s located at a service area, a car is essential. The quality of the buffet breakfast can be a bit hit and miss but for the price it’s convenient and ok.
Staff are pleasant.

Room was freshly painted which made for a stinky and sticky stay. Booked for 3 occupants but was started with 2 sets of bath towels and when made up room was again only stocked with 2 towels. Simple thing to get right. Otherwise the room was quiet and comfortable.

Very friendly staff at check in. However, just as we checked in my wife was undressed and one of the hotel staff unlocked the door and walked in without knocking he thought we were the previous guests even though they would have checked out 3 hours previously. My wife was not happy. The lady on reception was told by the man and she was very apologetic and said he should have checked and never just walked in. The sink in the bathroom kept filling up with water and would not go away and the plug was full of dark hair. I have no hair my wife has blond hair so that felt very unclean. The hotel is very convenient to the services with lots of choice to eat.

Nice place to stay

The place is actually a mammouth service area. Food court closeby and wonderful park on the backside.
They were short of personnel though and this affected some elements of the stay. Need to read the board where they state they do the rooms only after the third day (…?)
